The hotel is welcoming, the staff very friendly, and it is clean and well-maintained. For a "conference" hotel, they've made a real effort to make this a welcoming place to stay.

Sorry to say that during dinner at evening and breakfast, the dining room was so full that we could not have dinner at the hotel, and the breakfast was really uncomfortable.

Very bad staff and service! No information ! Nobody answer the phone from the room. Lazy staff. Horrible!!

It was, as usual, a delight… great rooms, good food, great meeting room, fantastic service…:) 2 things to improve- - The shower head and the subsequent mess in the bathroom after a shower - the small roomservice menu… But looking forward to get back next mont…:)

Everything was ready on time everyday as promised and as expected. Service throughout the hotel was professional and responsive. The food and service in the restaurant were exceptional. However, they need to make hot plates for hot food and cold plates for cold food a prerequisite for quality service and to provide proper service températures and maintain quality during consumption. Hot vegetables and hot chicken breast soon became chilled on their cold plate direct from the refrigerator.

My company took 2 rooms for 5 days and 4 days. The rooms were impeccably clean and looked redone recently. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is good. The location is excellent for the fairs - we are in the wine business. While I would not choose this as first choice for a personal tourism visit - it is an excellent business hotel in my opinion. It is only a short ride into the sites and restaurants of the city and its many arrondissements when that is needed though.
