Breakfast was not very good especially the eggs. Mattress was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable I also got some type of insect bites on my neck

Check in experience was not great. They tried to charge me twice for the parking i was already paid for. Room was dusty. I have asked for an iron into the room and was not available. Iron room on basement floor was busy. Very basic services

No service at all we have to fill our own water in our bottles. Even if we ask for towels they will ask us to come to reception and collect. In my life I have never experienced this as for 4 star property
