Good room and location, but expecting better service

1) 2nd day only one of the 2 booked room was cleaned 2) found a needle in one bed, which with 3 children is not nice 3) my daughter forgot a ring and a necklace. Notified by reception, but after 3 emails offering to pay for shipment I didn't get any answer
