The air conditioning was broken. I asked for help from the front desk. They told me the technician would come in the morning and that they had no more rooms available. Nobody came to fix and we had to sleep with the windows wide open with all the street noise. It was disgusting. Also, the door to the room was very difficult to close. At one point a stranger opened it while we were in the room. I also told the front desk and they suggested I use the key to close it but that did not work for us. We had to slam it very loudly and hard. I did appreciate the free coffee and ice in the lobby. The lobby was very nice. The metro was walking distance and it was quick to get around.

The location is off the main street and was quiet. Overall the room needed repairs and cleaning: filthy grime on the seat of the only indoor chair, light fixture in kitchen area hanging from electrical cord. There may have been a desk at one time but it was missing. Outdoor chair neglected and dirty. The floors and bath/w.c. were in good condition. The recycling rules were confusing to me as there were only two color bags. Not three. To me it seems like the conservation rules were there to save the hotel money, rather than to impact the Earth. Property in general was clean, noticing that the garden was being maintained during my stay. Elevator service was acceptable. The hotel staff were helpful. I did not have the breakfast. Would stay again if I am ever in the area, just not in the same room.

An ideal place to stay for a family with young children visiting Paris. The comfortable apartment accommodates up to five guests (two adults and three young children) and had everything we needed. We were very pleased to have booked the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of delicious options, and the on-site parking garage was extremely convenient. The tram stops right outside the hotel, and the nearest metro station is just a five-minute walk away, with Metro line 12 connecting to many of Paris’s main attractions. OOur apartment had two balconies—one with a full dining table setup and another with views of the Eiffel Tower. We could even see it sparkle from our own balcony—very cool! Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier. Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, there was no heating in our room. We reported the issue on the first day before going out to explore the city, but when we returned, it still hadn’t been fixed and the room remained very cold. The next morning, we informed the reception again. They told us we would be moved to another room within five minutes, so we packed our belongings. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, we went back to reception and decided to leave for the day instead of waiting longer. When we returned later, we were given a new room—but again, there was no heating. We had to be moved a second time. On the third room, the heating finally worked, but there was no hot water. This issue was only resolved on our last night. Overall, the repeated room changes and unresolved issues made our stay uncomfortable.

The room was horrible, as soon as you walk in the mirror in the room was broken, the refrigerator was not functioning, inside was not cold and the lights keep blinking on and off. All my years with Accor this was the worst. Only good thing was the location and parking. The room I was in needs desperately to be renovated.

Sadly they didn't understand English, or the Accor terms, so we didn't get breakfast or alcohol. Beds were comfortable but rooms need upgrading. Broken bedside table.
