My daughter and I stayed with you for 4 nights. We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air con was very much appreciated, as were the free movies. We enjoyed dinner in the rooftop restaurant, and breakfast was lovely.

On arrival reception claimed I was getting an upgrade when in fact I did not. Overall my experience with the service personnel was poor troughout. Breakfast was ok. Shower door in my room 620 does not close fully, needs attention. The app was indicating that my welcome drink was "juice in my room", but there never was any.

Hotel is lovely but a typical 3 star, it needs some TLC as we had a broken TV, unusable power outlets and leaking sink. The staff didn't seem particularly friendly, and appeared rather disinterested but not sure if this was owing to the language barrier. The rooftop terrace was lovely but it is misleading to say the Eiffel Tower is visible as all you see is the peak of it

Staff are not professional and house keeping does not value customer privacy. On 2 occasions house keeping entered my room without consent, knocking or notice to find my partner or myself naked. A clear violation of privacy. The first time I explained to the reception that this is not OK and they reassured me that this would not happen again and house keeping had been spoken to. It then happened a second time and house keeping violated an extremely since I was fully naked and they ran away so I could not see who opened the door. I stay in hotels all over europe and the world for business. Why does yours have a particular issue in respecting customers privacy? A formal complaint is pending.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location good. However, bed could have been more comfortable and it was difficult to find a comfortable temperature in the room. I was disappointed that the vending machines were broken as I think having the ability to grab a water or a light snack is important.

We had a comfortable stay but were very disappointed that the restaurant fully closed between 10:30 and 12:30. We were jet lagged, hungry and thirsty and couldn’t get anything during those hours. The staff was not able to give us so much as a glass of water. Disappointing service for the price of the stay. But we enjoyed the room. Although the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat.

Vending machine was not working, there is not any market near and there was no slipper in the room. Also providing a single product for hair and body wash is a very very low standart.

Indeed, the hotel is not located in the city center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walking from the hotel, but it is indeed open only during the day. We have slippers to sell at our Mama Shop :) We hope to see you again really soon to show you what we are capable of !

It was a great hotel with a cool modern design. The breakfast was really nice and elaborated. Staff was friendly, discount for parking, great location!

I’ve tried calling into the receptionist to ask about my deposit return and got hung on on.very disappointing as all I wanted to know is if I will receive my money back as a 250euros to me is a lot of money.

Nice rooms. Our experience at the hotel restaurant was extremely inconsistent and seemed entirely dependent on who was serving. We had one lovely lunch with attentive, friendly service, but unfortunately both of our dinner experiences were very poor, with completely different staff. There was very little care or effort made for our small children, and on one evening the service was so bad that we chose to leave and have dinner at the hotel next door instead. The contrast between teams was remarkable and suggests a lack of consistent service standards. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children

I found the system effective, from desk to room service - breakfast was focused on french and healthy options, both worked great for me. I also noticed a nice like minded crowd staying at the hotel.
