This hotel was claimed as 4-star hotel but there is no refrigerator provided. Only shampoo but no conditioner provided. Glass is still stained with toothpaste. The room is connected with another room and I can hear clearly what the next door's talking, very disturbing especially after 11 pm. Phone is not working and unable to connect to the frontdesk. The room is actual 1-star hotel. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed with your branch.
