Room was dirty, carpet stained, no beer on tap, food was awful. The young lady who was serving Monday evening deserves a medal! It was chaos and no one came to help!! I have stayed away for work for 15 years now and this is up in the top 3 worst places I’ve ver had to endure. How anyone is made to pay for that is beyond me.

Reason I stayed for work and have spent money at your facility to then be charged £69 for not coming and staying when all Nights I have been the and stayed this needs to be retired and refunded as it’s hard earnt money which was taken for no reason

Upon returning to the hotel was a very hostile greeting by the staff everything else was okay. Nobody answers reception phone in the evening either

Our reservation and check in was handled very well by the night manager and his team. But the rest of the experience was not very good. We had a two night stay. Our room was not cleaned or made up after the first night. Breakfast on second morning was a very meagre effort as compared to the first morning. Although we were at the restaurant by 9 am - many items had run out and were not replenished.
