The staff opened my room without knocking or ring the bell

I just checked in and came into my room, not long after that a male staff suddenly open my room without knocking or ring the bell. I was surprised and told him to close the door again. He said that he was being told that the room was still empty and wanted to put the welcome fruits in the room. Please upgrade your service regarding this.
