When I was living the receptionist with a short hair, didn’t know what she was doing, I had to falta twice with differente persona because she didn’t get what I was trying to explain her, when I talk with another persona the do understand me. But she didn’t. also whe I arrived to the hotel the made me a reservation with all include and I payed for that, then when I was living the were telling that I didn’t have pay for the breakfast when in the first time I payed for the breakfast, but they didn’t give me a receive so I didn’t have how to show them that I did. And I have to pay for that because I was late to my airport and almost lost my flight because of the bad organization and unrespectful way of the receptionist to talk to me . Privilege booked and paid but get a standard room

If you book and paid a privilege room and get a rocked down standard room. Have a look at room 384 on the third floor - horrible. I worked as an architect at the trade fair and got no time and nerves to complain. Really interesting is, that the rooms of my mounting crew on the second floor are much better but standard, cheaper, everything new and with all the bells and whistles. So if you like to book a nice room at this hotel, ask for a standard room at the second floor and don't be stupid like me to book a privilege room. +++Also be aware there is a huge construction site in the hotel lobby and the hotel don't communicate it on there website. (perhaps they do - but marketing like those news are hide ;-)+++ However, the staff was friendly and professional. We are yearly on the trade fair with 8 up to 10 persons and next year we'll try out the new hotel "mama shelter" on the opposite side - sorry Mercure Paris but this is your own fault.

While your colleagues have benefited from standard rooms on the 2nd floor but renovated. We are sorry that you were unable to take advantage of our new rooms. Please note that this problem was a true exception to our normal practices. Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences. Aware that the inconvenience encountered affected the quality of your stay, we have credited you to your Club card: - 1500 courtesy points for the error on the room allocated to you - 2000 courtesy points to compensate for inconvenience I would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards, and I personally would like to make sure you will experience it during your next stay with us. Poor Service & behavior at Breakfast restaurant

I regularly stay at this hotel and I ask for two things, one two full boiled eggs and the other one, 1 super hot milk pot. I used to get it regularly but this time, I did not get hot milk even after waiting for 15 min. When I asked waitress, she said, she forgot and arguing that i can use regular warm milk. I was surprised by this behavior and no one even bothered to gimme hot milk I wanted. Very disappointed and would think twice before booking this property.

Hôtel Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo is the perfect place for your stay when in Paris for some conference or exhibition at the Expo Pavilions. It is also a very good location to plan your visit to Paris, as well as the near cities and villages, as it is in fact in the suburban area of Paris - in Vanves. The service in the hotel is very good - rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, beds are very comfortable for refreshing sleep, breakfast is rich (the additional coffee machines make very good coffee from Nespresso capsules).

Someone opened my room one morning at 8am and closed it without saying a word Very noisy with construction work. Very light bed.. moving during the night. My Bose headset disappeared in the room

The receptionist was very friendly and promised me an upgrade but when I came to room it was not an upgrade. It was a spacious room but no window to the outside and dark and stuffy with bad air-cycling.

In my 2 nights stay I was able to experience only the accommodation services and not the facilities or restauration services. Due to the nature of my business visit, I had to come back just for the night sleep. Comfortable, quiet, calm and restful. The front desk team was very polite, helpful and fast.

Nice room, very clean. Only minor disturbance by ongoing renovation works (short interruption of hot water in shower - 30 sec? and minimal amount of noise). Cleaning staff and bar people very friendly. Breakfast: all I want. Received text message that room was ready upon arrival, but it wasn't. Reception desk offered a drink, that is nice.

If the hotel was not so conviniently located next to the Exhibition Center, I would not go back there. Don't know about the renovated rooms, but the old ones are pretty run down, old fashioned and dirty. Horrible soundproofing, tiny windows, almost no toiletries available in the rooms, unefficient hair dryer, etc.
