Everything is good. But a thing is when I check in my room, the staff didnt tell me the exact breakfast time. He just told me the breakfast is perfect. The next day, I went to the breakfast place at 9:55. The staff at the entrance of the breakfast place told me I have only 15 mins. Is it okay for me. I said it is okay, but till this moment I still didnt know when the exact breakfast time is. I thought it should be ended at 10:15 am. So after the next day, I went to the breakfast place at 10:00. There is a bartender didnt allow me in. I was quite shock and he told me the breakfast time is over. First, I really dont know the exact breakfast time. Second, all dishes are still on the place. No any extra workload would be made. The bartender is so rude. I requested to refund. Then, the bartender sent me to the manager. The manager listened my story above, he said I can have breakfast, and this is what he can offer. Of course I am okay. I even dont want to make any scene. I just want to have my breakfast and go to work. That is it. But it wasted our time, both my side, and hotel side. To be honest, the experience is terrible, but there is ONLY ONE thing I was really appreciate. I dont know would you read my message till here. During this drama, there is a one staff who is a black, and I didnt ask his name. He should be a very young kid. He is the only one really care about my feeling, and he stood on my side to review the whole story. He felt so sorry for me. The drama date is 20th June. A young black staff. I hope to say thank you to him. He should be praised for this drama. Thank you. --- The bartender is so rude. His English is not very well, and it is fine. The problem is his English level is not very well, but he would love to speak, order to clients, and is stubborn. Do not listen the reason from the client. Insane. Honestly, I didnt expect the drama would happen in this hotel of this level. The bartender is a white, middle-aged man. Speak in French, and English level is not very well.

Dear madam, Thank you for your loyalty and for choosing to stay with us again this June. We fully understand how disruptive these two incidents have been, particularly when a good night's rest is essential for the day ahead. Regarding your first stay, the evacuation was the result of a security concern that required us to take the decision to evacuate the hotel in order to ensure the safety of all our guests. We believe this was the right course of action, even though we are aware of the inconvenience it caused. During your second stay, the fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night following guests smoking in their room, which activated the alarm system. We sincerely apologise for the sleep disruption this caused you, and we deeply regret that you were affected by the behaviour of other guests.
