Great location easy access to metro, tram, bus. Friendly staff, breakfast with a good spread. Metro station is easily accessible, when you come out of the Hotel (if there are no Transport strikes). Friendly staff, who generally go out of the way to help you out - thank you! Breakfast has a wide variety of French Specialities including the Macrons, fresh bouget, croissant. Freshly squeezed orange juice and many more ... Yum... Thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service at the breakfast.

The route to the new part of the hotel was quite complicated at first - had to take the lift then get out and take another lift. The corridor of the new rooms was very dirty - I do not think the carpet had been vacuumed for a long time. First impressions of the room - OK - however the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected - there was some rubbish in the bin from the previous occupant and the toilet did not have a paper strip over it to prove that it had been cleaned. The taps never seemed clean. The floor of the shower was slippy. The breakfast staff were very welcoming - the variety of breakfast items was adequate

The experience was good and the staff were pleasant, but the drains in the shower and sink we're not that good. The staff for the breakfast weren't very available either, but were pleasant.

Actually the best option in the area to attend at the expo and fair overall experience. I was staying in a Suite and nothing to complain about the nice room out of the fact that the a/c was pointing straight at the bed an was not conformable.

Another hotel at extremely High price compared what was delivered. When you check in and find you have to ask for extra shampoo the second day at a 280 euro / night hotel - i am surprised. This was same story every day. One would expect that to happend aomatically. There are also very big difference in the recognition of guest. This should be the same No matter where in World you travel

The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Reception was very helpful, and the Metro is right next door. On the negative side, the rooms are small, the bathtub is quite high and the enclosure is not very good as water ends up all over the floor. The breakfast items never varied in the 3 days we were there. I had left 2 candies on the table in our room, and one of them disappeared. One afternoon we were changing and the housekeeping lady suddenly opened our door to ask us a question and I was standing in the room naked, so I did not appreciate that! We felt the price was high for what we got, but then we were first timers in Paris and not accustomed to the Paris prices.

Front desk are courteous. Location is perfect and very near our convention site. However, I'm not satisfied with the tidiness of the room. Turn down service doesn't provide us with enough toiletries for the succeeding day.
