Visiting our daughter who has just moved to Paris to study at the Sorbonne. Hotel is just around the corner from her flat, so well located for our visit, plus it is dog friendly and we had our two dogs with us. Also booked this hotel as they had an underground car park. Unfortunately on arrival we couldn’t use it as there was a problem with the car lift. We had to park about 100m away in the Exhibition Centre. No real issue apart from the rain! Hotel refunded the parking we had already paid. Room was large and clean, with a great shower. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very good stay but worth checking if the car lift works before you book, if this is one of your reasons, staying there!

was not able to sleep all three nights because temp in the room was at 29deg and airco was not working - I was given an accessible room without asking for it, I needed to change my room - room was ok cleanlinesswise but the corners in the bathroom had stains from soapscum and spots of watermarks - definitely bot 4 star quality room

A man break into my room on the 1st day 5:30 in the morning The room card didn't work on the last day The mini bar wasn't refill properly, one room always missing certain stuff and one room didn't get a refill for most of the days

The overall experience is always good but the housekeeping needs to improve. Highlight remains the staff members in the restaurant for breakfast. Sia, Ulric, Fabrice and all the others are the gems of this hotel. Their dedication and service is 5*!
