The staff and quality of service in general is well below the average - Not a single smile during the check-in, no efforts in welcoming customers made at all (ex. Credit card thrown back at me after taking the deposit). The room was noisy, overheated, not clean (Hair & Hairs, not mine!). The staff at breakfast simply do not care - continued they personal convos out-loud, talking badly about customers who were having breakfast. Same 'Company' - however - compared to Mama Shelter Puteaux, this one is a disgrace. Staff from Mama Shelter Paris West, go to your colleagues in Puteaux and learn a thing or two.

TV was not working. No hot water in bathroom for more than 12 hours.
