I booked the hotel for my mother and her sister who came to visit me for over 12 days. They were given room 319 and from the start there were technical problems in the room. First with the light and then with the water in the bathroom. They came 3 times to try to fix the problem, including on Christmas Day and were unsuccessful. Only then did the receptionist offer them an alternative room, 219. I should mention the receptionist on Christmas Day who did everything she could to help. Without her good service, the rating I would have given would have been worse. Following all this I will not book or recommend your hotel to anyone.. Dotan M.

Our room looked recently refurbished and was, clean, comfortable and well equipped for our needs. In addition, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Generally it was fine however, more room service would have made the stay more pleasant.

Easy to access. Staffs were friendly. Rooms are equipped well with necessities. Double glass window for noise cancellation. I would have given it 10 out 10 if the swimming pool was available or open.
