+ It's in the central of jakarta + transjakarta bus stop right in front of the hotel, MRT/subway soon + Gajah Mada shopping mall in accross the street + Mcdonalds next to it + A bit spacious than usual ibis room + soundproofing was pretty decent although its super noisy outside + HD channel? better than some 4/5 star hotel - the mat is a bit dirty, but who cares? its for my feet either.

Its a good hotel but needs lots of upgrade and refubishment. For example. Furniture in lobby are so dirty and with lots of stains. Carpet on the hall on each flor are so old and dirty. They need to be cleaned and refresh. Each guest bathroom need to be refreshed.
