Had a great stay at IBIS HOTEL Earl’s Court and was very pleased with quality of sleep I got, quality of pillows, mattress, and services the reception provided as anything came along. Reception always had me informed if I had any questions and were quick to help with items such as cutlery, dish ware, coffees, teas, and more! The unfortunate part I must say is the no cleaning services but its understandable due to covid-19. I was however, happy to see there were extra pillows in my room’s closet. I like to clean my sheets weekly and would suggest a new bedsheet change and comforter change so guests can change if they need to or choose to. Even then, reception helped well in bringing blankets. We had no one bother us and slept quietly every night and woke up refreshed. Hot water provided always was very nice and comforting to see. The showers are nice and the Tubs are big for a nice 1 person bath. I would recommend or stay myself again at Ibis Hotel in London.

Staying at the Ibis Earls Court while carrying out essential work during this Covid Crisis can't be described as wonderful but the staff have remained courteous, friendly and helpful throughout. The food available has been of a really good standard and delivered to your room promptly and with a smile. Yes the choice is a bit limited but the fish and chips I had one evening were some of the best I've ever had. Overall thanks for being welcoming and available.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Earls court. The car park is safe and secure, the breakfast is plentiful and well cooked, the hotel is so peaceful, the baths are hot, locally there are really nice places to eat. I loved it so much i stayed for an extra 3 days! Staff are also very kind and personable.

Was in London for essential visit during crisis. Lovely hotel staff very helpful as always amazing breakfast. Actually quite liked eating in room too. Bed cosy. Think room needs a new TV some channels didn't work other than that no issues really

Stayed here for a visit to The Royal Brompton hospital for someone who is clinically extremely vulnerable. We were a little apprehensive but needn't have worried. It was super clean and all safety measures were in place. Staff were all very professional and efficient. If you're staying for pleasure and want luxury them you might want to look elsewhere but if you want a pleasant, clean and comfortable place close to the centre then this is great. Parking was free as part of a promotion but not that expensive in comparison to other car parks anyway.

I've stayed for quite some time at the Ibis Earls Court hotel and I have to say it's been a pleasure. The hotel is situated in West Kensington/ West Brompton/ Earls Court area with easy access to the tube (Piccadilly/ District line). Hotel provides full set of amenities for each room such as ironing board/ iron, bath robe, tea coffee etc. The hotel is sparkling clean and there are alcohol dispensers at elevators and reception area taking into consideration the coronavirus situation. The one thing that really stands out is the 5* service from the members of staff, they are always friendly, helpful and have a very proactive attitude. Even though there is no buffet breakfast currently due to Covid-19, there is room service full English breakfast only for £6.95. Rooms I've been had a vintage feel with dark wood and include also a spare table/ 2 chairs apart from main desk which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. Views from room are quite spectacular (I was facing south towards Chelsea stadium) as it's one of the few high rise buildings in the area. The room rates are quite competitive in comparison with other hotels nearby and I feel safer knowing it's an Accor branch hotel since I had some very bad experiences staying at some of the independent hotels near Earls Court. Finally there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and little shops on nearby North End Street, feel free to ask the staff for any suggestions or directions.

The receptionist was very good and very friendly. Having onsite parking was nice and helpful. The water from the taps in rooms was grim, brown and dirty. The breakfast took extremely long, and very cold when it finally came. it made us late on our conference, we ordered 3 breakfast the night before only 1 breakfast turned up and it took over 2hours to get the other 2. Very fulstrating

In these unprecedented times the hotel and staff have been courteous and helpful. The hotel is well located and parking was included which was a bonus. The rooms are traditional in style, perhaps they may need updating due to a few items being tired. Overall I think it was a convenient stay and we'll located. My only small concern is that perhaps the level I was on was not non smoking and I am sensitive to smells which affected my stay/review slightly on this occasion.

Extremely poor hotel with broken, old & dirty fixtures and fittings.

Fixtures and fittings that have not been updated for probably 30 years. I have no issue with basic simple rooms however there were beyond repair, stains on the doors and walls, filthy grout on the bathroom floor, stains on wood, dirty light switches, grubby phone, brown towels. Just completely horrendous. Nothing seemed like it could ever be clean due to how old and tatty everything surface and finish was. I was afraid to touch anything. The bathroom toilet seat was stained with urije and seat dirty. I was too tired to complain and have to change room again. I would not have housekeeping or repairs come in the room due to covid-19. The walls are paper thin so could hear the nighttime antics of residents below and next door. I have to change my initial room as toilet was broken. Not offered any kind of antibacterial wipes and had to beg the front desk, where they only had one pack available for their own use. I was told to take a few wipes. The corridor doors are heavy and dirty. No redeeming qualities at all. I would have asked for a refund as I would never pay for anything so dreadfully dirty and depressing. Had I have know it was dirty and extensively dilapidated I never would have taken this risk. I did not sleep because I felt sick with discomfort and noises from other rooms so loud I could not rest. I had anxiety for my safety as a resident came in smelling of strong drugs. The reception did not address this when it was very clear he had narcotics. I wish I had called the police. I feel completely traumatised from the experience. I will be reaching out to the customer service to report my experience in details. I was a solo 30 year old woman and felt unsafe and worried my extire stay. I left as quickly as possible ok the morning as I was deeply upset.

Overall experience was good we was their three nights and enjoyed all three nights. Their was a couple miner issue with the toilet door not shutting correctly as the locking device on the handle didn't work in room 1006. We also had troubles setting the temperature as it kept resetting itself numeras times. Their was also the issue of not enough toilet roll in the room which got resolved strait away. This could of been avoided if their was more to begin with before we was in the room. This was resolved after telling reception. Apart from this the overall experience was good very kind and helpful staff. Overall good stay and would return again.

I was got sent to a room did not have a heating! Did not even get an apology from staff. Had to go down floor and get another key for a different room myself, they did not bother calling me or providing me a service!! Never going back
