Fast checkin, good staffs and although during this pandemic the hotel is not full but the hotel made sure the stay is comfortable. They disinfect the floor ( the smell was strong when i went out in the corridor) my room....i think the aircon is hot needs repairing. Room 521. Overall, i like the new renovated hotel. It is a place where i usually work to finish off my project without distraction.

Hi there just a few things about the housekeeping took our key from our room and forgot to put the toilet paper in the washroom. Also, when we order some beverage in pool bar, the waitres didn’t tell us if there’s a pitcher of beers you guys sell there. So we paid double because one of the waitres in bar downstairs showed us there’s a pitcher of beer you guys sell.

It was the second time. Never doubt with accor services, this mercure batavia is such a pleasant place, pool is great, room is so comfy, parking lot is very accommodative. Last trip, we got upgraded room to privillige, super great. Food is also super delicious, i love the steak, thank you cheffff. Will stay again. Ciao.

Hendra was a good manager, he took such lengths to tell me where I can find some tropical fruits to bring back home such as the snake fruit. He was also a very welcoming and warm staff. On my second day, the other manager realised that the coffee machine was out and offered if he could make me a cup of doppio espresso. I was extremely delighted given that he had noticed that I was looking for the coffee machine. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay for me.

At first, honestly i underestimate the building that seems like an old building. But when i enter the lobby, woow it's so clean. Because of the covid-19 virus, security checked our temperature to make sure we're in a healthy condition. What a good step to prevent virus. Good job! I waited for around 25mins because 2 check in counter was occupied by a group of family. It took me a lot of time for just a simple check in. Maybe the front office should be prepared everything they need in their counter so they don't have to back and forth when they need something like strapler, etc. BUT when i came into my room, wooaahhh it's really a super clean and comfort room. It looks like this hotel was newly renovated. The bathroom was one of the cleanest i've ever been to. Super great maintainance. Hopefully the aircon get a routine service because it wasn't that cold, even i set it into the coldest temperature.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff in all capacities synergise the experience staying in luxurious, well-appointed and comfortable rooms. The wet room is magnificent. Breakfast is sumptious, eclectic and extensive covering a range of cuisines in various buffet stations in a large, nicely furnished centralised restaurant zone. The pool services are excellent and open until 8pm.

Amazing place to stat, great location near "Kota Tua" heritage, and nice views of nature because I was stay at room 201 (superior garden). But the staff wasn't helpful and very not friendly. I think this hotel must improve in that point, about how to give well treat to a guest especially for the loyalty accor member. I was disappointed.
