The hotel is pretty good, reception was good, breakfast was decent, but the cleaning service is pretty bad. Out 4 nights there, there were 2 nights where our room wasn't clean after we left the room early, before 9 am, and back in the afternoon after 2 pm. The first time the cleaning service took out our card from power slot in the room but didn't even clean it. The second time the cleaning service just pull it slightly so that there's no electricity but again, never clean the room. For both time we have to go to reception and ask the room to be cleaned. I just don't understand why the cleaning service went in the room but didn't clean it. I raised the issues up to the reception and ask this to be escalated to the manager. Hopefully there's explanation why Note: I didn't hang any dont disturb sign in case you're wondering. Anyway, the cleaning service won't go int to take my card if I did

Reception did not show willing helping us. We stayed total 6 nights at the hotel, had to leave one day during the stay. One of the staff simply refused to help us to resolve baggage storage issue, which we never have at most of the 4 star hotels around world. There was also multiple mistakes in city tax charge. We requested a king size room, but got a simple telling us “no”. Very unhappy experience.

Make sure you book the right room category. We initially chose a standard family room but quickly realised it wouldn’t be comfortable for a family of four, so we upgraded to a suite straight away. For two adults and two kids, the suite—with a stunning Eiffel Tower view—was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers excellent breakfast and dinner options, and the lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed with elegant décor. While the hotel itself is lovely, the location isn’t the most convenient, and we relied on taxis to get around.
