The location is very good. Walking distance to the city centre. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. But parking is not quite a walk with heavy or many luggage. I would not recommend this hotel if you have to drive. Valet service seemed to be absent and there was no evidence of any bell service. So we had to take our many heavy luggage up and down our rooms ourselves.

After spending 4 days of disappointing hotel experience in London, I was afraid I would experience similar experience in Novotel Leicester. However they didn't disappoint! It was great. The front desk were amazing, the restaurant, room service and housekeeping. Overall this was very great experience! I loved Leicester and can see myself visiting again and definitely will be staying at Novotel.

Check in was welcoming and informative, the general public area's, hallways etc we're all very well maintained. I stayed in the Junior Suite and the room was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely highlight this as one of the best hotels in Leicester for it's standard.

Reception no charge, still ultra professional...room cleaning the same...it's just there have been some people changes in the restaurant and although the manager is still awesome as are several longer standing colleagues (100%), there have been some blips with ordering food to room and not being as sure it will arrive (my order got lost due to a system issue and the time before the food wasn't quite the same) BUT! THIS IS STILL ONE AMAZING HOTEL WIRH AMAZING PEOPLE, not forgetting Layla who books me in lightspeed response
