Great Service from staff. Room could do with more amenities such as kettle, iron etc. Location is great as it is quiet. Near train and trams stops and also grocery shops!

Room temperature too high and can not be regulated down and no Desk in the room to work

The temperature in the room is too hot even with the heating turned off completely. Too warm to sleep comfortable. Also there is no desk to work in the room. For the rest the hotel is fine

Good location. Missing electric kettle. Last time it was very small room, not as usual.

I am booking this Hotel usually when I am in Zurich, since it was made. Main benefit is location, in my case, as it's close to the company. Good connection with the city center and the Airport. It's really missing electric kettle, could be available, at list on demand, at the reception. I prefer when there is a window for the fresh air, but this can not be changed for sure.

While we do not provide kettles in the rooms, we offer 24/7 hot water at the coffee maschine in the Lobby. Due to our Minergie concept, the windows cannot be opened.
