Hotel is in a useful location and was what I needed - just a bed for a couple of nights. Accessible rooms very small and verging on impossible to use a wheelchair to get round the bed and into the bathroom. Suitable for ambulant wheelchair users, not full time. Bathroom smelt damp and musky and the alarm cord was wrapped round the fan on the wall making the alarm totally defunct. It was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable beds I've slept in. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered all that was needed. There was no socket available near where the kettle was located, which was different from the rooms we previously stayed in at the same hotel. We had to resort to the floor socket opposite the bathroom entrance. In terms of bathroom, there is a very strong smell coming from (underneath) the sink plug.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I arrived early but could use the lobby to do my zoom meeting. I was offered tea and water. And then checked in a little earlier as I needed to go to the expo and it would be super inconvenient to carry my luggage to expo. I was pleased that I could leave my bags in the hotel. Room was clean and nice. Very comfy firm mattress and pillow.
