The Reception staff were lovely. I’m extremely perturbed at the fact that whilst I was charged £12 for breakfast my son-in-law who stayed in the same room as me was charged £16 Matthew on the Bar staff in the evening was absolutely lovely bent over backwards to help us, the breakfast staff were quite rude. I had to send my dinner back having waited over an hour for gammon and chips with egg the eggs the white was still clear and I was very sick. I went to bed hungry because of this I deliberately left a can an empty can of Red Bull by the entrance from the car park into the Bar area on the Saturday morning that can was still in situ on the Sunday lunchtime when I left I find that absolutely disgusting when we went down for breakfast there was food on the floor from the previous evening

A well loaded overnight stay! Warm reception staff, Ambience was great for friend's party in their hall and we enjoyed the leisure facilities. The leisure center was open before 8 in the morning which allowed us time for a swim and steam room. Breakfast was delicious and great venue for the photos.

All the staff were polite, helpful and apologetic but were clearly working under dificult circumstances. Bar, restaurant and kicthen were understaffed leading to long waits at the bar and cold food being served. Tables not cleared quickly enough at breakfast leading to people waiting for tables and cold foods e.g. cheeses, meats, pastries and bread ran out and not replenished over an hour before breakfast ended 3 days in a row. In room television not working on arrival. Airconditioning was broken in room and could not be fixed. made do with an electric heater. Room was very dark making it dificult to see light switches and sockets.

Attended the fashion display but by the time we had finished and cleared up the fashion venue no evening meals were available but the reception told us about Grill Town across the road from the hotel where we could purchase food to bring back to the hotel.
