My 2nd stay at ibis/Mercure London Earls Court

This is my second stay in this hotel as my first was last January and i stayed in Mercure London Earls Court. ibis London Earls Court is a 12-storey three-star hotel with breathtaking views of the London skyline. With 226 guestrooms, including suites, family, triple and accessible rooms, a business centre, bespoke food and beverage outlets, and on-site parking, it offers an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers. The rooms in ibis London Earls Court are the same size as in Mercure London Earls Court as both hotels are in the same building. In Mercure, however, the rooms have better amenities like the coffee machine, which is not available in ibis, and the floors in Mercure are carpeted, whereas ibis has wooden floors. You can go to Kew Gardens from here, which is a few bus stops away. The hotel is quiet and safe. There is a safe provided in the rooms if you want to keep your valuables and you set your own password. The Empress State Building West Brompton bus stop BB is just in front of the hotel's entrance. The breakfast is served on the first floor. Buffet breakfast has a good selection and the food is always fresh and tasty. There's Halal/Kosher options for Muslim and Jewish guests. I would especially like to commend the young man Adams and the wonderful lady Noura at Barnaby's , who were both extremely cheerful and polite and served us exceptionally well, Noura at lunch and dinner and Adams on every single day in the restaurant during breakfast. The hotel, in my opinion, is suitable for both solo and family travellers and its cost is reasonable. It's easily accessible by public transport. Good location, clean, nice staff, good service. Good quality beds and showers. The tab water is potable.

Good location easy to reach. Great breakfast (only the bread variety could be improved) Nice lounge to get small dishes and good drinks. The restaurant is wonderful. Amazing food with super friendly and helpful personal. Noura has been our waitress for 2 evenings and she has been outstanding - friendly and competent.
