Hello Jose, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us! 😊 We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Mama Shelter Paris West, especially our quiet location, generous breakfast, complimentary water and the 50% parking rate we offer to our guests. It’s great to know that these little extras made a difference during your family stay. 🌟 We’re also delighted that our team, as well as your check-in and check-out experiences, lived up to your expectations. Your recommendation is a lovely reward for the whole team — thank you! We are, however, very sorry about the double payment made through PayPal. Even though our team identified the issue and processed the refund, we completely understand that having to wait more than a month to get your money back was far from ideal. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are taking note of your feedback regarding the booking process. Thank you as well for your honest comments about our carpets. We do carry out deep cleaning of the carpets throughout the year as part of our regular maintenance programme. That said, we understand that some areas may have looked a little tired or marked during your stay, and we’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to our housekeeping and maintenance teams. 🧹 And finally, we’re glad our generous breakfast was one of the highlights of your stay! We hope to see you and your family again soon at Mama Shelter Paris West — perhaps for another delicious breakfast and a little more Parisian time with us. 🥐 Mama loves you Jose <3
