I had my dinner Today At Novotel Must say staff was ver nice and friendly especially Neha who served was so helpful and kind. Must recommend to all to visit. Everything was perfect I will plan to visit again and this time I will stay for 2 week with them.

If you are arriving by car, then be aware that the car park is not the easiest to find. It is easy to miss the turn from the ring road into Great Central Street. If you do make that turn, it is on the left indicated by a yellow sign. We have found Novatels to be quite variable in the past, but we found this one to be excellent. The central location was very good. The room was a good size. Air conditioning was efficient and the bathroom had a shower and a bath, which I was very pleased with as it is now rare to find a bath in a hotel room. All the staff were very good, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Clean , tidy , modern , perfect for a week-day stay Modern city centre hotel offering sensibly priced accomodation Clean and well maintained hotel offering quite and relaxing communal areas Prompt and efficient check in , cheap and local parking Clean and rooms so quiet we slept right through to our alarms at 8.30 We did go out for our evening meal but choices within walking distance in Leicester High street were limitedto chain style eating establishments so went back to the hotel , so glad we did as a great evening meal Breakfast covered everything from cooked to order , continental , pastries , fruit and cereal . The paper 'doggy' bags were inspired as we had a long journey back so the extra fruit and pastries were definately appreciated

We stayed at this lovely hotel due to coming to watch a show in Leicester. On check in we were offered a free room upgrade by a very lovely lady at check in. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed! But most importantly it lead us to have a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was ok, felt it could have had more choice. But overall a great stay.

This hotel is super modern and it’s incredibly clean with luxurious touches. It’s my second visit and I am always amazed with how friendly their staff are a particular shout out from my visit recently would be your night manager Dawn he is such an asset to your team incredible hospitable and helpful very good at his job ensuring all the guests are looked after, this gentleman deserves some recognition. I visit Leicester each year so will be using this hotel whenever I’m back. It’s situated right in the city centre near the shopping mall and rooms are very well insulated so not disturbed by the busy road opposite which is a massive plus.
