The hotel is clean and nicely presented with very good facilities onsite, including a pool, games area, bar and restaurant.
All of the staff we encountered were very professional and friendly, including the night staff.

The stay was a comfortable one, despite the noise on the first night, the second night was a lot quieter. However I found that the choices at breakfast were limited, please add some yoghurt and more choices of pastries.

The room and the bed were very comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent - glad there were plenty of vegetarian choices
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The signage was confusing - and it was hard to initially find my room because the numbering went in one direction and then randomly restarted along a different corridor. It was not clear that one lift wasn’t working.
There was some noise from other guests but I don’t know if they were unusually loud or if it was a soundproofing issue. It wasn’t continuous or particularly annoying so I didn’t bother approaching anyone at the time

I chose the hotel for its location near to city hospital. Had a single room which was clean, comfortable, cosy, a nice big window with a nice view & was in a peaceful area. I used the swimming pool which was nice. I also used the restaurant & bar. The staff were very attentive & helpful. The only downside was a noisy customer talking on his phone for quite a while at the dinning table. I initially sat behind him but changed to the other side of the restaurant (but could still hear him). I do wish restaurants would ban mobile phones. Nobody wants to listen to other people’s conversations/tv programmes etc. when having dinner. Other than that, a lovely stay and would visit again.

Main issue was parking, offered it for half price amazing then it wouldn’t load the app etc so we paid the full 12.00 (not much point offering it if it takes forever or doesn’t work)
