Checkin fast.checkout fast .room was ok .walls paper thin . Breakfast good .no dinner / lunch available

The rooms are very small for the price I paid for. Bathroom door broken. Bathroom and the room not clean as the place was filled with limescale. Staff were great. Breakfast requires more attention with varieties.

Short, practical. However, the bed is one of the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. 2 days later and my back is still in pain.

The hotel was very well situated for the exhibition centre which is why I chose it. The room was quiet and comfortable, which was ideal for me as a business traveller. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The negative points - the bed linen was heavy and did not breath well, so left you feeling hot and sticky - I did feel the hotel was expensive for what was provided, although it is comparable to other hotels nearby - my bathroom door would not properly close

In fact I booked triple room it means 3 beds but we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. The man on the reception forced us to take another room because he said it’s not allowed to be 4 in one room. I told him triple room for 3 person and my 4 years child can sleep with me or with his mam. He refused to do that. It seems to have more money from the guests rather than anything else. I hope the hotel be more flexible specially with families. In case if I don’t have more money what should I do with my family especially my credit card already changed since I booked the room 2 days before I come

The place was modern and clean . Our bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean . The place is a short trip away to Paris which we liked the most .

I had a good time at the hotel. The staff are always ready to assist. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the metro station, so cummuting was not a problem.

The accommodation was fine but the car park was a bit of a challenge to get in and out of with a larger car. Good selection at breakfast, although the machine for boiling eggs was set at too low a temperature so it didn't actually boil, so the eggs cooked unevenly. Friendly and helpful reception.

Very clean, good breakfast, location is not the best, staff support was not the best

Room was clean, staff we're friendly, bed was comfortable. My only issue is the width of the shower, it's too narrow.

hotel location was very near metro. this makes it easy to tow luggage over. all amenities in room was adequate. thank you for your receptionist for giving us a map to the exhibition center. overall experience is good. I love it that you have air conditioning. bed and pillow was comfortable.

It was clean rooms and public space, such as restaurant or Robbie. My room was a little small, but I felt comfortable because my purpose is rest and sleep. Breakfast was also good and these time was calm. I feel this brand facilities include this hotel are for urban business trip or life.

The hotel room was quite comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Adequate breakfast menu. We got to enjoy the Paris trip with ease since there is good Metro and bus connection nearby.
