All staffs are extremely helpful and the location is right in the center of transport network which makes an ideal place for visiting London. The underground parking is far better than that in Westfield, although it has only a limited parking space (~100)!

Nice room, a bit cramped but ok. Tired looking corridors, dinged up and with doors, still with poppy styling, so points to how long ago there was any refurb. Tried to get a fan using WhatsApp but the following shift was the one to answer any hour and half after my initial message, had already been too get one from reception.

I found the breakfast good and the staff were helpful, well mannered and enthusiastic. The hotel overall though is dated the rooms are worn and don't feel the comfortable.

The hotel is just 400 yds from West Brompton station which was ideal for me. The stay was fine but the hotel could do with a lick of paint. The only other issue was in the bar where on 2 consecutive nights didn't have any lemonade for mixers in drinks.

Compared to the room I had previously stayed in the door lock was stiff and would not work with two card keys needing a return visit to reception to sort. The bathroom shower was poorly laid out and the taps all came off the wall - none of them were fixed on properly. The room needs maintenance before putting back into use.

Noisy poor window seals ,bar charging a sly service charge

Good price, good staff , the bar was charging a service charge that was not clearly advertised. also sound system in bar does not work, also people sneak in via side (guest) lift. This needs closing off. So reception can see who is entering the building. as was noisy in rooms

This hotel is in a great location to access central London. The hotel it’s self is dated and is ready for a refurbishment but it is clean and has everything you would need. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay again in the future.

Clean room and comfy bed. The pillows could be better. But there was some miscommunication with the breakfast; the receptionist told me that it's served until 11:00 and I went at 10:15, where I was informed that during weekdays it's served until 10:00 and was kicked out. The funny thing was that then I realized that at the room, there was a schedule (hidden behind a no-smoke sign) that it was saying that breakfast is served until 9:30! Honestly too much mess and in the end I missed my breakfast for which I paid extra

We called in twice to request for a baby cot to be set up in the room before arrival. The front desk receptionist confirmed with us that the baby cot is already set up in the room during check-in, disappointedly it wasn’t there when we entered the room. The worst thing was, the staff sent the baby cot to us after 40 minutes of wait and we had to spend 25 minutes time to set it up by ourselves. Poor service and very disappointed. We were not happy with the service, went to the front desk and brought this up but the staff did not take our feedback as a customer seriously. Is there nothing that you can do when your customer is not satisfied with the service and when we put it upfront to you on the day itself?

Stayed here after a visit to Wimbledon. Good deal on price and good location. The hotel feels quite COVID secure with various measures in place. Its very clean and good breakfast. Decor is a little dated but was more than happy with the overall experience given the price point. Would stay again.

Booking - straightforward Check-in - relatively seamless despite a mix-up Room - clean, lovely view, slippers and robes a welcome addition Bar - staff friendly Breakfast - delicious We were originally booked in the nearby Holiday Inn Express which we have used a few times previously for our Wimbledon trips. However, they cancelled on us as they are becoming a quarantine hotel. We then booked Ibis and am happy to say we'll be returning to Ibis next time we're in London.

The room size is good and Hotel looks great in a close distance from tube, there was no restaurant in the night to eat food, there is a pub we waited long really long to be served and it late for any choice we went in at 9.15. May be because England match going on, have to sleep with snack.

The stay was hugely disappointing due to a number of reasons... 1) Couldn’t regulate the temperature of the room as it was a centralised controller which resulted in a lack of sleep. 2) Smell of cannabis up and down the hall was very offputting. 3) Room service delivered wrong items for breakfast and it was also cold. This occurred every day that we stayed at the hotel. I will not be going back there and I will not book another room with ibis at other locations...
