I have discovered this hotel by mistake, when my airbnb went bad and have selected it ever since. For years I am visiting Paris La Defence for work every 2-3 months so I am aware of the hotels in this area. The location is in the quiet & cozy neighborhood of Puteaux, 5 min walk from the metro station (Esplanade de la Defence). It has a very nice garden where you can enjoy a coffee, a sandwich or just a quiet time in the sun reading a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything in case you want to prepare something for yourself. The room is very spacious, with a big closet where to put your stuff, very very clean every time, with clean towels and shower gel in the big bathroom. There is a lot of supermarkets in the area and restaurants so plenty to choose from. Also, Shopping Mall is 15 min walk towards La Defence area and metro station, so again, the location is perfect for me to (1) be close to the office, (2) stay in a quiet, cozy, affordable place and (3) easy access Paris metropolitan area. For sure I would choose it over many other more central hotels in the city. Thank you for receiving me!

Initially, we were given Apartment 2, which is located on the ground floor and offers no privacy at all. I strongly recommend avoiding it, or accepting it only with at least a 50% discount minimum. We tried to request a change, and although we were promised that the issue would be resolved later that evening or the next day and that we would be contacted, nothing happened. Only after repeated insistence and several discussions were we moved to a two‑room, connecting apartment on the 3rd floor, where everything was perfect. If we had received this accommodation from the first day, I would have given the highest rating without hesitation. I would only make one small suggestion: adding some vegetables to the breakfast options. The hotel’s location is convenient, situated in a quiet area about a 10‑minute walk from the metro, with restaurants and markets nearby. The rooms are sufficiently large, well equipped, and clean. Breakfast is acceptable—nothing spectacular. Ignoring the communication issues related to the room allocation, I would recommend this hotel.

Kids friendly area and the locals are quite welcoming. Special thanks to the staff they are really nice and friendly, always helping no matter when you approach them. I booked this place for my parents. Situationally located. Adequate facility to stay like your home. The biggest thing about this place is customer service. Staffs went out of their way. I have asked for E. C. I. because my parents who are I. E. 70s arrived on 7am flight after 27 hours flight. Earlier on emails, I wasn’t allowed to but I decided to get down to reception myself. I met with lovely Olga who is amazing! She understood the difficulty for how hard will be for two elderly to stay up till normal 2pm C. I.. She let us C. I. at 8am with smalls fees. Compassion for 2x 70 years old. We thank you.

Loved the studio, it had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. Being within walking distance of the Esplanade de la Defense station was also a plus. And the breakfast was just amazing! That said we were thoroughly disappointed to hear that the temperature is remotely controlled and that we cannot change the thermostat. 19 degrees felt quite cold at the end of December and we packed light clothes for staying in the room, so we mostly had to lay under covers to be warm. The Turbo function on the bathroom heater was good enough to heat the bathroom for showers, but the heat wasn't reaching the rest of the space. Ignoring this issue, the stay was an easy 10/10, but I cannot recommend staying here knowing I'd be cold all the time. Personally I would have been fine with a range of temperatures, say 18-21 in the winter and 23-26 in the summer, to make it comfortable for everyone while preventing too much energy usage.

Olga is an absolute delight, very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was unfortunately not always easy to deal with, they generally didn’t clean much and only exchanged towels and toilet paper. Twice on the same day I requested a first aid kit or a cool pack from the reception because of an injury to my finger but on both occasions the men weren’t able to help me. Very questionable. The ladies are all very friendly however. Also, unfortunately there was no option for me to change the temperature of the room. It got a little cold at times. Best regards.
