At checked in there was no one at the counter and several people waiting. My stay was booked through my company travel and the hotel staff tried to charge me for the hotel room. Once I looked back at the company voucher the team all of a sudden knew how to charge the company. I asked that breakfast be added and was told that it had also been added to the company charge, but found out the next morning at breakfast that it had not been charged. My colleague had exactly the same issues.

The room wich i booked more than one month in advanced , confirmed and paid for was not available wich is totally unacceptable , i had been informed about it 30 min before my arrival when i was on the taxi , no one hotel never did such a thing to me , i booked for a 50m2 suite with separate rooms and living room , a bath and i had a single room with no separate room , a shower ... No one hotel never did that to me before

everything was perfect except for the temperature control in the room. it was a bit too warm. the staff provided a fan to cool a little.
