Hotel is fine, good location, easy access to tubes, good standard room, on site car parking was the main I booked, excellent facilities. Unfortunately during my stay there was decorating going on, which resulted in a bad smell of paint in the corridors, I guess that can’t be helped

Returning Customer, found same issues : Noise from ongoing remodelling works, Maintenance People, and especially very loud volumes in the music on amenity areas; the lounge aka working area at the back of the lobby suffers from unbearable volume of unberable music, fit for a pub or a party, not for a quiet environment for work or leisure. Could not find a peaceful place in the whole building.

Ideally situated in Earls Court the location ticked multiple boxes - National express coaches droop off in Earls Court, direct Piccadilly line access to Heathrow and central enough for all London highlights. Quiet and clean, I would use this venue again

Visited with my 6 & 7 year old granddaughters, arrived early evening after a busy day and was made extremely welcome by a lovely receptionist, who has a cat called Oreo 😊She happily chatted with the girls and made the feel comfortable and welcome. The room was great and felt secure and we all enjoyed the excellent breakfast would recommend to any young families
