Good location for Wasps rugby

Just a one night stay for the rugby. Room clean, staff helpful, good breakfast. The restaurant was closed which was understandable (Boxing Day, COVID etc) and the bar closed before 10pm which was less understandable!

my room was dirty the sheets were not clean i instead didn’t stay in the room for the night i left and stayed at my friends house. i will not be visiting again!

We only stopped for one night, Christmas Day, so didn’t use any facilities. However, we were impressed by the standard of our rooms they were clean and comfortable and felt quite spacious. I particularly liked the idea of having a toilet separate from the bathroom! Would definitely use hotel again.

Noisy guests, disturbed by staff at 10pm breakfast was terrible

It was the very noisy, doors constantly banging, children screaming, a dog barking and had to get out of bed just after 10pm as staff were banging on door asking if we owned a vehicle, not sure why but it wasnt ours. Terrible night sleep. Went to breakfast the next morning. There was nothing but cooked and cereal. No pastries, yogurts. The bowl of fresh fruit was brown. The next night was just as bad. I did complain and was told someone would call me as Sharon the manager easnt in. I haven't had a call. I have stayed here so many times over the years as I have family local. This visit was for a family funeral and the last thing I needed eas not to get any sleep. It eas the worst stay I have ever had and I dont think I will return.

Friendly staff and great welcome. Room was comfortable and clean. Good selection at breakfast and the location was easy to find. Heating was clunkily noisy and didn't appreciate a jokey comment about London as we live there, but were generally satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

Our 3rd stay at the Novotel and still they sort what we need at a days notice . What more can you ask for . Rooms clean Covid secure no noise and near enough to the motorway for a quick get away .

Lovely, comfortable overnight stay. Slightly disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner but understandable.

Noisy dog being let loose maybe one of staff who doesn't want to pay for its care whilst at work so all guests have to then be interrupted in their sleep ...which seems not to be an issue as pet friendly hotel ?????!!!!!!! Would never book again !!!!!!!!!!!@#dont sleep

Clean, comfortable hotel. Professional, helpful and friendly reception staff. Comfortable, clean room with a comfortable bed and a great shower. An added bonus is that there is a separate toilet room.
