Check in took 30min, staff was there - just did not work. About 75% of tables at breakfast were occupied by dirty dishes as no one felt the need to clean them. Give the hefty price tag it was rather poor staff management

Nice and clean hotel. comfortable rooms, although the bathroom door is annoying limiting the access to the toilet and for the towel hangers. the room temperature was very cold but the house keeping gave me a heater. the breakfast is not that great, poor selection in general, i was missing some more fresh vegetables and more egg selection. the stuff did not refill the food quick enough when the place got busy. i would love it if the waffles, pancakes etc. were warm and not in the room temperature.

Was all good but no bottle of water in the room....

Dear Norman, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your thoughts. Since 2023, we have made the decision to eliminate all single-use plastics, including bottled water in rooms. This change has allowed us to prevent over 130,000 plastic bottles from being discarded each year. To ensure guest comfort, we have installed filtered water fountains (offering still, sparkling, chilled, and room-temperature water) on every floor near the elevators. Most of our guests find this solution convenient, as they often bring their own reusable bottles. For those who don’t, we offer reusable bottles for purchase or can provide carafes upon request at the reception. Thank you for supporting our efforts toward sustainability.
