Aparthotel Adagio access Vanves Porte de Châtillon 3 stars

Room was clean and pretty well equipped, nice and quiet with not much noise from other rooms or outside. Laundry facilities were good, breakfast was nice and free hot drinks throughout the day. We needed another pillow each and only 1 extra had been provided but they gave us another one when we asked. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work plus the runners from the shower screen were loose but this did not effect our stay. Only downside is no air conditioning. It was ok for us as the weather wasn’t too hot but this would stop using this apart hotel again especially between April and September

The room is very nice (we took one downstairs). Wifi works but limited way. To check in at the weekend is VERY difficult. I got it thanks to the help of some people who lent me a phone so that I could get in touch with someone to give me the room keys. That part was pretty desperate. Turning around, everything was great. I was charged a fee after my stay, even though I had already left everything paid previously. A bit far from the metro, like a 15 min walk, but for us it was fine

Staff are friendly and the hotel was clean. The shower wasn't as clean as I'd like, but the price was very low for a last minute adventure. One thing that should be stated is the twin and double room are one and the same. Pushing two single beds together doesn't make a double, I wish we had known this before travel, as this may have effected our choice. The kitchen was compact and very useful for the odd lunch prep or evening meal. It was well equiped although we had to wash most of the dishes a second time before using. The location is perfect. One stop away from montparnasse, which made it perfect for our stay. The hotel did not effect the experience and although I wouldn't stay again, it was a lovely break away.

As always everything was as expected. During our stay (on the second day) the toilet stopped working. We immediately were offered a different room. Very professional and proactive behaviour.

The staff at the reception are very pleasant, polite and helpful. Reserving a room by telephone is an easy and pleasant matter due to the welcome shown by the person at the reception, who also will propose the most advantageous tarifs for the dates concerned. The reception often will stay later than the official hours, which is very helpful if you arrive late. The apartment-rooms are comfortable and adequate. They are well isolated acoustically so that neighbours do not disturb you, nor you disturb your neighbours. The double bed is very wide, thus more practical for assuring a good nights sleep. The bed linen is very clean. The kitchenette is adequately provided, ideal for preparing one's own breakfast, or a quick supper. The hotel car park is fine, modern and very reassuring as a shelter for your vehicle while you carry out your touring of Paris using the public transports. The location of the Vanves hotel is ideal for a rapid access to Paris, and Paris transports are very good and numerous. Our only criticism might be that we would have liked someone to come more often to clean the room and take away our rubbish in the bins, but then this would be related to our choice of having a room for several days over the Christmas holiday, without being disturbed, so obviously you can't have "both" ! We found that the large boiler or chaudière had a slightly strange smell as if it might be leaking some stagnant water, but of this we could not be sure. All things considered, a very good and convenient stay, and not expensive.

Value for price was really poor. The room was tiny, not clean, the door needed a special “trick” to open. Also due to the refrigerator, the room was very noisy. The hallway was just very gloomy looking, the carpet and the individual doors could really use a freshening up. Breakfast was extremely standard, but ok. Staff was really helpful and forthcoming! Indoor garage was perfect.

The hotel staff greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, managing my early arrival and organising storage of my baggage until my room was available. Throughout my stay I found the team extremely affable and ready to offer help, always with a smile. Bravo!

the hotel has good reception and living room the room is not so clean and smiley first night the heater didn't work and next night i has been moved to other room but I spent very cold night

Check in was horrible, did online check in at said I was to arrive before 23.00. Got to the hotel 21.20 and no one was in reception. Apperantly there was a safe with a combination lock where my keys were. Did not receive said code so a fellow guest opened it for me. Excessive noise coming every 5 or 10 minutes from what i assume are pipes or a boiler or something.
