Room was ok , could of done without the hoover going in hall at 8am, I stayed here before several times it’s not the ritz but the breakfast has deteriorated, the scrambled eggs must of been made without the yokes. Two toasters but one not working so take it away and replace, the one that is working takes 3 goes on full to resemble toast .Staff were all pleasant.

Oh dear - the carpet throughout needs replacing … absolutely filthy. The bed base in Room 203 was old and certainly needs replacing too. Breakfast was ok but the bacon was covereded in white scum from no one having turned it properly so the water content evaporated and the fat on it was uncooked and not rendered down. The baked beans were claggy and sticking to the sides of the pot creating a crust. In saying that … great coffee … nice selection of cereals Staff were friendly Love the little shower pods Was hard to find initially as they are doing works outside and my Sat Nav kept sending me to a no exit.

The staff on arrival were rude and told us we could only come down for breakfast between certain times within the breakfast window as they would be unable to accommodate us. The room wasn't very clean and the bathroom smelt like the drains were overflowing. Will not be using this hotel again.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Coventry railway station, so it was very convenient. The hotel and rooms were a lot smaller than I was expecting, and the decor was dated, but it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived to be directed to an already occupied room. Thankfully the owner wasn’t in situ as it was supper time. The second room had missing condiments and dirty crockery and your what’s app service is dreadful .

was an issue with the rooms that meant we could not stay at the hotel the lady on reception was fantastic and a real asset to your company she had everything sorted for us with a different hotel before we had arrived and even offered us a taxi if we needed it.
