I have been a loyal Diamond member with Accor for the past four years and have consistently enjoyed excellent service during my stays. However, I am deeply disappointed by the experience I recently faced, which reflects a lack of professionalism and customer care. During my last stay, I informed the receptionist a week in advance about my early departure and was assured that the refund for the unused days would be processed. Based on this confirmation, I made my travel plans accordingly. Despite multiple follow-ups via emails and calls over the past 10 days, I have not received any response or resolution regarding my refund. This level of service is completely unexpected from a brand of Accor’s reputation. As a Diamond member, I have always valued the care and attention provided during my stays, but this incident stands out as a glaring exception. Ignoring repeated reminders and failing to address a simple refund request undermines the trust I have placed in the brand over the years. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and I urge Accor to prioritize customer service and ensure that such issues are not repeated in the future.

On nov. 1st three alarm tests were carried out from 9 to 9:30 am. Management of the hotel should inform guests in advance of planned alarm tests (at least I did not see or get any notification).

We stayed for the second time for almost a week at Porte de Versailles. Very well located, near tram, bus, metro and train to the south west (Montparnasse). The staff was really kind and welcoming.
