I am pleased to hear that you found your room spacious and quiet, and that you appreciated the cleanliness of our sheets and towels, as well as the convenience of our parking facilities. However, I regret to learn that your experience with the heating system did not meet your expectations. Our heating policy is indeed designed to align with Swiss standards, which may differ from what guests are accustomed to at home. I understand how this could affect your comfort during your stay, particularly in relation to drying towels and the overall thermal experience. Regarding the cleaning service, I sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies you encountered. It is our standard practice to refresh guest rooms daily, and I regret that this was not upheld during your visit. Your comments about the replenishment of bathroom amenities have been noted, and I will ensure that our housekeeping team is made aware of these concerns to enhance our service quality.
