This place is a glorified budget motel charging luxury hotel prices for Zurich. The rooms are cramped, stuffy, and completely lacking in basic amenities: there is no fridge, no safe, and—incredibly—not even a phone to call reception. How can you call yourselves a four-star hotel without air conditioning in the summer? To top it off, the poorly designed shower floods the entire bathroom. Terrible value for money and a miserable experience. I had to ask 3 times for a toothbrush and toothpaste which never even arrived. I was very disappointed with the service.

The staff are attentive and always ready to help; the service is top-notch. I’d like to give a special mention to the restaurant: the breakfast buffet is extensive, with dishes constantly being replenished with fresh options. The evening dining was excellent, too—fast and delicious. The waiters are very polite, speak multiple languages, and are always happy to help with recommendations. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!
