Sauna conditions. 268 euros and not even eligible for ALL Accor points! Worst stay ever!

We would like to clarify that, during the summer period, we provide at least one fan per apartment. We understand that during periods of extreme heat, this may still not always ensure optimal comfort. We are sorry if the fan was not available in your room upon arrival, and we will carry out internal checks to ensure this is properly followed. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Roland Garros which was our reason for the visit. And it was a very convenient location. Very near the Metro, the neighborhood is nice, there’s grocery, boulangerie, restaurants nearby. We stayed for 9 nights, but they only cleaned our room on the 7th day. When I requested they said that my cleaning sked is not until the 7th day of our stay. They also do not have airconditioning which was fine until the weather change and it became very hot, and they ran out of Fan. Laundry is selfservice which was also fine, until the machine just kept getting my payment but never ran? When I asked for a refund, they made me write an email asking for a refund. For 6 Euros, I have to write an email to get it. Company Policy according to the manager which by the way was the manager of all rudeness. The one in charge of the cafe where bfast is served was also rude to the point that I had to shut him up. Also being a gold member of Accor doesn’t have any weight on these people. They even mentioned that only Diamond members get their requests.
