Room need renovation

Good value for money. The hotel was not very expensive, the rooms are big, well equipped. Everything is OK apart from the age of the hotel... the rooms are very old, furniture is in very bad condition. Some things are not working as the should because of age. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not a place for you. Friendly stuff.

This was our third time at adagio We always are happy. By the way the apartment was not ready for 3 pax the sofa bed was not ready. What I think you should improve it is that the people working at the desk and answering on the phone would speak English. Only one person does Z I had important communication. I called , she would not understand my French , and she couldn’t speak a word of English. In a today world in a hotel this is not acceptable.

The hotel is rundown with low service level, no roomservice unless you pay extra. No airconditioning, parking 25 euro/night not free as advertised on several platforms. Breakfast okay but room too small for the number of guests. Not what we expected from experience at other adagio aparthotels, as a whole low value for money even for Paris.
