No iron in the room - told by reception come down 7 floors and carriy one back up to room yourself. Got to reception - sorry we gave it away. Got to breakfast "cash or card" ? - my wallet is 7 floors up please put it on my room. No can do - go back up 7 floors and come back down 7 floors if you want to eat. I did that and the breakfast was pretty bad and cost €28 - I didnt go the second day because there was beeter options outside hotel - staff apart from one guy pretty unhelpful and not customer service trained at all. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is not a hotel I will stay in a second time

8th floor under the machine of the elevator is a lot of noise Long wait to check-in

The lobby, dining room and breakfast area are nice; with a good selection of food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff also. The room itself however is not worth a four star rating. My room was situated on the 7th floor, still it was very noisy and I could hear people make noise in the lobby all through the night. Also the elevator noise was very audible. The room was also too warm and the airco was stuck and didn't work. The worst of all was the bed. The mattress had a plastic protection cover which in combination with the temperature in the room made me wake up soaking wet from sweating. Overall the room was very soberly equipped: no mini-bar, no complimentary bottle of water, no working refrigerator, no decoration, no slippers, no bathrobe, I have decided not to stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to colleagues.
