We came at 1 , and the receptionist said The room is ready, but we cannot entry room, but also we can drop our baggages at your room. She insisted to register member first. This is the first time accor chain hotel not allowed early check in Despite the location is okay, receptionist and service need to improve hospitality

Check-in was smooth, Achie was friendly. Room was clean. Sahur was simple but edible. Tried their Iftar, Ucok was really nice, offering to try various local dishes.
