Great hotel; friendly staff and attentive. Recommended. The property is just a few minutes walk from the West Brompton tube station; lots of places to eat and cuisines to choose from around the hotel.

Unusual odour and outdated

We asked to upgrade our room as we were shocked at the condition and the odour. It was clean, but didn’t smell clean. I used a t-shirt over my pillow to mask the odour when I slept. The furniture was very outdated. Shower curtains are not nice in any hotel room. I would definitely be sticking with Premier Inn in the future I’m sorry to say. The staff were lovely though!

Had two rooms, no issues with one, the other not cleaned at all during the three night stay, when challenged cleaning staff were rude and said they didnt have time. Other room got cleaned every morning, different floors. Air con in same room didnt work.
