Somewhat mixed. Welcome lacking as if we were bothering you by checking in. The room was well appointed for an Ibis but somewhat tired and a bit of a grubby with a stained carpet and torn mattress. The air con/chilling did not work, Wi-Fi did not work and the TV as your staff will know had a mind of its own and had to be attended too by your staff.

You need to have bins in the room as I found a knife and fork in the room and rubbish under the spare pillows
