Frühstücksbuffet eher enttäuschend was die Auswahl betrifft für den Preis. Handtücher/ Duschtücher und Bademantel hatten Löcher. Das eine Handtuch war anstatt frisch und sauber noch schmutzig, bevor wir es benutzt haben. Mehmals sehr lange Warteschlange an Rezeption, zu wenig Personal vertreten an Stosszeiten wie check out, check in Zeiten

Beautiful accommodation in stone throw away location from train station. The stay was very good. Love the breakfast & staff behavior. I would definitely love to stay here on my next visit.

Double Payment and check in trouble

i'm forwardig you the message i sent to the hotel management, and i didnt receive any reply to yet: "I am writing to follow up on the double charge on my credit card and to express my frustration with the situation. As I clearly stated during checkin, my stay was already prepaid in February, and your team even confirmed this. Despite that I've been asked to provide my credit card info to check if it was the one which was used for the booking (and it was) i clearly mentioned that i didn't want to have a charge on my credit card, I was surprised this afternoon to find out that my credit card was charged again, which is completely unacceptable, And was asked to send an email with receipt of my payment which is very bold. I am following up regarding the incorrect charge on my credit card, and I am now providing irrefutable proof that my stay was fully prepaid in February. Attached, you will find: Proof of full payment made in February A screenshot of my bank notification confirming today’s unauthorized charge Beyond the inconvenience of having to go through this process, and writing emails, a refund will not resolve the full issue. Due to currency conversion differences, I will not receive the exact amount I paid, and more importantly, this additional charge will reduce my annual international payment allowance, even if I am eventually reimbursed. This is a significant issue for me. Additionally, while I was eventually given the correct room, my stay was already negatively impacted by the check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was initially assigned a much smaller room with a small bed and window, rather than the spacious room with a couch and two-sided view that I had reserved. I had to file a complaint at the front desk before the issue was corrected, adding unnecessary frustration to my stay. Given these circumstances, I am not only demanding a full and accurate refund but also asking what your establishment intends to do to properly compensate me for this poor experience. I look forward to your response and expect a prompt resolution to this matter."
