Nothing wrong with the hotel but would not call it a 4* considering lack of utilities in the room such as coffee machine or mini bar

When asked if they had any bottled water, I was referred to the vending machine at the bahnhof. The first night they didn't even tell me that there is Rivella or iced tea in a small fridge. The person was unfriendly, I felt a bit offended by his tone dismiss. “Maybe the Bahnhof has some vending machine or so…). When askednabiut coffee machines in the room I was told that they don't have any unless I am an on floor 4. Same prices for the rooms on floor 4…

Hotel infrastructure is very new, functional, modern and essential with everything we needed with a 3-years old child. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Only negative point was the reception space, very limited and packed, it seems this was a temporary solution.

We had a short stay prior to our flight back to Manila. The room is specious and clean. Staff are very friendly and we were able to check in early. We love our stay and hope to stay again if I come back.
