Stayed before with good experience, unfortunately this time too much noise from motorway traffic and nose from Ac despite turning if off

We completely understand that family health must come first, and we hope she recovered quickly and safely after your journey back to Sussex. Comfortable room with good shower, but restaurant menu rather disappointing. This used to be one of my favourite hotels when you could sense the French connection.

The room was old and dated. I complained that the toilet didn’t flush and that there was no TV remote. I came back to no TV remote still. Offered to change room but I didn’t have time and asked them to fix whilst I was out.
