I had a fantastic experience at Novotel Leicester and would especially like to recognise two members of staff, Sangeet and Erica. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Sangeet provided outstanding service and was always happy to assist with a smile, making guests feel very welcome. Erica was equally excellent—very attentive, polite, and clearly committed to providing a great customer experience. It’s staff like them who make a hotel stay memorable. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and they are a great asset to the Novotel Leicester team. Thank you both for the excellent service!

Good prior guidance on how and where to park, good welcome when feeling tired from drive. Bit surprised pressed to pay upfront when Novotel already had my card details. Meant I had to keep paying separately for additional services. Very comfortable suite. Link to room guidance did not include how to change aircon fan setting. Hitech minimalist dining area a matter of individual taste. Seats too low for tables. Evening menu restricted.

Good staff, reasonable room, great breakfast choice. Would have expected a dressing gown in the room for that price. Suggest you write and print a map of how to get into the car park, and have more details on your website.
