As above, ideal location beside bus station. Staff really nice and helpful. Rooms clean. Breakfast was amazing 👏. Only negative, no fridge in room , no where to put milk and im a diabetic so need fridge to put medicine.

The room was basic and small, but I found the bed comfortable and the pillow suited me, this is important for me. My window opened a bit, so i could get cool air in at night, which jelped. Despite being near lits of bars, the street noise wasnt too disruptive. The lifts were quick, the staff were friendly and I didn't have any problems to speak of. Breakfast was fine, it helped that it opened at 6.30 for my work timing.

The hotel is on a busy street with a bar next door. This produces a lot of noise, especially if your room is on the front of the building. (I was very thankful for my earplugs.) The room I had (302) was basic, looked a little tired decor wise, and the bathroom was like a plastic pod but serviceable. Breakfast next morning was very. Don't expect a Premier standard here! Cheap pork sausages and bacon, dried out hash browns and beans. Coffee wasn't anything to write home about. Personally, I'd chose the pay another £20/night and go elsewhere. Nb. Parking across the street in the multistorey will cost you £15 a nigh

From the moment I booked, I had a positive experience - the process was easy, the welcome was really easy, the room was comfortable and clean with all facilities I needed available. The breakfast was also good - a good choice and good quality. The car park being opposite and discounted was also appreciated. All staff that I liaised with were very friendly and helpful.

Please make clear what linen is provided ie bath towels, but no hand towels or flannel - there might have been one hand towel or it might have been a bathmat... Duvets are too hot, can a lightweight blanket be available? We could not reduce the temperature in our room, so the room remained hot and sleep difficult. No instructions on how to use TV, and a list of useful phone numbers might be helpful - old people like paper not gadgets. But, good location; very clean; comfortable; helpful, friendly staff - and a wonderful window wall.
