Toothbrushes and toothpaste can also be delivered to your room upon request through our Reception team, which is available 24/7. We do not provide spout mugs as standard in our rooms. Regarding the front desk experience, we are sorry to hear that you felt the manner of communication was not welcoming. We aim to provide a helpful and attentive service throughout the stay, and your feedback will be shared with the team. As for the location, the hotel is conveniently served by the metro, although we understand that the access route includes a relatively steep section. Alternatively, buses and taxis can provide a more comfortable option depending on your destination. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more pleasant experience on a future stay. It’s like staying at a youth hostel but not a hotel with none of the toiletries (such as shampoo, tooth paste & tooth brush, glass mouth mug, etc) provided. The manner of the staff at the front desk is rude and advised that I should bring along these stuff by myself. Apart from that, a long steep road is required to access the metro.

I think the hotel can be regarded as a value for money choice in centre Paris. While it may look slightly far from the centre district, it can reach most touristic hot spots within 30 min by metro or 20 min by taxi. The room is comfy and cleaning is great as well. Nothing to complain overall.

Location, amenities, and everything else were great. I particularly loved the gym and it has more equipments that most hotel gyms. The only downside to our stay was the check in. We arrived around 4pm and was checked in immediately but was surprised to see that the room was not cleaned and prepared for the next guest yet. It has all the clutter of the previous guest. We reported and see if we can have a replacement room but none available. We were asked to wait 15 minutes that actually lasted almost 2 hours. We were able to check in to our room at around 6pm. That's 2 hours wasted that we could have had to ourselves to explore the city.

I was upgraded to an Executive room which was really nice! The room was very well sized and overall modern. The breakfast was great! The gym is perfect for a hotel gym, including stunning views. The two things that could be improved are the water pressure in the shower as it was quite weak, and the bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

It's fair price and the hotel looks new and clean. We requested to have room cleaning everyday but one of the day no one come to clean and of course no clean towel, and the tissue box is empty for two days, we request a new one by myself again which is quite disappointment.

We had a lovely time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is very stylish, nice and clean. We can see the Eiffel tower from our room. The location is very good. 5 minutes walk to the metro. Staff were friendly. We love the Pedzouille la grange restaurant located at the rooftop where you can see the Eiffel tower from there. It was an amazing view and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are small, so is the lobby area. Tea bags were not replenished in my room ever in my five days of stay. It would be nice to have some water bottles in the fridge. Staff is cheerful and helping though.
