Great value for price. Room was spacious and clean, the only issue was lack of proper light in the bathroom. Should have better illumination, impossible to look at the mirror or see well in the shower.

Heating wasn’t working No toilet paper

Alls staff are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Myriam for all hera ssistance. She was always going beyond in order to assist. What i would suggest o improve is how often hotel is offering a cleaninga nd change of towels. I stayed whole week and unfortunately i dint have any cleaning to the room nor changing towles

The hotel location is very good, close to the metro, grocery stores and restaurants. The room was clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. However, we felt that staying for 7 nights without any room cleaning service was a bit off.

A good overall experience, with a very welcoming staff…yet the extra paid service for bed/towel changing and cleaning is a minus factor for us ..
