The staff at the hotel were great, my only issues I had were the car parking, I had to drive around 3 times before I could find it. Better signage would be a must. The TV in the bedrooms didn't work for the whole time I stayed. Dinner was ok but breakfast and lunch were great. The AV in the meeting room didn't work very well. It is a beautiful hotel and once it is completely sorted it will be a great place to stay.

We struggled to find the car park after going round several times we stopped at the hotel for them to guide us as over the phone and the postcode given didn't work. Great dinner in the restaurant, food was superb.

Disappointed stay and experience and a brand new Hotel

Unwelcoming and unpleasant manager called Anall! He made me feel like I was a problem rather than a paying guest. I choose Novotel for the mid scale facilities, but I had a better experience at the travel lodge. I made a formal complaint and the overall manager finally tries to rectify this. Overall impression was poor. And not to the Accor/Novotel standard.

Intentions are good, improvement needed

A few things are good on the paper but not meeting expectations. Room is small with no desk, the fact to have a small adjustable compensates this so it's acceptable. Nice big screen with a Chromecast device plugged in and an HDMI + USB plug on the wall. Both are great, BUT the HDMI and USB don't work, and the Chromecast was not properly set-up and after 30-40 min trying to set-it up myself I had to use my phone screen instead of the large TV. Pretty disapointing to say the least. Bathroom is nice, but bathroom sink cannot keep water which disturbing when shaving. A temporary solution could be to offer bowls to have hot water available on the side when shaving. Restaurant: OK, but personel needs training ("we have Peroni, and I think 4 others, but I am not sure which one") Do you plan to work on the Video and bathroom related problems above? I am sure the experience in the restaurant will improve every day.
