My rating would have been a 8 or 9 but unfortunately, at 10am when check out is 12 we had a knock on the door from Housekeeping. As we had been out the night before, the whole reason for the hotel booking, was so we could sleep late and get up at 11am. The banging on the door woke me up and then House keeping on not getting an answer as we were deep in sleep, just a few seconds later 'let them selves in'. Sadly, I had not locked the door from inside which I should have done! But, to just walk in is unacceptable! They did this also to my friends who I had also booked rooms for. Housekeeping should have looked at the rooming list manifesto before doing their rounds. Luckily, we were not in an uncompromising position as it could have all been very awkward. It was quite annoying and upsetting as this disrupted our sleep and was very alarming. I was not impressed at all! Other than that the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect location, handy multi storey carpark across the road. Very clean room and comfy bed. Great facilities in room. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 1 night. I paid extra for early check in, but when I arrived they said we couldn't check in at that time because the hotel was fully booked. We managed to swap this for late checkout the next stay but it was still an inconvenience for us.
