I booked a room for my boss Mr B. from 8th-9th December. I then called the hotel to explain that he would be landing the morning of the 9th and would arrive around 8.30am that day so please do not cancel his room. I was assured a note was made on his booking yet when he arrived he was told that he had to wait until 3pm for check in which was not the case as the room was booked for the night before. He then had to wait for half an hour for this to be sorted which was not ideal as he had come direct from a flight and had to be at work in 2 hours.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very well designed so that there was enough space for clothes and luggage. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. We could not have wished for more.

Welcoming staff, clean and well appointed room and the hotel was quiet. Only downside was that it was a little chaotic at breakfast and barely any seats available on one of the two mornings.

Excellent location close to transport system and short distance to full range of shops and eating places
