Excellent customer service from Mme Cornelia Berthold, from the moment I made an enquiry via email and well received on arrival. She is an asset to the Hotel! Lovely room upgrade with balcony, Coffee machine and mini bar in room. Good location as hotel is in walking distance of the Lenzburg Castle /Museum and the Burghalde Museum. Nice, relaxing stay. The hotel has convenient rooms, small balconies and some Mini bar drinks included. The breakfast is excellent and we also enjoyed the hotel bar.

Good dinner and breakfast, very friendly people. Room was to hot for sleeping, no air-conditioning, next stay it would be nice to have a room with air-conditioning
