We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were great, cozy, and perfectly clean. The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious pancakes, waffles, croissants, and fresh pastries, all served with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Maybe my worst experience at a hotel/appartment of the All group. Elevator stopped operating one day. Fire alarm one night because of system failure... Unfortuately I was trusting the three star category and rate and did not pay attention that the appartment was without air conditioning... And that for a price of close to 200 EUR a night

Sauna conditions. 268 euros and not even eligible for ALL Accor points! Worst stay ever!

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Roland Garros which was our reason for the visit. And it was a very convenient location. Very near the Metro, the neighborhood is nice, there’s grocery, boulangerie, restaurants nearby. We stayed for 9 nights, but they only cleaned our room on the 7th day. When I requested they said that my cleaning sked is not until the 7th day of our stay. They also do not have airconditioning which was fine until the weather change and it became very hot, and they ran out of Fan. Laundry is selfservice which was also fine, until the machine just kept getting my payment but never ran? When I asked for a refund, they made me write an email asking for a refund. For 6 Euros, I have to write an email to get it. Company Policy according to the manager which by the way was the manager of all rudeness. The one in charge of the cafe where bfast is served was also rude to the point that I had to shut him up. Also being a gold member of Accor doesn’t have any weight on these people. They even mentioned that only Diamond members get their requests.

We stayed here as a family of 4, plus our dog. The beds were ok. Only one pillow, with a token spare pillow between the 4 of us in the cupboard. The kitchenette was clean. The bathroom was clean. The toilet, in a separate little room smelt or urine from day 1, despite us further cleaning. The windows appeared not to lock. The biggest issue of all was that one of the two radiators in our room did not turn off and so we all woke in the night, too hot. The hotel is conveniently located near to a Metro station and tram station. It’s about an hour’s walk from the Eiffel Tower, for reference.

I arrived at 22:30 at the hotel. Some ladies were arguing with the guy behind the desk. I had to wait until 23:00 to check in. The apoartement is spacious, but all kind of small things are broken. All looks outdated to me. Service at the desk is not the friendliest and have no time for anything. The breakfast is very average. No vegetables, not much choice. I won't stay here again. Way to expensive for the delivered quality.

Continue—- Ceiling is terrible! You have to paint ! You focus on just earn money! Plus, i booked and just 6 hours later , the price were decreased from 375 to 296! I asked for compensation but no ome care mu problem! It İs just robbing, Terrible experience terrible I will not stay in adagio and i wont book through accor either
