Heating didnt work, sewer smell, tv didn't connect, room divider stuck... no housekeeping assistance. Staff dont know English. They dont understand the transport system, laundry- nothing!

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier. Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, there was no heating in our room. We reported the issue on the first day before going out to explore the city, but when we returned, it still hadn’t been fixed and the room remained very cold. The next morning, we informed the reception again. They told us we would be moved to another room within five minutes, so we packed our belongings. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, we went back to reception and decided to leave for the day instead of waiting longer. When we returned later, we were given a new room—but again, there was no heating. We had to be moved a second time. On the third room, the heating finally worked, but there was no hot water. This issue was only resolved on our last night. Overall, the repeated room changes and unresolved issues made our stay uncomfortable.

The room was horrible, as soon as you walk in the mirror in the room was broken, the refrigerator was not functioning, inside was not cold and the lights keep blinking on and off. All my years with Accor this was the worst. Only good thing was the location and parking. The room I was in needs desperately to be renovated.

Staying at the Aparthotel before meant that coming back this time, there was only one place to stay. We really enjoy staying at your hotel. The room is perfect, the staff polite. We will be visiting again, for sure.
