I was charged the full stay and breakfast at check-in and in addition half of the amount remains also blocked in my bank account. I had to leave one day earlier and am still waiting for reimbursement. I have had to make all efforts to try to get the situation resolved, it is still not. Staff is giving different information, no one seems to know how to manage, I am wasting a lot of time and am extremely frustrated.
