No service at all we have to fill our own water in our bottles. Even if we ask for towels they will ask us to come to reception and collect. In my life I have never experienced this as for 4 star property

Mold in the bathroom, not feeling it much in the room though itself due to size. The last day I had breakfast at the hotel and got poisoned unfortunately, was a terrible experience. It was the inly place a ate and drank water from so it could t be from anywhere else. A pity that hygiene is not taken care of carefully

While the hotel itself was great, what truly made my stay unforgettable was Hassan.
