I was grateful to be able to check in early and leave my luggage before the helpful staff booked a taxi for me to get to my next commitment. And breakfast was good (especially the hash browns), with space to move around.

I arrived early and very tired after a very long journey and the receptionist went out of her way to provide a room as soon as possible. Unfortunately the lift is out of service, which made reaching the second floor a big effort.

I stayed one night for a work conference, we arrived much later than expected as the trains were very delayed. The weather was very hot, we were therefore exhausted on arrival. Unfortunately the lift was out of order, not a major problem for us, but could have been for elderly, disabled or people with small children, pushchairs, lots of baggage etc.

I was impressed with the smooth check-in and check out. I do not quite understand that air blowing device and the hot air it blew. You could do with an AC plus your windows could open a bit wider.

The only thing I have not yet received is a refund for car park which I couldn't use as I had breast surgery for cancer and my partner couldn't drive me as he was rushed to hospital. I had to get a train
