One of the best experience out of Ibis hotel yet, Pak Ari or Asngari you might know really is one of the best staff they have, everything was taken care if hy him and I mean everything! 5star experience indeed!!

it was unsatisfactory stay at IBIS HARMONY JAKARTA, as room feel smelly, and the linens looks dirty.
