Aparthotel Adagio Porte de Versailles 4 stars

The day before I left the hotel, I arrived late 10:30pm, tired after a long day work. I requested the code to access the car park and park my car. The only answer was 'could you pay now the days you stayed here?' without any empathy. I was really surprised by such a request so late in the evening in a supposed 4stars hotel. Moreover, I had booked the room for a week thru Amex. Everything about me including my payment mode was known by the hotel. I simply canceled the studio I booked for the week after and won't come back in this hotel with a so poor customer service.

The apartment is of reasonable size but needs some refurbishment. The spotlight in the bathroom was hanging by the electrical wires. The heating/ventilation control knob was missing in one room, consequently the ventilation was blowing all night and it was cold.

Very friendly and kind staff. I've arrived early friday morning, They allowed me to take the room at midday instead the three o' clock. The room was kind, large end comfortble. I stayed there till monday morning. The kitchen was complete with all the amenities including sponge detergents, towel and rag and dishwasher mashine with soap detergent.

The hotel is suitable for trade fair visitors, as Messe Ost is not far away. Improvements: - (Partially) Noisy air conditioning cannot be switched off. - No drinks in the room

From outside the aparthotel looks very nice, it is easily reachable with public transport. In the hall area there were some sofas, a ping pong table and a table soccer table (good). First doubt came during check in, no membership benefit, when the employee answered two customer complaints in what looked like a well rehearsed "sorry for the inconvenience story"; he did not even bother to note the requests (two mainteinance issues in the rooms). The rooms were adequately spacious, but looked like a perfect example of "deferred maintenance" (the trick managers and contractors use to squeeze money out of a terminating contract by avoiding anything execept really urgent repairs). -The carpets were in a bad need of washing all over the hotel, even with vacuuming small things reamined trapped in the fur -A mainteinance panel on the side of the bathtub was missing, exposing all the unfinished (and dirty) interior, reported to the concierge, got the same story of the check in - most of the furnishings showed evident signs of wear and tear, and / or needed repairs - whatever was not in an easy reach (lets say within a "two minute per room" cleaning time) was not cleaned (eg for the bathroom: spiderwebs, mould on the ceiling and betwwen tiles, behind the glass bathub screen, bathub all scratched out, frames with traces of rust and warped....) - the kitchen area was cleaner (evidently not used by everyone), but the kitchen surfaces were marred by heated pots, i think since a long time Definitely not going again there, and most definitely not up to a well known hotel chain standard. (Inspectors, where are you?)

Very nice clean and quite place , kids friendly and nice staff.

the check in was easy, the apartment was good size, had everything you would need. it is good for staying for work trips (it has the sink/kettle etc/appliances in the room) so you can relax there, also good if you had to stay for a long period of time. it is not luxurious but you get what you pay for which I was happy with. I didn't have breakfast here.

It was lovely as we had a suite and we have always stayed in Adsgio so we like the security and comfort. But I have to share something unpleasant. The first day we checked in : 4 th sept . I called d reception at around 6 pm as I needed assistance with microwave. I don’t know who d person was, but he was very very rude. He spoke to me very rudely and said “ dont u understand English?? I can not come and help you as I am alone ??”” Of course I would have understood if he spoke nicely too. I was too tired dat day hence I didn’t report. Also I had requested housekeeping 2 days in a row , they promised me but never did it. Yohan or Joan I don’t know spelling but that guy was pleasant and very helpful at reception.

We had a good experience staying at Adagio Aparthotel. The staff was very cooperative in accommodating our extra luggage we had gotten for Who's Next Fair. Moreover, we had ordered some things online from Amazon France that had reached the hotel 15 days before our check-in date, which was handled and stored very well by the staff members. We were extremely grateful about this! Special thanks to Khushboo, Laura, Kamel and Salima.

Nice one bed apartment with well equipped kitchenette. Easy access to metro, bus and trams, supermarket and restaurants. We have been there before and go again.

We liked the separate rooms....It was a comfortable apartment with all necessary utilities. Not so far away from Metro transport. Quiet and nice neighborhood. the only thing was the door to the terrace that did not close properly...otherwise, everything was ok.

dissatisfied as we booked a 4-bed and got a triple room :( One person had to sleep on an extra bed, and when we were two couples, the whole mood ruined when they said they had no extra room. It has been revealed that Hotel.com reserves rooms they do not already have.
