Booked for a trip to Wimbledon, was easy to access off the tube, check in was quick and room was really nice and comfortable. Stayed two days and breakfast each day was really good buffet style. Eat in the bar first night was good food and friendly service. Easy access via the tube to Wimbledon and right by the Empress Museum where the Come Alive show was. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

After a minor hiccup with getting our room ready, we had a very comfortable stay in a hot and sticky London. The room was clean, comfortable and cool, the bed was blissfully comfortable; the bathroom was very clean and up to date, conveniently laid out, and I particularly liked the integral non-slip finish on the shower base, felt so much safer than the usual rubber mat!! Loads of cosy seating areas in and around the bar, very relaxing; and the breakfast was superb. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A definite thumbs up!
