Just stayed here one night on my way to visit other places. Superb location and wonderful hotel. Large spacious and clean room of course with chocolates and goodies. The breakfast was excellent. What helped me was the lactation with shops nearby.

Below expectations. I might stay here again if only if there is no other options around. Only over average thing was the breakfast team...(not the breakfast...)

It was a disappointment for me.

However, we apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding an upgrade as a Platinum member of ALL. We understand the importance of clear communication and regret any inconvenience our oversight may have caused. Moreover, we are sorry to hear about your room service experience, and we will follow up on this with our team to ensure that such mishaps do not occur in the future. While we are glad that our gym facilities are well-equipped and appreciated by many guests, we regret that the external management and associated costs did not align with your expectations.
