Check in was early. Staff were helpful in getting me in after a long flight. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely.

It was a great experience, the WiFi could be better and not having Netflix/wifi on the telly was a little frustrating but the staff the room and the location was great and I’ll definitely be staying again

Location is good, and hotel also very nice, but we had problems with water pressure during whole stay. There was no reaction from reception. They did nothing to fix the problem or change the room. The water pressure was so low, that it was almost impossible to take shower or wash hair.

Good location, hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The about us says that sheets will be changed every 3 days. This did not happen for me, even though I raised it with housekeeping when they came past to check my room had been cleaned that day

Thank you. I booked a last minute get away for my daughter and myself to see a show. The location of the hotel was just perfect, a walk away from the theatre. The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you.
