We had booked a family room for 4 for our stay at Zurich. However, at the time of check-in receptionist offered us a room with only a single bed. Then asking for a family room, he replied that they don't have a family room. Then finally he tried to satisfy us with two ordinary rooms. We as a couple were separated as our kids' needed company to stay in a hotel. For every problem, the receptionist had only one response sorry sir.

Not a 4-star experience as advertised but at least very quiet location and comfy bed. More care should have been taken to cleaning the bathroom and the room in general could use renovations.

We have been staying at the Regensdorf Movenpick for many many years when visiting Zurich. We like being outside the city and near the hills and the airport. Being attached to a nice mall is very convenient as well. Transportation is really easy to get into the city but we do miss the complimentary airport shuttle. The staff have always been great! Very helpful and friendly, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurants. The one thing we think that could use improvement is the limited menu at the new T & B restaurant. There just isn’t much selection to chose from…Especially if the Ciao restaurant is closed. We understand Covid has impacted a lot of things and everything isn’t back to normal yet, but something to keep in mind when things do.
