Very comfortable for Americans. Restaurant menu needs Google Translate or the like if you don't speak German, but other than that it was very accommodating.

Dear sir , I am very sorry to say that I am disappointed with your service. I forgot my sport shoes in the hotel room , I called hotel reception and requested to check whether it is there but unfortunately there was no feedback although promised to check and provide feedback. Afterwards I sent an email and again no response. I am very surprised whit this approach. Room cleaning service was also worst I have ever witnessed Hope you check and provide feedback from on this. Travelling from USA, there were covid-19 restrictions. I phoned and asked to reschedule my stay and was told to email my request. My email was never answered and I was charged for 2 nights that I was not able to use because of the pandemic. I will never stay at any Movenpick property in the future because of their lack of ethics.

The room was very dark (not enough lamps). I took a hot bath and couldn’t turn the water cold afterwards. It took me about 5 minutes and all my force(! - I consider myself quite strong) to get it nearly cold. When I checked out I mentioned this, and the only answer was: we apologize for that. I will pass it on, so it can be fixed.

I am from United Arab Emirates, I stayed in your hotel for 8 days and I apologize for saying that your hotel was the worst thing that happened to me and my children on the trip. The rooms always contain dust, which affected the children and I used to give them anti-allergy everyday. There is no good care in terms of cleaning, the rooms and toilet. In addition, there is no one to serve us in the rooms as housekeepers are not available at the hotel in the evening. Also, There are no concierge services. The breakfast was the same every day and there is no change, and there is no one to provide all kinds of cheese or even cook different types of eggs, the children and I did not feel comfortable and this was affected our trip. I really disappointed.

Breakfast was very bland. Not enough choices. Only one type of fruit (apple) other than the little jar of mixed fruit was pretty depressing. Cheese was bland and you could tell that the quality was the lowest common denominator Housekeeping did not even change sheets once during my 7 day stay. Never once did they vacuum the room. On some occasions I had to call front desk to change the towels, since they do not dry up. Check out took 30 minutes. I have stayed here numerous times before the Covid and everything has changed. There really is no reason to stay here anymore. I will go stay at some airport hotel in Zurich next time around. A little cheaper and more convenient. Breakfast and service were the main reasons to stay here and without it, there is no reason to even consider Movenpick Regensdorf.

Very great to come back again to this hotel. I really want to convey my message to the night shift (tall guy), i did not know his name. He is very active in the night shift, and very friendly. I wish to thank you Mr. Benjamin, the day shift too, because he provided me with the information, and also help me to reserve the room. And Manager Frau Ute Dirks, she is always very nice. I saw her on the lift in the departure date (that time not sure it was her. because I am in the hurry. so if this message can convey to her, I want to say greetings to her). The room in the hotel is clean as always, and I love to be near the airport, and i wait situation to be better. I will return to this hotel again. Nice cosy place in this strange time of Covid-19. The hotel has been very quiet. Nice welcome drink, upgrade in premium room, late check-out. Good breakfast with personal service and a very good Mövenpick coffee.
