As I am a regular guest ,I am greeted as a friend and the staff as always make you feel special. The rooms are spacious and clean .The bed is comfortable and room quiet .

I was very impressed with my stay. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and both the lobby and rooms are stylish and visually pleasing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, informing us about the ongoing external works and their scheduled times. ​For London, the on-site parking is reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us—just a 10-minute walk to the 'Come Alive: Greatest Showman' event. There are also plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Overall, a great stay with fair weekday pricing

Lovely room! However the room seemed really noisy, and one of the reasons was that the windows had been opened but closed down without the locks which I'd only noticed the next morning.

The woman who checked us in was able to get us into our room VERY early. Very thankful as we had traveled many hours that day and the day before. Great hotel overall. Will highly recommend .
