Absolutely stunning … everything was great . The pool to the breakfast .. the room was small but just perfect for us and so warm and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the whole place has everything u need only fault I could pick at as we went to chill was the tv had few free view Chanel’s due to signal But other than that 5 stars

All the above were great. We'd asked for a quiet room and were placed at the end of a corridor and were upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet. The next morning though I could two women chatting, who I though were outside the window. I worked out they were in the next room. There appears to be no sound insulation at all between the rooms. We were late coming back so could also have been noisy for them that night without realising. Also, the flush on the toilet was broken, so it constantly refilled all night. The air-con didn't work but we did have a portable heater provided which warmed the room fine, so that wasn't a problem. The toilet flush should be an easy fix; the sound insulation less so. We were in room 200.

This isn’t the 1st time I’ve stayed at this hotel but it may be the last time The room was cold could-of been cleaner The were no robes like before The room had no welcome pack The room phone didn’t work
