My second time stayed in Mercure Ancol, Everything was right. The room was clean and spaciuos. The breakfast was delicious and vary, and the coffee at the Nelayan Bar was great. The Staff were also very kind and helpfull. I've got some excellent compliments as I am a Silver Member. Hope can stay again at this hotel next time

This was my second time staying in MCC. And all I can say that this hotel is the best choice to have a short escape from the busy Jakarta. Everything is just so nice; the room, the pool, the gym, the breakfast, but moreover the warm hospitality from the staffs. I’d like to thank Ratih at the Front Desk for being so helpful and all smiley to me during my stay. Thank you! Will come again for sure :)

It was a very nice stay at mercure, the room was very clean, room facilities was good, except I couldn't find laundry bag :) the foods were great. overall, i would highly recommend this place

the room was very spacious, the swimming pool was also fun for the kids especially the slide. however, the check in process a bit difficult, they cannot guarantee what time we can check in, so we keep asking just to remind them and ask the progress of the room readiness. and for the breakfast, we were directed to meeting hall because the restaurant was full-house. so we're not really get the ambiance and i think the menu is not the same like in the restaurant.

The fees to enter the Ancol gate everytime we go out is kind of not reasonable, as it count by each person not each car. It would be great if it free for the resident include hotel guess.

I have my b-day in Jakarta and decided to stay at Mercure hotel with all my family. I requested the room to be connected, and upgrade the room.. All the process is going smoothly. The staff gave me a surprise bday cake.. what a lovely gesture.. they did tell me their names but I forget their names.. but anyway.. they are all so friendly and so nice.. I will stay there again next time or recommend this hotel to friends when they visit Ancol. Thank you..

Very satisfied with the help of front office lady name ms Dwi who help us early check in since I took my mom in wheelchair. Good hotel for family with kids. A lot of entertainment for kids.

The hotel located at ANCOL near many of attractions place like Putrì Duyung, Dufan(Luna Park) and many nice restaurants and neat the beach. The only problem is the hotel doesn’t include the entrance cost so if you in and out the ancol gate you must pay rp. 25.000 per person x4 plus the taxi = Rp. 125,000. So if you out twice within 3 days stay you have to pay twice. Which is very annoying. It’s used to be for FREE for guest staying in the hotel in Ancol . Buffet is good so many selections and many Indonesian traditionally foods. Hotel is quite nice and big . Love the garden for relaxing . I will come back next time .

The room is too dark, very humid, stinky, a lot of insect appeared in from of our room. After complained about this, we changed the room, we have to appreciate the housekeeping staff for the good service (super friendly), but tbh the next room also very humid(we assumed this cause by the ocean). The front desk service inappropriate, not even meet the standard of hospitality. We ask for room adjustment confirmation, but I got nothing for the next 2 hours. When I was upset enough, I got improper response from the front desk staff. For us, the building just too old, and I personally think you need to renovating the whole building. I have been staying at this hotel since I was a kid (when the name was Horizon, cmiiw). I'm aware that the hotel have been renovated, but as an old building the sanitary pipe, the system as whole can't be replace and will make some problem (stinky, rotten, etc). Please notice that you have to make balance between rate & products/services. The food is above my expectation, but to be honest I prefer to not stay at Mercure Ancol in the future. Thank you

Great old hotel. Well maintained. Good facilities. But i think u should teach manner to ur staffs frequently. I didn't feel the accor atmosphere in this hotel. Especially for the woman staffs.
