Excellent customer service from Mme Cornelia Berthold, from the moment I made an enquiry via email and well received on arrival. She is an asset to the Hotel! Lovely room upgrade with balcony, Coffee machine and mini bar in room. Good location as hotel is in walking distance of the Lenzburg Castle /Museum and the Burghalde Museum. Nice, relaxing stay.
