The hotel is centrally well located, accessible to many tourists locations, there's a McDonald's beside the hotel & down the street 5 minutes of walking have 24 hours A&W & dunkin donut cafe. Opposite the hotel has the gajah mada plaza with cinema, eateries, hero supermarket & shops, there's also gajah mada food street beside the mall. The downside of the hotel is the buffet breakfast, not many varieties to choose from & hot dishes are mostly dried & fried. Therefore cannot expect much from a 3 star hotel but the problem is it's under the accor group of hotel chain & I expect certain kind of standard service. The housekeeping of the hotel & room is not bad though, neat clean & tidy.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ibis Harmoni. The price is very affordable, but the quality of service feels like a 4-star hotel! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for both business trips and short holidays. The location is also excellent — close to many restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety for the price. Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The staff were nice and always ready to help.
