Easy check-in, polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, and it was easy to get to the hotel from central travel locations.

We really liked the location of the hotel (5 minute walk to underground) and the lobby was really great. Check in was smooth and lots of sitting areas. Happy to have windows that open in the rooms and beds very comfortable. It would be great to have a small fridge.

Expected the room to have a/c, it only had a fan. Room was hot, uncomfortable sleep and would find myself and my partner covered in sweat upon waking up. Opening the windows made it bearable but since there’s construction surrounding the hotel, we got woken up by it. Also my room was not always refreshed, not sure if my room was skipped, I had left the premises at 5am came back 6pm to wash up before leaving again and I never had fresh towels. Had to call front desk to send someone, the housekeeper washed all the used cups in the bathroom, not sure if this is the standard in Europe, just thought I’d say that part. The water pressure was very weak , but had hot water the entire shower for me and my partner. When I booked the hotel, it said they’ll provide still and sparkling water, but never received it until 4th night, even though I mentioned it after the first night to the manager. I was told that manager spoke to the housekeeper, and they will replenish the water, 2nd day came by still nothing, 3rd night I got a follow up from manager asking if I had received the water and I said no water. That’s when they sent someone to give 2 cans of water . I stayed for 5 nights. Would’ve made the experience a lot better if they just sent someone with water ASAP.

The stay at the hotel was okay. Couple of frustrations limited the score First, the air conditioning unit, when it was on, there was a whistle, neither me nor my partner could sleep with it on. It then go very hot which again impacted on the sleep Second, we went out for an early walk at which point we had taken our cases to put in the car. We came to return to the room for a freshen up before departure only to find the cleaner had been in and part cleaned the room. We left so not to undo their work (bed made, fresh towels put out. Felt like we’d been rushed out well before or check out time
