The hotel was quiet. Loved dining in the foyer (had evening meals and breakfast). The food was freshly cooked and hot. We love this hotel as it is right on the No. 74 bus route which takes us into town.

The hotel is quite old dated and it would need deep refurbishments. Furnitures are old and carpets have black spots and some nearly finished zones. Cleaning service is almost vacant and even if you ask for something, it’s not granted it will be served. Staff is the very good point of this hotel.. with those guys it probably would close down without reopening.. they are the soul and the crown jewel in this old tired building that needs help urgently.

I checked in on Thursday evening and was unprepared that I needed to have downloaded the NHS app in order to check in. The desk staff were very patient and explained everything to me. It was a cold and rainy night and so it was lovely that the room was cosy and warm when I arrived.

Breakfast varied in delivery time, 5mins good - 30+mins terrible especially when others got there's inbetween and still had to pay when you have to go to work. Will not use your food service again.

Ibis Earls Court provided me with a 1 night stay where I felt extremely safe and well cared for. The staff from my greeting on arrival until my departure were without exception friendly, eager to help and deserving of praise. The room was well prepared and early access was much appreciated. My special request was noted and catered for. Breakfast was of a very high quality and very tasty. I realise these times are very difficult but this is a team who are making every effort to make their guests feel safe and welcome.

All the staff were very friendly and this made it stand out for me. The room is small but you are getting what you pay for. We had trouble with the air conditioning unit, would be useful to have instructions on how to us in the room. Covid regulations were in place. One way systems, masks, distancing etc so felt very safe from that respect. Nice to find somewhere in London that accepts animals, doesn’t charge the earth for them and genuinely seemed happy they were there.
