The hotel is really well located, an easy walk from West Brompton and Earl's Court. The main con was that there wasn't a mini fridge in the room, which isn't a major issue for some but I was staying for 4 nights so would have liked to be able to buy a few food/drink bits and store them in the fridge. I also found that the temperature control didn't work and the room was hot. The windows opened so I just did that and it wasn't a big deal.

Perfect location, staff were very friendly (Kendra on the front desk made us feel very welcome). Room was a good size, big bed. Very clean. Great value for money. I would recommend

Need a water cooler as server at the bar was very grumpy and seemed unwilling to give us tap water. She made us feel very uncomfortable to ask.
