Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were all lovely. Hotel is ideally placed in the city and extremely quiet. Only issue being key cards to the room only worked once before needing reset, not helpful when you have to keep going up and downstairs before you can enter your room. Shame really.

Dear Karen A., Thank you for your kind words regarding our location, cleanliness, and the comfort of our beds. I appreciate your feedback about the key card issue you experienced, and I understand how inconvenient that can be. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, and your comments will be noted for further consideration. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better stay. Andries E. Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

With the Lace Market tram stop it is quite easy to get here from the Nottingham station, and also to go futher into town. Beds were comfy but a bit too narrow for my liking, but that is because I sleep at a wider one at home.

Dear Andries E., Thank you for your kind feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you found our location convenient and that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds. We understand that bed width can vary, and we appreciate your input as it helps us to better understand our guests' preferences. 5th March Hotel was a good location . What was not great was being stuck a lift at 11pm at night for almost an hour staff did not come to floor and say we have called anyone, or what was happening. We had pressed lift Alarm over 3/4times By midnight one of the lady's also in lift was feeling ill and needed her medication. Which was in her room. Residents on floor 2 heard us and did Inform reception by now Almost midnight. Reception phone did not work, We called reservation line over 7 times they were unable to contact reception either. And they didn't call us back, After failed attempts the fire brigade were called. Night staff said okay you can go to room now. No I was not happy with that response. We did go to reception and gave our details. I was room 534 and the other ladys were room 500. We were offered a complementary drink. Thank you. Was the lift Alarm heard at reception? Why did no staff attempt to speak to us in lift! which would be normal procedure, I was told in morning there is a QR code in room which gives you a what's app number to call incase of emergency Um great but if stuck in lift then why is the code not in there also!! Not everyone has phone that reads QRCodes. Reception area should have informed quests the phone was out of order and put up a sign up to say phone out of order please use what's app number. All basic health and safety procedures. And policies that should protect staff and guests. The fire brigade were told by us that reception phone out of order also..

Dear Sarah S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your experience on the evening of 5th March. Being stuck in the lift for such a long period of time, especially without clear communication, must have been extremely distressing and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused. Please be assured that we take matters like this very seriously and are reviewing what happened with the team. I have also sent you an email so we can address this with you directly and continue the conversation there. Akshay Senthil Kumar | Assistant General Manager | Ibis Nottingham Centre |

Debi V. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The area was well located, especially for a last minute booking, but the bed was very creaky, and the tv was held together with tape and could only get 2 channels because of bad signal. There seemed to be a lot of homeless people there. Which I get they need to stay somewhere, but they were very loud, spilling drinks, swearing, shouting things towards us while we were having a quiet drink in the bar. We were going to have pizza and some beers but went to tesco express instead due to this. I have autism so really struggled with the behaviour. Felt sorry for the staff because its scary if they tell them to be quiet. Its a shame because I love this chain. The pillows smelt like hair, like unwashed.
