it was a NO for everything, on reaching after 10:30 pm on 2nd of March, I came to know my breakfast isn't included. I had heavy luggage no assistance I had to carry everything myself. The person at reception was not at all professional he was singing songs while allocating room to me. for 3 days my room was not cleaned I requested also but NO. no basic stuff like tea/coffee

Receptionist on arrival was very good and friendly. Also, the facility and environment were clean and well maintained. However, the idea of cleaning rooms once in 8 days was quite frustrating, unhealthy and not very suitable for more than 2 persons. It was difficult managing the trash and wet towels in such a small apartment. For an Aparthotel in city centre, arrangements should be made to either clean the rooms at least every 48 hours or get people to pick up trash and change towels in the rooms.

Last minute reservation due to strike. Kitchen was very tiny, dirty dishes in cupboard, no corkscrew, messy. Shower leaked a lot.

Adequate service, appalling room quality

Friendly staff at reception. Hotel room clothing cupboard doors both hanging competely loose in slide rail. Room separation slide doors completely destroyed, not sliding properly, one side simply broken off and not fixed. If I'm not mistaken it was room 716, you would do well to have that checked. Unable to use the sliding doors to make separate rooms. Lamp in mail room broken. Breakfast buffet extremely poor compared to anything I've previously encountered from Accor hotels. Frankly I've stayed in € 50,= a night hostels which had considerably higher standards. The stay in this hotel was extremely unpleasant, I considered complaining at the reception, but simply did not get the feeling this would solve anything so I did not. As a frequent user of Accor hotels my stay here was so poor I'm still considering switching to another hotel group and loyalty program. Truly a shambles, which should be utterly ashamed of having any true sense of hospitality. I for one will never ever visit this place ever again in my life. Kind regards, Christian L. Adagio Aparthotel has the amenities needed for a convenient stay. The only catch was when we have to go to the other part of the hotel for our breakfast, I think it was a Monday when they ask guest to take breakfast to the other Adagio Aparthotel, it was very near but a bit confusing.

Reception staff was very kind and helping. I jave paid for a daily clean but I have to remind them every day that my room was not cleaned. My room was not cleaned for 2 days and hotel promise give my money back

The facilities and location were perfect, the secure parking was good but should be included in the stay. The apartment was well equipped , a toaster and a frying pan would have been a good addition though. The room had a plumbing problem, the waste in the bathroom had a leak problem and from the state of the adjoining floor it was a long term problem.

Old, untidy, does not cost the price at all

I had to stay in Adagio Apartment Hotel for a two days during my business trip. Unfortunately, reality does not match the pictures and feedback provided on the site. Reception is nice and staff was welcoming, however we were asked to pay a city tax right away, but normally it is paid at check out Rooms are big enough, but not tidy well, just a basic cleaning provided. Dirty windows, floor is dusty, curtains are looking like from the last century, not even sure if they ever cleaned. Two single beds, instead of one double bed as it been booked. Beds are quite small, as well as blankets ( like it would be great for a kid, but not an adult person ) Bath towels are clean, however they are old enough, and actually looking more greyish rather white From toiletries only basic provided: liquid soap and shower/body gel ( which seems to be the same as a soap ) Breakfast - is not free, but 14 Euro . Seriously ??? What is the price for ? I went down for a breakfast on my first day, and did not find any food to eat . There was only one lady doing everything - serving/cleaning tables and bringing the food, plus checking room numbers. Indeed, she did not had enough time to do a proper job. So I only managed to find few croissants and a spoon of scrambled egg, which was not fresh already and so not quite tasty. No milk, no juices were available at that time. You can select from two types of cereals, and some jam, however bread was not available either at that time. I did not even bother to go for a breakfast on my second day, but ate outside Conclusion - I would not recommend that place, unless your are really on a budget. But the question is - is that really a budget place ? My company paid nearly 500 Euro for two night .

Overall very good experience, check-in very easy, gentlemen on reception was very helpful. Only slight negative was that the towels were not changed after the first night, I appreciate that the hotel was full and therefore a lot of rooms to clean, but quite an important factor when on a business trip and requiring early starts. Breakfast was ample and all good.
