Beautiful place, the room is amazing and the staff are fantastic. A massive thank you to Mykhailo and vidla who served me for the majority of the night with drinks, the cocktails are explicit and the customer serice is outstanding, they are amazing and a massive credit to the hotel. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you

Very pleasant & helpful staff all round; in every department...from the GM; Alan...to the chambermarmIds...the reception staff go out of their way to be very helpful eg there was not a single room left at the Mercure Hotel in Sherwood but they helped me to find alternative accommodation at Jury's Inn near the train station...namely Andrea & Melissa...reception staff (I didn'twantto drive back to Surreybecauseofstorm DARRAGH)...the bar & waiting staff work very hard...namely Arianna who is juggling work with a young child

Absolutely outstanding stay from beginning to end .Perfectly located close to the city ,staff were friendly and helpful .Room was super comfy ,food was amazing and the cocktails are not to be missed .I would highly recommended staying at The Mercure Nottingham Sherwood
