I booked this hotel as part of a package deal through Trip.com. The location is decent, but the room is quite small. One major drawback is that the hotel does not have air conditioning, which makes the room feel stuffy and warm. Even when opening the small window, the room doesn’t cool down much and it can get quite noisy from outside. We experienced this issue during our stay and spoke to the front desk about how hot and uncomfortable the room was. Unfortunately, the so-called night “manager” on 6 March was not helpful at all until my husband mentioned that we would escalate the matter and complain to the General Manager. Only then were we moved to another room. The new room was slightly better, but the problem remained since the hotel still has no air conditioning. Overall, our weekend trip to Paris was enjoyable, but this incident was disappointing and somewhat spoiled what could have been a perfect weekend getaway.

I didn’t like that there is no water , water tank was broken in 6 th floor , basic slipper not available, either comb, toothy brush you should ask , this is Firts experience and i didn’t like service
