I am very sorry that both rooms you were moved to were cold and that the gaps around the windows affected your comfort — this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. I also apologise for the extremely long wait for your vegetarian pizza, which is far below the service level we expect from our team. While I’m glad the receptionist did their best to assist, it’s disappointing that we couldn’t resolve these matters during your stay.
