We booked a superior room to have more space and an extra sofa to relax. But we were given a comfort room with no extra sofa, no bathrobe, no slippers. I went twice to reception to ask about our room, and both times I was told that our room was a superior room. They said that the only difference between a superior room and a comfort room is a kettle for tea or coffee. We did have the kettle, which we never used. But we could have. Yes to that. We were told that in some rooms there is an extra sofa, whether it is a comfort room or a superior room. But in the hotel pictures there is extra space only in the superior room. And that's what we paid for. The location is very nice, especially if you have a car and want to drive out of the city. The breakfast was also very nice. There are lots of possibilities, and they even cook omelettes for you. Lunch was very nice too. All in all we had a very mixed experience. There is a lot of good, and then there is not. Perhaps with a room that we thought we would have it would have been a totally different experience. But if you pay extra to get a bigger room, and you don't, perhaps I could have rated our experience even lower. Would I stay here again? Perhaps I could, if I knew that we would get the room we pay for. But there is no way knowing that. I would probably have to go for a comfort room, pay less, and possibly ask for an upgrade. Remains to be seen.

No mini fridge. No phone. Weird bathroom. No AC controls. Bedsheets and pillows make so much noise. This isn’t a 4 star hotel I don’t know why it is advertised as one.

I must stay, the whole staff was very welcoming and warm-hearted, from reception to breakfast. Also - as I am travelling a lot, i was impressed by the size of the gym and also the possibility of wellness. I definitely will come back!

In overall, the location is ideal as near to train station, easy access to surrounding restaurant and supermarkets. Staffs are friendly and polite. Thank you for the staffs who did the housekeeping every single day, but unfortunately, they did not change the bed sheet for the 2 weeks I stayed. The room kinda smelly even they clean the the room. Perhaps some air refresher should be apply. Regarding the front desk, during my check in, I had make the full payment to my credit card with last 4 digit- 0382, which also I received the sms as the proof that has been charged. During my check out, in my invoice it pointed to another credit card with last 4 digit 8038. I have no idea whose card is it, and your front desk Sebastian(if I remember correctly) insists that was the card I confirmed during my check in, until I show him my sms as the proof, then only he being silent and say he do not know, perhaps is system issue. I have no idea about that card but he was defensive and not willing to listen to me at the first place. I guess this attitude should improve as a front desk officer to be very honest feedback. Overall he still doing his job well, only this small matter cause my attention which I think I should provide my honest feedback. Last but not least, appreciated all the great support from your team, it was a pleasant stay in your hotel. Thank you.
