The room was ok, other than that it was just really a disappointing experience overall. Towels are thin, time to invest in new ones, multiple bugs in the room. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment, having just come in from another Ibis we were hoping for similar options or at least more variation, instead there are a couple of pastries, eggs you need to cook yourself, no real fresh fruit on offer, not a healthy offering overall. The number of flies around the uncovered food did not entice you to go back for seconds. First hotel where I have stayed where you have to clean up after yourself after breakfast. People might say hang on, it’s cheap, It is an Accor hotel and it is irrelevant about price, it is more about the customer leaving with a positive experience. I have had many positive experiences over the years with Accor , this was not one of them.
