Staff were nice enough - when you could actually talk to them. I tried to extend my stay from 5 - 7 nighs, but the room I was currently in wasn't available. Fair enough - so I was happy to move rooms. The move was a bit of a disaster. I had too much to move and keys for the new room didn't work 3 times, then the old keys didn't work. The amount of time going up and down wasn't too much of an issue (annoying but survivable) - it was the 20 minute wait to be served each time. I arrived back from meetings on Tuesday and the key didn't work again. After waiting for another 20-30 mins I decided to check out instead of staying for the full stay. A bit disappointed as I hate wasting money booking another hotel - but sometimes being somewhere less stressful is worth it. 184 days in Accor hotels last year and never checked out early before.
