I have been a member of Accor for over 25 years and regularly stay 100+ nights per year globally across the brand ... due to the pandemic I have spent 14 months in hotels ... the last 10 months at the IBIS Earls Court ... The staff are amazing and have gone above and beyond to accommodate guests at a very trying time ... I highly recommend the hotel to anyone ... Appearances can be Deceptive!

They say "Never judge a book by its cover!" When you first view, a large depressing grey structure, you think that it is not going to be a positive experience. However, these appearances are pleasingly deceptive. Inside is not your normal IBIS hotel, but one that has tried to fit into the concept with mixed degrees of success. Who has heard of an IBIS with suites?? Yes, the rooms would benefit from new furniture, yes the rooms are Preloved, but overall, it was clean, the staff were very happy to help and most of all, a great location for a good price. The rooms are consistently the same size, buy decor and finishes vary. If your not happy with your allocation then, I can assure you that the staff will respond and listen. They certainly did in my case. (Who has ever heard of a suite being on the second floor of a twelve storey hotel?) Didn't eat at the hotel so unable to comment. Short work from Fulham Tube and plenty of shops around to satisfy late night munches.

Always stay when In London. Can't think of anything to say that I haven't said before really. Staff good breakfast good. There was a door issue it wouldn't lock but maintenance fixed it quickly.

The hotel from the car park to the room was nothing but just dirty and worn out!!! I was really shocked at just how tired this hotel is!

this was a 3 night break and we picked the hotel because it was near central London and had good parking The underground and London Overground were only about 800 yards away Alas the hotel has a bar and restaurant which were closed - the drinks in the bar in the reception area were very expensive and the food menu was very limtited

Extremely warm welcome on arrival. One way system, sanitizer stations and staff wearing masks, felt extremely safe. Room was on the second floor and it was large with a huge bed and substantial bathroom. Breakfast was well organised and whilst you can no longer help yourself at the buffet it was still good and again the staff were very welcoming. We had only booked one night as concerned about travel but needn’t have worried.

Pros: good location, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, comfy bed, blackout curtains. Cons: weak water pressure in the shower, empty soap dispenser, constant noise of door slamming on our first night... I was awakened at 1 am and was kept up for a couple of hours. The decor was a bit shabby (Ibis Budget is much nicer). 6/10 sums it up really.

Disappointed to not get the room I had requested (asked for south-facing and got north) and also that the bar & restaurant were closed. This may have been mentioned on the website when I booked, I can't be sure. But if it was it was not exactly made clear. The room I did have had a dripping cistern that although not loud enough to keep me awake, was annoying during the middle of the night. Reported the first morning to someone from housekeeping when on my way to the left, but nothing was done during the remaining two nights of my stay.

The stay was hugely disappointing due to a number of reasons... 1) Couldn’t regulate the temperature of the room as it was a centralised controller which resulted in a lack of sleep. 2) Smell of cannabis up and down the hall was very offputting. 3) Room service delivered wrong items for breakfast and it was also cold. This occurred every day that we stayed at the hotel. I will not be going back there and I will not book another room with ibis at other locations...

I've stayed for quite some time at the Ibis Earls Court hotel and I have to say it's been a pleasure. The hotel is situated in West Kensington/ West Brompton/ Earls Court area with easy access to the tube (Piccadilly/ District line). Hotel provides full set of amenities for each room such as ironing board/ iron, bath robe, tea coffee etc. The hotel is sparkling clean and there are alcohol dispensers at elevators and reception area taking into consideration the coronavirus situation. The one thing that really stands out is the 5* service from the members of staff, they are always friendly, helpful and have a very proactive attitude. Even though there is no buffet breakfast currently due to Covid-19, there is room service full English breakfast only for £6.95. Rooms I've been had a vintage feel with dark wood and include also a spare table/ 2 chairs apart from main desk which is a nice touch. Bed is comfortable and pillows had a variety of firmness to choose from. Views from room are quite spectacular (I was facing south towards Chelsea stadium) as it's one of the few high rise buildings in the area. The room rates are quite competitive in comparison with other hotels nearby and I feel safer knowing it's an Accor branch hotel since I had some very bad experiences staying at some of the independent hotels near Earls Court. Finally there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and little shops on nearby North End Street, feel free to ask the staff for any suggestions or directions.
