We are currently here- family of 4 and the city is great however I regret picking this hotel. We opted for something that was reasonably priced over luxury. However, even then this has not met ours standards. ROOM: The room itself if fine. Very limited space to hang clothes etc but it's expected. Beleive it or not, the rooms are baking hot even for February!!! To the point that all the chocolate the children bought melted over night. The fan in the room doesn't work. They state they have AC but these are switched off over the winter, which I know is standard across many hotels and countries. We have been sleeping with the windows open, which is fine. But then all night you can hear the noise as hotel is right on the main roads ie trams, parties etc. We asked for a free standing fan or an alternative, however they don't have any fans. We were given enough towels the first night and after been out all day exploring with children we have come back to find, half of our towels are dirty! BREAKFAST our son as a number of food allergies so we carry a lot items with us. However, nothing is labelled in tbe Breakfast buffet. We constantly had to ask what foods have egg, milk or nuts in them. And pretty much everything bar the fruit and cereal has those. No soya/oat milk but we took our own. Overall the variety is minimal however our daughter is happy as she gets to just have the pancake and Nutella! Pretty disappointed. Honestly just thought the standards would be better. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Terrible service, extremely poor restaurant, avoid and stay elsewhere.

From the first day of arriving with a pre booked table in the restaurant for 16 people, it took over 40 minutes to be acknowledged, another 30 minutes for drinks, another 30 minutes (at least) for menus, food arrived 1.5 Hours later cold and bland, no more drinks during the meal without several guests having to try and find a staff, Saturday evening blanked by three bar staff who then proceeded to serve several other guests despite being stood at the bar with no acknowledgement (two stood talking by the cash register no attempt to serve or ask), lights then went off at midnight sat in darkness when we finally got served could continue..... - customer service zero terrible.
