Stayed here for CNY holiday, hotel was fully-booked but the staffs are very responsive. Smooth and fast check-in, we got an upgrade for our second room so both of our rooms can be connected. Rooms are clean & tidy. Kids friendly with many activities, and a lion dance show for CNY season. This was our second year staying here for CNY, definitely will be back again next year. Thankssss!

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Ancol. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were quite complete for families with children. My child enjoyed the playgroup area. However, I think the pretend play toys for toddlers could be improved and made more varied. It would also be wonderful if an outdoor playground could be added in the future so children can play more freely in an open space. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience. Thank you, and we hope to see even more improvements in the future 😊
