Staff - 10/10 Location - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Everything was perfect, location is around some good bakeries and restaurants where we enjoyed food, it's a safe location travelled late at night with own car, public transport, cabs never felt anything strange. Kids friendly area and the locals are quite welcoming. Special thanks to the staff they are really nice and friendly, always helping no matter when you approach them. Will surely book this again for the next visit.

I booked this place for my parents. Situationally located. Adequate facility to stay like your home. The biggest thing about this place is customer service. Staffs went out of their way. I have asked for E. C. I. because my parents who are I. E. 70s arrived on 7am flight after 27 hours flight. Earlier on emails, I wasn’t allowed to but I decided to get down to reception myself. I met with lovely Olga who is amazing! She understood the difficulty for how hard will be for two elderly to stay up till normal 2pm C. I.. She let us C. I. at 8am with smalls fees. Compassion for 2x 70 years old. We thank you.

Loved the studio, it had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. Being within walking distance of the Esplanade de la Defense station was also a plus. And the breakfast was just amazing! That said we were thoroughly disappointed to hear that the temperature is remotely controlled and that we cannot change the thermostat. 19 degrees felt quite cold at the end of December and we packed light clothes for staying in the room, so we mostly had to lay under covers to be warm. The Turbo function on the bathroom heater was good enough to heat the bathroom for showers, but the heat wasn't reaching the rest of the space. Ignoring this issue, the stay was an easy 10/10, but I cannot recommend staying here knowing I'd be cold all the time. Personally I would have been fine with a range of temperatures, say 18-21 in the winter and 23-26 in the summer, to make it comfortable for everyone while preventing too much energy usage.
