Though few executives were helpful, some didn't understood the need. Even extra towel Or utensil is charged.

1/ Staff with no distinctive uniform, don't even say hello when you enter or at anytime. 2/ No cleaning, I was told every 8 days. So no clean towels. 3/ no All points credited on my account.

Friendly staff, good facilities, nice breakfast but very Un comfortable bed

Only working because driverless(automatic) Metro station in Paris is 7 minutes away from the hotel and could bring you to all important city center sightseeings(at least close). The location is quiet, with grocery stores, bakeries, parking, gas stations and quick access to autobahn out of the city avoiding traffic jams(awful traffic in the city). The room well equipped, has necessary kitchen equipment, dishwashing tools, and gel, plates, forks, spoons, cups, fries, however not new(of course). The bed is cheap but surprisingly the sleep was good all the days there. Would like to compliment the room size. Relatively big for hotel and there's enough space for the couple to move around without intersecting with each other to much. Good wifi, tv, built-in air-con. Bathroom well, could've been better, but the functionality remains good. Of course, the cleaning not the strongest side of this hotel, the question to cleaners, why is it so hard to vacuum like normal? Thewere many towels but dirtiesh like clean but used over the course, bring your own!. Must compliment the bed linen, pristine white and without any other human legs hair (always find, but not this time). Go for it, value-feature=good! Nice receptionists, we've been given early checkout opportunities (low seas, still nice) and they were very friendly and helped with small but so important things when you're in travel mode.

The hotel is ok. Location is good - close to M1 is nice and cosy district. Room is equipped with all required minimum. With discount I had it was good price for the comfort Downside is very limited breakfast, room we got was not completely clean (trash bin was full and cupboard looked dusty) and furniture looked old with cracks and scratches.

I had to ask for the floors to be cleaned the next morning as my feet were black with dirt, after arriving back late the next day I discovered all varieties of insects from Ants to small cockroaches. I reported this and was offered another room which had no insects but the quality of cleaning was poor again which in the end I just had to except.

The place is calme and quiet, located a little bit of the La Defence area towards Puteax. The hotel has friendly staff, the rooms are equipped with all you need and are in good condition and clen. Breakfast could have a little bit more choises but anyhow for the small price you pay it is OK.

Location is the most attractive point of this hotel. Quiet surroundings are combined with close proximity to Line 1 metro station (20 minutes to the center of the city). There are several grocery stores and supermarkets around the corner, and nice restaurants, too (though too expensive, unfortunately). If you're a bit tired of Paris, you may have a nice walk around.The hotel is rather new and nicely decorated. We stayed in the "connecting studios" room (family room) which is spacious, light and cozy. Huge bathroom with modern shower cabin, plenty if storage space, big TV, good lighting. Also, it was warm in the room in winter.The following issues arouse during our stay. First, the kitchen in the room is not "fully equipped" as advertised: there was no kettle ("We don't have kettles", I was told). Second, both beds were not comfortable. Third, the fridge was too small and too loud at night.

Hotel nicley located in the Puteaux area close to La Defence business district. Restaurants close by for a present dinner. Hotel rooms are quite, breakfast available to around 10€/day, could have a bigger sortiment thus.

The area was quite and relaxed, walking distance to La Defence where you find a lot of shhopping possibilities. Hotel had quite limited breakfast but the price was diesent so you get what you pay for and not expensive as in the other 4-5 stars hotels close by. Naturally the hotel was equipped with an own small kitchen so you can naturally have made own breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious and the location of the hotel was good. However the service wasn't that great. I checked in online expecting just to be handed the room keys when we arrived but we still had to go through check in as if I hadn't checked in. We were given the key fobs without the usual information wallet they come in and so didn't have any information on the key services provided by the hotel. We were given wrong information about breakfast times as a result of which we woke up very early on the saturday to go for breakfast only to find out we could have waited a bit longer. The receptionist said he was new when we queried this. Also the breakfast provided by the hotel on the hotel's website is very misleading as a buffet breakfast catering for all tastes only turned out to be continental breakfast. I took this assertion to include cooked breakfast but the nearest to a cooked breakfast was boiled egg and even with this, the egg cooker took forever to cook a hard-boiled egg if this was your preference. When I queried this, I was told the hotel has never served cooked breakfast. If this is the case, please give an accurate description of the type of breakfast on your website since if one prefers cooked breakfast ie full English, then this hotel is not for you. Also we weren't told that cleaning is once a week so we came back at the end of each day expecting to find the room cleaned but this was not the case and when I enquired, I was told it was only once a week! It would have been nice to know at the start. Also we made the mistake of leaving the window open because the room was quite hot as the air conditioning wasn't that effective and this led to mosquitoes entering the room and really disturbing our sleep, not to mention the bites. Mosquito spray should be made available to guests.

Great value for money hotel. One negative is that it is a good 15 to 20 minute walk from the nearest metro station - La Defense. Well received at reception. Rooms need a kettle. Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

La Defense is a great and modern location when visiting Paris with very good connections to Eiffel Tower, City Center attractions or Disneyland. Aparthotel Adagio Puteaux was a great choice for our family because it is a relatively new hotel and hence with a good quality rooms and very clean. The share rooms offer is fantastic for a family of 4 as kids can have their own separate room while not breaking the bank for a couple of days stay.
