Fantastic location from train station, 5/10 min walk and same again to get the winter wonderland. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little tired and dated but very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Was perfectly located for my consert at the motopoint arena and the staff were lovely helpfull and friendly, only downside was the bed was 2 singles pushed togeather i sort of ended up falling in the gap, also watter pooled in the wetroom making it slippy, not good when you are disabled

We stayed for one night as attending a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. The hotel is very well placed for the railway station and the arena. The room was fine, very comfortable bed, decent shower, and well sound-proofed (there are a lot of loud music venues/bars in the immediate area). The bar is quite small and doubles as reception. Toasted sandwiches were expensive for what they were (£8 for basic bread and a sliver of toasted cheese, with a bowl of crisps), but we were too late to eat elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff friendly & hotel room clean. Car park is discounted too. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in / check out. Room was quiet despite being on the main road.
