Room was cold and grubby, when you turn the heating on it switches off and stays off, when on it was noisy.

Good value for money especially as parking was free. The hotel is a little “tired”, the Wi-fi was a little inconsistent and the shower pressure was very low but overall a comfortable stay with helpful staff.

Stayed at this property a few times over recent years.This was the first time since COVID and I was very happy with the way the hotel was operated.Felt safe and clean. I can honestly say the breakfast was the best I have had during this period of uncertainty cooked freshly where other hotels I’ve stayed recently failed miserably. Well done.

i turned up at the hotel no staff at reception five minute someone came through and threw a key at me then walked off to do something else got upstairs the room window was wide open so freezing in the room no tea or coffee so went out and asked the maids who did not speak a word of english just had to take from the trolley no soap in the bathroom had to ask the maids again to fill it but had to take them and show them the next day i went down for breakfast afyer 20 mins someone came too serve me i ordered breakfast and he bought me coffee i then waited a further 20 mins then he bought out the eggs and bacon i had ordered croisants and cereal to start when i asked him about these he went away i was eating the breakfast and he bought the cereal there was three items missing off the breakfast i dont khow how he could have got it wrong as you had to circle everything on a sheet but then he could hardly speak english so a problem i just gave up

The times are unprecedented, and the staff Hotel really rose to the occasion and made our safety and comfort their priority throughout. Carlos in particular was excellent and we look forward to staying again. The room was a little on the small side, and the bed not the most comfortable, but the views were excellent and overall we completely enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with my son for four nights during half term. Room was decent (although a few extra loo rolls stashed in the wardrobe would have been a good idea) and comfortable, served us just fine. It was also quiet up until our last night when a single gent was put in right next door who was noisy until 1.30am, not ideal. I did speak to the DM about this and he apologised. Breakfast was good with a wide variety and dinner we ahd one evening was also good. Free car parking was a massive draw to choosing the ibis.

Fantastic stay - the team mastered the whole customer journey experience and they nailed every single step in it. Julian is an outstanding front desk representative: very accommodating, warm and welcoming, apologetic, prompt and professional when I had some room key card issues at the start. The room was great - clean and fresh, it has everything I need. The only downside for me was the breakfast - will pass on it next time but everything else is brilliant.

The hotel itself is dated and is in need of a drastic facelift. I didn't sleep too well and the bed was okay. The carpet didn't feel that clean. Great location, great staff.

Hotel had reasonable facilities for a budget hotel though did ask for a quiet room and ended up next a noisy neighbour who enjoyed singing, playing music and talking to at least 1.30am. In such a large hotel why do you place guests in rooms next to each other? Luckily your staff helped me move to another room
