Staff are friendly (especially a short guy) at the reception. He is very helpful and always smiling. Rooms are clean, bed is cosy. I wish there were a coffee machine, though. Location is good as it is near train station.

there was no cleaning in my room for all 3 night. It was a bit cold in the room, although heating controller was turned on to maxium

Hotel overall was not bad, modern, mostly clean, I felt it lacked attention to detail though, likely from a lack of critical leadership. Reception staff were friendly and helpful - but I have never needed more trips to reception to fix issues than at this hotel. The room we booked on the All Accor website was not the room we received, when asking reception about this I was told the photos on the website were out of date, doesn't seem too much to ask that room details and photos match what you are given on arrival. Maybe time to update the website and not charge customers extra for a room they won't get on arrival? The keys cards/locks were bad, had to go to reception multiple times over a few days to get them renewed, and even working key cards were hard to use on the door. Worst keys/locks I have seen in a hotel in years. Breakfast was fine, a good variety. A good sized breakfast room. The placement of utensils, plates, and bowls was not logical and should be considered in relation to the food nearby. No bowls near the cereal, no plates near the bread, for example. Room cleaning is by request, although they asked us at check-in if we wanted it each day - we said yes. Then the room was not cleaned on day 1. The follow days the room was cleaned, after going to reception again. The light switches in the room are illogically placed, no master switch, switches were spread around the room making preparing to sleep a task of find the button. Lots of customers were complaining their room was too hot (while I was at reception getting the room I paid for...), luckily my room was fine, but it is mostly centrally controlled. No window to open, so if you like fresh air and a temperature you can control, this is not the place for you. TV had a good channel list, one of the best I have seen in a hotel, but many of them had no signal, which was disappointing. The weather (rain) also made some channels lose signal. Coffee cups in the room were unclean on arrival. The tap and shower, both functional but not entirely easy to use. Suspect they are old and worn, especially the tap which was stiff and hard to select a temperature.
