Great size room for 4 people, definitely well located and great breakfast! Only downside was the sub-par A/C on a very hot day in Paris!

Stayed for 5 nights recently in a family suite. Room was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was superb. Metro right outside making it so easy and efficient moving around Paris. Some nice cafes and restaurants around the neighbourhood. Breakfast was sufficient.

Public transport (tram, bus, and metro) are all within less than 1 minute of walking. Small grocery store just across the street along with several fast food places and a couple cafes. Room is comfortable and not too small. Only complaint is that even though the room has its own thermostat, the air conditioning is not quite strong enough. It was tolerable, but could be better from that point of view.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very clean room and toilet. The only thing that bothered me is the Carpet smell when I enter the room. I could not open the windows to ventilate the room. Other than that, all was good.
