Nice room, huge bed, great location. only negative was that the room was not available on time, we had to wait till 430, before we could get into the room.

Only stayed one night but the hotel was comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. Checking in and checking out was quick and simple.

Hotel was in a good location for my visit, room was on 12th floor, which was fine . Comfortable bed and good shower in bathroom. Only down side was noisy neighbours laughing & chatting until 3am.?

Hotel was easy to find and well located near Earls Court. Seating & coffee shop in foyer & friendly staff. Room was comfortable, tv a good size & tea & coffee top up available from reception when we ran out. Bar & restaurant on site, however, limited choice if gluten free required. We stayed in an accessible room as my husband had surgery on his leg recently & whilst it was good to have a wet room rather than a step-in shower or bath, the floor was tiled and I didn't feel very safe on it when wet. I would expect it to be the rubberised/spray on flooring used in other venues.

Used this hotel again (5th time in 12 months! ) for when we came for the football at Wembley. Very close to tube, shops and with plenty of places to get food. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are lovely, beds comfortable and decent pillows for a change!
