Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. We really liked the area and location. It’s close to transport. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and booked a regular room with two beds and a suite. The rooms were close to each other and having the extra room in the suite made it a very comfortable stay. We appreciated the minibar that was refilled daily. Barnaby’s Restaurant and bar area was good and we really enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Greeted on arrival by very friendly and attentive staff, where we learned we had been upgraded, which was a welcome surprise after lots of travel. Rooms are lovely and modern, and good breakfast offering at the buffet for a fair price. Great location right by North End Road and West Brompton station. Would stay again

👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel is about ten to twelve minutes from Earl's Court station (Piccadilly Line/District Line) and between five and seven minutes from West Brompton station (District Line). We stayed at this hotel for four days over the New Year holidays. The staff are welcoming and very helpful – they responded quickly when we have specific requests. The breakfast staff are very kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was cosy and cute. The bedding was very good quality, so we had no trouble getting comfortable and sleeping... for once, we didn't have to fight with the pillows, which are often poor quality or uncomfortable in other hotels. 👎🏻👎🏻 However, the shower was not so pleasant as the water often leaked out. It would have been nice to have a door to prevent the water from leaking out. The "rain effect" shower is... useless. It would have been better to have a shower with an effective shower head, as the rain effect shower does not allow you to relax properly. The WiFi is very very bad. It would be nice to improve more this point. We will be back next time and recommend this Mercure hotel.

We were upgraded to a better room with free minibar use alongside free Ferrero Rocher sweets. The hotel staff was so lovely. As a gold member I used my points for this hotel and absolutely would be returning in the future
