Cons: Hate the queue during breakfast and the breakfast is not even that good. Also, the toys at Mimo (for kitchen or role play) are mostly missing. Hotel doesn't have access to dandy beach. Wifi speed is the worst. Pros: Nice room and hallway color. The view from balcony is the best though. Plenty of parking area. Pools with the foam party are acceptable. Games for teens and adults at Mimo are also interesting.

When i need a place to stay at Ancol -normally of there is music concert- mostly i stayed at Mercure. Located at the center of Ancol and they provided good services for the guest. They have friendly staffs also. I like the ambience of the hotel. Some rooms have direct view to the beach. Minor input to the management is to ensure the amenity of the room is on good condition since in my case the soap bottle is empty. Other thing is to be well prepared during breakfast time, in my case the guests will have to wait due to long queue and the food is empty and need to be refilled thus staffs are supposed to be ready all the time. Especially in high season.

I was attending Bryan Adams concerts and decided to stay 1 night at Mercure Ancol Hotel. The stay was nice and the food/breakfast was OK. I hope Mercure Ancol Hotel can improve much better in the future.
