Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your stay. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations or our usual standards. I understand your dissatisfaction following a technical incident that unfortunately affected the operation of our elevators. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Our maintenance teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the hot water, a general outage, beyond our control, temporarily impacted the entire establishment. We immediately alerted our technical service, and every effort was made to resolve this issue promptly. We are fully aware of the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely regret this situation.
