Location is quite good, but reception staff is rude. Front desk is usually empty, staff is at the back office. Clients really don’t feel welcomed when entering to empty lobby. First room we got, smelled really bad. Went back to the reception and got arrogant service. Another room did not smell, but room was really cold.

Check in was prolonged due to system issues and some of party got faulty room keys. Lift console, whilst working, was broken and looked shoddy Bed comfy and shower fine. Didnt try breakfast Charging guests for bag storage is a bit of a liberty
