Front Desk Lady Need a Training…

I asked change in my invoice. Because I was staying for business. The lady in the front desk, she did something else in the invoice. When I reask what I need her behaviour changed. I didnt like the way of expressing herself, voice tone and body language. It was rude. I believe if she doesnt have patient she should not be in the front desk.
