The hotel was expensive given it's location, the reception area was small and looked temporary with one person so there was a long queue. The hotel room was very small and I had to duck to make sure I didn't hit my head when I walked by the end of the bed and the TV. My room had peeling wall paper and the hotel looked like it needed refurbishment. The lack of a ramp at the front entrance was concerning. The room felt stuffy but was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel had excellent parking.

The room is nice enough. Very comfy bed albeit only 2 singles pushed together. Shower is very nice. Main issue was that the hotel ran out of lots of foods on the already limited menu on Wednesday. Didn’t even have chips! Also only 2 normal teabags in the room isn’t enough. There are other tea’s e.g. green tea but 2 normal tea bags not enough.

Comfortable stay, located well. Lamps on either side of the bed = very awkward, oddly uneven and hazard to bang your head off of.

I did tell the receptionist that the breakfast ear and food were poor. I ended up finding a cafe close by and that was very nice. The hotel should be condemned!

My room was on the third floor. The room was good and clean (even though the carpet had some stains; it was fair). Hot water was always available with good pressure. The staff was very helpful during the check-in as well. However, some issues are really annoying. First of all, why do I have to pay for parking if I’m already a guest? This is so annoying!!! Second, the carpet had many stains, and I didn’t trust walking on it without sandals. Third, the wifi is very slow. Finally, the bathtub sewer was partially blocked, and the water will accumulate after a few minutes, flooding the bathroom. I had to stop showering every time to allow the water to drain!!!
