Ac not working all day , staff kindly provided a fan

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that our staff were able to provide you with a fan when needed. Our team is always on hand to ensure our guests feel comfortable and supported during their stay. However, we apologize that the air-cooling system in your room was not functioning as expected. Our guests' comfort is of utmost importance, and while all our rooms are equipped with an environmentally friendly air-cooling system, we understand the inconvenience caused as it may not be as comforting as AC. We will look into this matter to prevent similar situations in the future. Our hotel's convenient location in the heart of London, close to metro stations and popular attractions, is one of the aspects our guests usually appreciate. We hope you were able to enjoy the ease of access to everything London has to offer during your stay. We hope to be able to welcome you back for an improved stay. Very nice modern hotel once you’re inside. Room nice, clean and modern. More shelves would be good. Bathroom very small. Breakfast fantastic value at £12 paid in advance. Excellent choice and modern restaurant. Clearing tables and our dishes could be quicker but only one person doing this at peak times. It’s less enjoyable having your breakfast with dishes you’ve used cluttering up the table. My only major complaint and it would stop me from staying again is having no control over the air conditioning in the room. It was a very warm weekend and the room temperature could not be lowered less than 23.5 degrees. The bathroom as a result was very warm and the bedroom uncomfortable when getting ready to go out and for sleeping. It’s pointless having it if you can’t control the temperature in your own room. When I asked at reception they said the temperature is controlled centrally, it can’t be lowered and they gave us a fan and told us to open the windows. A ridiculous carry on when you think about it and very off putting to wanting to stay again. You need to reconsider this as everywhere in the hotel was just too warm.

This hotel was a great location to get to the tennis at Wimbledon

After a long day at the tennis we were greeted by friendly staff quick check in after completing it online the day before the newly referbed hotel is stylish and modern. The bedrooms were well planned and had everything needed very comfy beds and expensive feeling bedding . A large freestanding shower completed the well thought out room. Grabbed a coffee and croissant in the cafe bar next morning both were great and again served by friendly staff

Just wonderful to be honest, bit sad the chicken sausages have been taken off the breakfast menu but the new decor is amazing. Also the night staff, top notch, Matthew and eduardo behind the bar, great guys

Perfect location, very close to train station. Room was very clean and just what we needed for our stay. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was extremely powerful. All the other areas of the hotel were modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.
