Good stay with some potential to improve

Your hotel is nicely equiped and we liked the stay. Only one thing: we had tickets for a Gala ball and asked at the reception to have a taxi ready to be at the ball in time. THAT got completely forgotten and we were 30 mins late for the beginning of the ball. When promising to customers, your staff should keep the promises!
