We stayed at your hotel with a very dear friend of mine for two days, and from the moment we arrived, we felt not only comfortable but truly at home. We were warmly welcomed by your friendly reception staff at check-in, which made a wonderful first impression. At breakfast, Burim, Sindy, and the rest of your team were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. In the evening, Milo, Mr. Vilademir, the chef who served our meal, and all of your restaurant staff provided excellent service. They were all highly professional, but even more importantly, they made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and hospitality. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We also loved the hotel’s excellent location. Being so close to Zurich, only a couple of minutes from the nearby shopping center, and within easy reach of beautiful natural places like Katzensee and the surrounding lakes made our stay even more enjoyable. We were truly delighted with our experience and would like to thank your entire team for their outstanding hospitality. This hotel needs to understand that hospitality should be equal for everyone. Our Indian group experienced what strongly felt like racial discrimination during breakfast arrangements. Watching white guests, including our own driver, being treated differently while we were isolated in another seating section was deeply disappointing. On top of that, the rooms were dark, showers were poorly designed, and bathroom water management was terrible. Threatening guests with a 500 Euro carpet fine without even providing shower curtains is unfair and unprofessional. Indian travelers should be aware before booking here.
