Aparthotel Adagio access Vanves Porte de Versailles

Not great quality

My son needs free gluten food. So, your hotel has been ideal for us because the room had kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped. However, we think air conditioned and smoke extractor in the room was necessary. My son enjoyed very much with your swimming pool. The deal with your staff has been perfect. I will look for your hotel when I travel again. Thank you very much.

Everything went onwell I also enjoyed the pool but hope you will add jym for practice or training to your facilities thanks for having us.

It was a very bad experience. For some reason the staff were extreamly fussy and would not believe the guest. The staff treated us, as if the staff were the clients and we are there to cater to their whims and fancies. This situation was not unique to us but other guest from Germany who were waiting to checkin at that time were faced with similar situation. We were happy with the staff and services and facilities of Adajio in Amstelveen where we were just before reaching Adajio in Vanves.

The hotel is nice and clean in a great location for visiting Paris. There's lots of really nice restaurants and bars around and the Metro station is only 5 mins walk away.

Water pressure in the shower was poor. No air conditioning & it was 38C & only a fan. Lighting was very, very poor. No small microwave containers & we had to ask for a toaster. The pool wasn't anything to shout about, but was practical for quickly cooling off, not somewhere you would spend much time. Also again quite dark & no daylight at all.

We basically waited for two hours to get a room. They could not find our booking then when they got the confirmation of it they could not find a room. Our stay in Paris was strongly impacted by this delay and many people seemed to have issues too with this hotel.

The lady that attended us for our check-in and check-out was very kind. She speaks English very good and was helpful at all times. She got a taxi booked for us. The room was just perfect for our 4 nights stay to visit Paris, beds were good, bathroom a bit small but just enough, fridge and dishes clean, we had also air conditioning in the room.

Comfortable room, clean, wonderful swimming pool. Reception desk all time ready to help.

The staff barely speak english or any other language than french. It was very hard to understand each other for any matter. I had to give them the company details for invoice at least 5 times in order to receive the correct invoice. I am still waiting for it via post mail now, since at departure the lady did not know how to print it. I booked via Accor Hotels a double room with twin bed more than a month before the stay, and they only had a double bed (140cm) when I got there.

Friendly staff but very smelly and unclean facilities

We spent 5 nights in a cleaned flat. The space was just enough for our 3 luggages. The bathroom was a bit narrow and slightly old but it was cleaned. During our stay the temperature was fresh but in hot season it would be useful to have air conditionner in the flat. There was no air conditionner, but the staff leave a fan in our flat. The young staffs at the reception were welcoming and helpful to our question about the area around the hotel. A common dining room is a good idea to have free coffe or tea during day or night.

Good price earning, good locating, easy moving.

fair. staff is helpful the room and facilities in the kitchen are good it d be better if there is room service as we stayed for five nights but can’t change towel and rubbish bag room do not have air conditioner is another big problem for asian people as well
