We're long-term guests in the Krone Hotel (since 1999) and for personal reasons were not able to visit anymore after 2016. Now, in Oct and Nov 2025, I was able to refresh the good memories my late husband and I had made over almost 2 decades. Sadly, the Family Gerber sold the Hotel but the new owner made the right decision to retain Mme Alexandra Wohlfahrt as the new Manager. She upholds the tradition of a unique and personalized atmosphere and customer service to make the stay again memorable. Be it the service at the reception, any special request or the excellently prepared dishes in the restaurant ... everything is very professional and makes one feel very welcomed and at home. I'm thankful that I could refresh great memories and I look forward to my next stay in the Hotel. Excellent customer service from Mme Cornelia Berthold, from the moment I made an enquiry via email and well received on arrival. She is an asset to the Hotel! Lovely room upgrade with balcony, Coffee machine and mini bar in room. Good location as hotel is in walking distance of the Lenzburg Castle /Museum and the Burghalde Museum. Nice, relaxing stay. The hotel has convenient rooms, small balconies and some Mini bar drinks included. The breakfast is excellent and we also enjoyed the hotel bar.

Good dinner and breakfast, very friendly people. Room was to hot for sleeping, no air-conditioning, next stay it would be nice to have a room with air-conditioning
