Conveniently located for Port de Versailles Convention Centre

The hotel is conveniently located for the convention centre. The team is friendly and the breakfast very adequate. The room size that I had (studio) is good. The maintenance though, my goodness me! You must do something about that 1) ceiling in bathroom and bedroom pealing off. 2) mold in the bathroom 3) bathroom basin was blocked and very smelly. So I tried to unblock it by pouring dishwashing liquid in and running hotl water. 4) housekeeping cleanliness is poor. Hair from previous guests found all around. 5) door security is terrible! I made sure my door was closed properly. When I arrived there was no TV remote, so I requested one. When I came back in the evening, whomever had put in the remote did not make sure that my door was closed! A true security concen. Your owner must fix the doors. A note next to the elevator is not adequate.

The breakfast was the best is the best the room is okay but the shower is dangerous is too high for in and out of it. Location is close to principal way on train, bus or metro.

Arriving with 2 adults and 1 child - we had one large suitcase and one carry on size. There was not enough space to lay these open and still have room to walk around. We ended up using the desk and bedside table. The sofa bed has a trundle bed under it so if there were 4 people and you pulled this out there is zero room. The kitchen is basic - no toaster just by the way. The toilet is like and I quote from my husband -“I’m in a closet”. The bathroom is small and pokey and moderately awkward to get into the shower after climbing over the side of the bath. The beds are not that comforatble and the pillows are a half size. When I went to enquire with the front desk to see if there was any other room configuration I had a friend who was also staying a few levels below to translate as English was bare minimum. The conversation ended up quite hostile and to be frank if I didn’t have my husband with me I would not have felt safe. It was next level aggression for a simple question. The rooms are not air conditioned and not all the windows open so it was very humid and hot in the room making it very uncomfortable. The noise from the adjacent building could be heard with the windows closed also so it is a very noisy area and lots of people yelling and partying across the way. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights - it was that uncomfortable and unpleasant we checked out the next morning and found somewhere else. I spoke to 3 staff members about it prior to checking out and was assured a big manager would contact me - a week and a half later and 2 emails to them still no one has contacted me to discuss. I would not recommend this hotel or hotel brand to anyone. I will never use the adagio sub-brand again anywhere. Do yourself a favour add an extra 50euros and find something closer to the centre and more comfortable and safer.

The location worked out very well for a concert at the Dome. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed for my short stay was available with a short distance walk from a Carrefour and tram/train lines. Overall one of the better Adagio Aparthotels I have stayed at. Thank you.

Well located but needs improvement

The bed was uncomfortable, mattresses was less in width and had a slope on the edge making it really narrow. Room had mosquitos that made the night even more uncomfortable. Iron board provided was worn out and it just wasn’t possible to iron clothes on it. Room temperature with closed windows became high and night wasn’t comfortable without opening the windows. I think an air-conditioning is important in summer month at least till the middle of October when temperature dips down.
