Forced relocation at 2AM — unacceptable experience We stayed here for 6 nights. On our last night, we were woken up at 2AM and forced to relocate to a 3-star hotel, a clear downgrade in quality, with absolutely no compensation offered or explanation given. Throughout our stay, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I called to request a vanity kit, the response I received was “I don’t understand what it is,” a basic toiletry item that any hotel of this category should be familiar with. Any request we made required at least two follow-up calls and over an hour of waiting before anyone responded. This was the lowlight of our entire Paris trip. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
