The 3 night stay was ok. The room was fairly small and had a very noisy air conditioning unit even when turned off. It would make a squeaking noise for about 2.5 minutes every 3 or 4 hours even through the night which obviously woke me up. The unit didn’t make this noise when operational. I reported it on my first day and was told they would mention it to the maintenance team, which I presume they didn’t as it was never fixed. I mentioned it again on check out. The swimming pool was also out of service for 2 of the 3 days I stayed.

Friendly staff, nice food, air conditioning I room didn't work and hotel tired in appearance, including stained carpet and seating in bedroom.

I was greeted warmly at check-in even though it was past midnight. The room was larger than I was expecting. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great value and quality. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. All around a great experience.

Came to work in Nottingham and stayed in the Mercure, the facilities are amazing, pool and gym and even sauna, on arrival on checking was greeted by billal and Maria, very warm welcome and the pint of stella by Arjana and Joannis was just as good lol

I would highly recommend this hotel we stay here on a weekly basis and it's a home from home the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and the food is amazing and with the heatwave we have just had they supplied ice cold water to your room
