I traveled from the United States to stay at the Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo for a conference at the neighboring exhibition center. The hotel staff, specifically Hassan and Meryem, were extremely welcoming and accomodating and worked to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process after a long day of travel. Furthermore, I made an error in my initial booking regarding the type of room requested, and Hassan and Meryem went above and beyond to accomodate my request. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The location was also very convenient for access to the convention center and metro lines.
