Very good stay in Ibis Jakarta Harmoni, part of Accor's member hotel, with Accor's member personal allowance to get additional services, including late check out, which is useful to support delayed flight departure from airlines. The location is very strategic in central of Jakarta, and it will be easy to reach anywhere when required.

However, the parking area is located at the back of the hotel and is still an open area, so guests need to walk through the rain to reach the lobby during bad weather. Hopefully, in the future, a more convenient covered access can be provided to further improve the guest experience.

Had a pleasant stay at Ibis Jakarta Harmoni. The location is convenient; the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in until check-out. Thanks to Daniel from Front Office for the warm assistance. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice as well. Overall, a good choice for both business trips and short stays in Jakarta. Also, thanks to Andrian for the great service. Thank you to the whole team at Ibis Jakarta Harmoni for the warm hospitality. Will definitely come back again 😊

My stay was good in ibis Harmoni - happy to see Ms. Nana and Aishy still as welcoming as always. We got a room upgrade, an early check in, and late check out which was amazing. Also, any complaints made are immediately attended to. Room was clean but could be a little better though - there was some sauce under the desk that was not cleaned and my bag got a little stain from it. Water pressure and heater is strong and good. Air con could also be a little colder as my friend felt it was not cool enough. Parking is always easy here. Lastly, the internet and the connection to the netflix tv is their strong point here, please let this factor be consistent in ibis Harmoni. It always allows me and my friend to be able to binge watch shows without interruption and thats what we liked about this hotel. Connection to mobile wasnt too stable either during this stay. Thank you.
