Upgraded to suite as gold member which was very welcome and a fantastic surprise. Room was lovely with lots of space and a lovely bath as well as walk in shower. Breakfast was busy but well managed and everything was avaliable and hot. Cannot fault the hotel for the price price paid, thank you.

The experience was very enjoyable generally speaking. Staff was generally helpful, service was efficient, breakfast was nice with a good variety. Congestion during breakfast causing long waits for the lift was the only downside

Good mocation. Close to the station. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Just an automatic light in the room kept waking us.
