The room has nothing. No safety box, phone… etc. it has only 2 small bed besides each other. In short, it’s help yourself hotel. I will come back again

Nice rooms and good breakfast, but long waits at reception

The rooms are clean and nice, nothing special but good. The breakfast was good with quite some variety. However, the check-in as well as other visits due to failing access cards resulted in 12 - 18 minutes wait time every time. Often only one person was at the desk.

Disappointed with some lack of essential services. No coffee available at all , having one bar and a separate restaurant, there was no coffee available for a very busy clientele. My electronic request was ignored, at time of booking. The value for money is also disappointing. Other Accor hotels offer much more than this one. The staff is junior and overwhelmed with the high turn over of guests.

A very good short stay

I spent three nights at the Mercure Zurich City. I had a very comfortable room. I was a little cold to start with (I live in Hong Kong) but a heater was quickly procured which solved the problem. I ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. A water boiler and tea and coffee, and a small 'fridge, in he room would have been ideal.
