Clean Hotel friendly staff ideal location. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and has shower cubicle with shower gel and shampoo. Overall would stay again.

Poor night staff

Asked for late check out. At 12 the next day I was asked to leave by day staff as I didn’t have late check out and there no longer offered it. So after a night shift and 4 hours sleep I had to leave at the threat of security and being in debt by being charged for the room and for the security team to get me out. . Ten minutes after leaving they tried to charge my card for £150, then £100, then £50 and even then £20. I presumed this so moved my money to a different account. Absolutely disgusting

It was nice downstairs in the reception area however we were given a disabled room which we did not need. It was not very clean and the bathroom had a smell, the shower was also very cold
