Like the title says, this hotel is Just Wow!! It is so beautiful! We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a Mum/Son trip. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. The room was perfect for us, Spotlessly clean and quiet, we didn’t hear a thing! The breakfasts were amazing, so much choice and all kept full whatever time we went. The Chef was always smiling, nothing was too much trouble for him, had a chat each morning which was lovely! There is a young man on at breakfast time who also needs a mention, I wish I’d gotten his name now. He was really helpful as he told us what train and connection to get when we were visiting local places, eg. the FIFA Museum, etc. always had a quick moment to ask how we were and what our plans for the day were - they were all so busy, but always smiling! We had dinner at the hotel on two nights and the steaks and burgers were to die for - best meals we had on our whole trip! My son especially loved the Truffle Fries! There is a terrace on the 5th floor that is so relaxing, there are lots of sun-beds, small tables and comfy chairs, a wellness room, a sauna and a hot-tub. We spent some gorgeous evenings up there as it was so peaceful! There is a shop attached to the hotel called the Coop, we got our snacks and drinks from there as it was really cheap! I can honestly say, it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been to a lot of hotels over the years! Friendliness, wonderful staff, quiet rooms, a place for everyone to relax - what more could you want! We will definitely be back, I would recommend it 100%!
