The apartment and location were very good. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was very good. The reservation process (directly with M. Abate) was very good. But check-in and out was way below what I am used with Accord. Check-in I did close to midnight, after a very long day. It took well over 5 minutes to determine if breakfast was included or not. I ended-up pulling the mail confirmation from M.Abate. i paid for the stay and asked for the invoice to be emailed, but did not get it. At Check-out the same debate with the breakfast, included or not. Again I had to pull the confirmation. I asked again for the invoice to be mailed. I was asked then for an email address, which was a surprise as the booking was in the Accord system. I provided mail and ALL number. I never received the invoice. I had to write to M. Abate for it, and it was sent inmediately. Staying positive, the 2 waiters at the restaurant were fantastic, and M. Abate was always helpful and efficient.

This is the second time i stay in this aparthotel, and this time the studio was smaller but more comfortable, equipped with all I needed, newly renovated, and the atmosphere was very cozy. I will definitely stay here again.
