Very pleased with everything, particularly the caring staff. Manager Mr. Ricky goes the extra yard in being as helpful as possible, providing information for whatever need arises. The professionalism and courteous support also extend throughout the staff - front desk, restaurant, and maintenance. The hotel is very clean, well located, and an excellent value. We stayed at Ibis Harmony Jakarta for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpfull staffs. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍
