We had initially extended the trip arriving a day earlier than planned so had two bookings. Yeliz was really good with us and got us in the same room for both parts and made sure we had everything we needed. Our flight was then delayed so we ended up staying an extra night. There was a discrepancy on one of the bills I’d noticed after we’d paid. I’d got upset as Zurich is a really pricey city and we had another day of living costs we weren’t expecting with the 24h flight delay and all the costs that come with that. Mustafa and Yeliz were both very very kind and got everything sorted. The room was good and the location was good for what we needed. One member of staff had caused confusion, both about saying we’d not had breakfast and also sending us round in circles whilst trying to use a drinks voucher but they were the exception to an otherwise lovely team.

This was mine and my family’s first time to Switzerland, and this hotel completely ruined the entire experience for us. The hotel staff were rude, and the rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. I took many pictures of both rooms we stayed in. There were stains on the walls, on the carpets, on the bedsheets, on the blankets. The washroom was dirty and gross. It felt like we were in a 1 star motel. The quality of the rooms and the service we received were horrendous. We barely slept and we checked out first thing in the morning as we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Your rooms need to be renovated and properly cleaned. This is the grossest and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at.

Away from the city center but still accessible by train or Bolt (cheaper than Uber). Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood and mall next door. Very affordable and definitely will return.

The bed for third person was a constraint to get us to signup for a hotel chain. Otherwise everything was good.
