Small, cosy hotel. Perfectly situated next to the train station (7m to the city centre) and in the near future also next to the new metro line 15. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Extreme helpfull and friendly staff.good value for money.

It was a nice, well kept, clean hotel with friendly staff. Aircon worked well during the heatwave and the hotel amenities were good. Breakfast was good and the fresh orange juice machine was a highlight. I could've looked this up myself beforehand, but as the hotel is next to the station, some information about station closures / shortened operational hours at the hotel would've been appreciated e.g. when we were there, there were no trains after 21.45. maybe a notice board that says get X bus if the N train isn't running?

Breakfast has limited choice. Room facilities are not very good (hair dryer, hard to adjust water temperature, no tissue paper, no ventilator in toilet) The service staff are welcoming.

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially during breakfast. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Eiffel Tower is about 20 minutes away. There is also a Lidl supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection is strong. After a long day of walking around Paris, you can enjoy a very cozy and warm bath. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It was a very good experience staying at this hotel. Marie-Christine was very collaborative and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the breakfast selection was good (I'd only add more vegetable options), it was great to have freshly squeezed orange juice, the hotel entrance was welcoming. For us it was well located, a quick drive to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

In general, the hotel was above our expectations and the staff were extremely helpful and greeted guests with smile. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The only two comments I would like to make are: 1. breakfast menu can be more diverse, 2. if you could provide mini-fridge or water bottles in the rooms that would be great (specially, during the summer)

The experience was great I did like the hotel from location to staff. The only negative part it was the Bathroom, the shower its really small and Also my room was in the basement and I did not like that.
