It was amazing. I liked the location so much, the interior of the lobby and rooms are cozy and worm so i love to stay, the outdoor area was so good for my son to run and play. a long with the indoor space for kids activities was amazing to have my son play there. The only 2 concerns i have are: the towels on the room not good with bad quality and the room cleanness wasn’t great. I would like to thank Olga so much for the worm welcome during checkin and for all her support.

The studio was fine and spacious enough. The room is fully equipped, and the balcony is definitely a plus. The bathroom facilities are in good condition, and the shower has a strong stream with pleasantly hot water. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. However, cooking eggs using the egg cooker is really a struggle; it would be much more convenient if boiled eggs were simply provided. The hotel itself offers everything you need. Parking is available underneath the hotel for €15 per day, which is very convenient. We were also able to bring our dog, which is a big plus. The hotel does maintain a fixed temperature policy: 19°C in winter and 26°C in summer. We stayed between Christmas and New Year, and as a result the rooms were quite warm. The temperature is barely adjustable, if at all. Unfortunately, the bed is very firm, making a good night’s sleep a challenge. The location is ideal: supermarkets, restaurants, a park, and Metro Line 1 are all within about a 700-meter walk. The Westfield shopping center at La Défense is definitely worth a visit. The center of Paris is easily and quickly accessible by metro. All in all, a good location for a few days’ stay.

Room not very clean, heating not under our control, restriction towels.

We had issu during check in. The lady was facing difficulties understanding English. She got confused and assigned wrong room number to my colleague. She did not inform us that I had mistakenly booked 2 room Apartment but I was not aware. Finally, we come to know about it 10 days later. Me and my friend was living in my two room apartment, thinking that one room belong to me and one room belong to him and his room was vacant for 10 days, and we paid unnecessary for unutilized room. It seems that some of the staff were aware about this issue. We observed it after discussing with them. It was never happened if the receptionist knows english.
