It was a very good experience overall with a quiet atmosphere, despite next to the major road. However, it may require a bit more cleaning job on the shower room mildew.

I stayed at Ibis Styles in Simatupang in my last trip and decided to try out Ibis Harmoni (room #601). However, the was a vast difference and here's why; 1. Floor mat in the bathroom was damp when I checked in 2. The mechanism on the door lock made strange winding noise every 4 - 5 mins 3. Breakfast spread was limited

the kindness and help full staff at the restaurants, the front desk staff is too serious no smile and less information. during check in , I am asking the name if the meeting rooms wheres the small meeting will be held. he said hell find out and let me know but he did not call or inform me as he promised
