The bed and the bathroom were clean, and the room was fairly quiet. A few things that I didn’t like were: -There was only one, all-purpose soap for body, hands and hair. -There is no peep-hole in the door, you have to open it to see who’s there. -There was no card to hang on your door to tell the cleaning staff that you didn’t want to be disturbed.

Not allowed to stay without advance payment despite corporate booking

After first day, my access card was locked without informing me and I was asked to make advance payment if I were to get my card unlocked for the remaining days of my booking. I have traveled multiple countries and I have never been ill treated like in your case. I will never ever come back to Ibis.

We arrived late at our hotel and were met by Anthony, great guy, very efficient and funny. All the other staff were very helpful and friendly as well. I found the hotel in an awesome location, close to the station and the city centre of Clamart. Would definitely come here again.

You should clearly show the bar opening hours. I wen’t down at around midnight and could not get a drink. That’s the first time in a hotel that happened to me.

Ok .. The hotel itself is situated down a residential road with a lot of building works going on (Which was not displayed on booking). The breakfast area is very small and also breakfast very limited. The hotel parking has 5 spaces @ €14 p/n which considering the car park is very excessive.. The only positive we think is the train station at the rear which gives access into the tourist areas

The welcome water bottle was opened and half level. The night was too expensive for the quality level. I never paid so much for a room with no added value.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast though small spread was excellent and tasty. Hotel was easily accessible by train and taxi and was in a quiet neighborhood. Although the train station was right behind us we had road facing rooms and didn't hear any noise.
