Poor, when we explained about the situation, and the phone scam they did nothing or show any willing to help. We never were advice of we were calling a telephone number which you must pay. And they reception where asking as to hold the line while they check thing. Total of 20 minutes and 240€ less in the bank account. Plus we paid reservation and parking before knowing about the phone charged.

Was located relatively close to my destination. Considering it's a Ibis Budget, there is not to much to ask, but anyway, there are things that can be better (should be able to close shades in better way to avoid light, the breakfast -that is paid-)

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Eiffel Tower (around 12 minutes by taxi), which was very convenient for sightseeing. The room was small but clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited options and little variety. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during the last two days of our stay, which was inconvenient. What we really did not like was the heating system. The room temperature could not be adjusted and was fixed at 23°C, but despite this, the room felt constantly cold, as if there was no heating at all. At night it was especially cold, which was very uncomfortable, particularly when traveling with a small child. Additionally, there was very limited seating space in the hotel lobby — only a small two-seat sofa and one armchair — which made it difficult to sit and wait comfortably. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the heating issue significantly affected our comfort.

Easy access to the centre of Paris by bus. Unfortunately, there has not a cup for the teeth brushing. Friendly staff and they’re easy to communicating in English.
