It says family friendly. Nothing about it is family friendly. We booked it because it said it has a pool ( one for 16 and over) and then it said access to indoor pool for families. That doesn’t exist We had to beg for them to clean our room and bring us clean towels and coffee cups Dirty pillow. This is definitely a 2 star motel not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff. Will definitely not return

Everything was fine, as always. I love the staff's attitude and helpfulness. The restaurant is also awesome. Whenever I come to Schweiz I book this hotel, no doubt.

We stay here yearly at this time because we are visiting our family (son, his wife, grandchildren). This is the only place we would stay. It is attached to the Centrum mall, the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and the staff is super hospitable. My only dissatisfactions was with the booking experience. I was duped into booking through Priceline who has usurped the Movenpick Regensdorf website. We are loyalty member of Movenpick and would only book directly with the hotel. As a result we had to pay DOUBLE for our room. The hotel did all they could to assist us in rectifying the matter but to no avail. The second concern has to do with the room temperature and adjusting it to a reasonable sleeping temperature.

Unable to adjust the heating, which is controlled by a remote thermostat. Only the bottom window opens in a swing-open mode. Result: 26-27°C in the room, impossible to sleep.
