This was my second stay at Mercure Convention Center Ancol, having previously visited just before the pandemic. Overall, it was a good experience, and I truly appreciate the consistently professional, helpful, and friendly service from the staff. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts of both M.O.D.s during my stay. I had an urgent payment to complete and did not realize it could only be processed through a laptop or desktop. Unfortunately, I only had my mobile devices with me. Thankfully, Mr. Henri, the gentleman M.O.D., went out of his way to assist me and ultimately saved the day. Special thanks also to Miss Dwi, who kindly arranged tape and scissors so I could finish a documentation project I was working on. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The main reason I am giving a score of 8.4 instead of higher is due to the air conditioner in the room. It could not be switched off, only adjusted. Even after speaking with housekeeping and asking for help because the room was too cold, the constant flow of cold air continued! Unfortunately, this resulted in me catching a cold, and more than a week after departing I still feel unwell and am coughing quite a lot. I kindly request that the hotel consider fixing this issue so guests have the option to fully turn off the air conditioner when needed. Of course, this is not the fault of any staff member, but it did affect the comfort of my stay. Thank you once again for the hospitality, and I hope to return in the future once the AC issue is resolved.

Mercure Ancol is a great place to stay. The atmosphere is wonderful and clean, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it for family stays, as they offer an entertainment room with VR games and many fun activities for kids.
