Good stay as usual

Love staying here for work/staycation mix and overall - for the price I paid per night as ALL member - I always had good experience and literally no complain, everything works well, comfortable bedding, decent food and fresh salad at breakfast (which is very important for me), easy access to TransJakarta (despite the ongoing construction, MRT is worth the wait) and if anything 24 McDonald's is just next door. I normally stay here when I have late night online classes that I have to attend via video conference (the school is based in the US) so my only problem that I experienced was when the wifi suddenly became unstable. But most of the time the wifi worked ok so I considered this not a big problem. I just hope the hotel would give a bit more attention to this issue.

As a female solo traveller from a foreign land which is the Philippines, it was really my best decision to stay in your hotel . I felt peaceful, safe and comfortable. My room is cozy and clean everyday. the staff are so warm and accommodating even the security who helped me to get a cab (taxi) all the time I want to tour around and gave me tips on where I can go in which are really amazing place. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The front desk staff are accommodating and I really had a a hassle free transaction. They are well trained and understood me so well . They are really good in speaking in English.

Room was good and clean, aircon could be a little colder. Breakfast as usual is not that great as the food has limited options and the taste is sub par. The service is great and the front desk staff Ms. Nana always remembered me as a guest which always personalized every stay i had in this hotel. Although i have been only upgraded once in this hotel, i don't have any complaints as long as the price justifies the stay.
