Our room was comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and a spare pillow. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. Our check in was rather slow. All the other staff were helpful and efficient. Check out was efficient and quick.

had a reservation at your hotel tonight and I had the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. First the receptionist was unpleasant (to say the least) to my colleague. He was waiting to be attended with his identity card and he started correcting his manners - saying that he needed to say what he wanted and that it could a present his Portuguese identity card. I was also waiting but he decided that I should be ignored. Finally he got my identity card and wouldn’t talk to me and finally said that our reservation had been transferred to a different hotel and that we could walk 15 mins with our suitcases. The taxi was at on our expense.
