We stay here quite often, all good. We think the breakfast here is the best, even compared to other Accor high-end hotels. But this time, something changed. The special breakfast order is no longer available. It's still good overall, but used to be top tier, now just ok

Given that this is a five-star hotel and a reputable brand, I feel that practices such as reusing room card holders and worn-out room cards should be avoided, primarily for hygiene reasons, which I strongly believe should be upheld. Additionally, it would be prudent to inform guests in advance if their room is a connecting room, as noise from neighboring guests can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers. This is something I didn’t expect to experience in a 5 star hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights, the room was clean and cosy, bed and pillows were just right, we were able to sleep well every night, amenities in the room was good and sufficient. Staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, during breakfast we were attended by Ridho who briefed us on what’s available at the buffet, He recommended us to try the Jamu drinks, it was very good and refreshing. While clearing plates and glasses, Kiara greeted us politely and chatted with us, she suggested us to try the meat ball noodle or the laksa, we were delighted with her soft courteous manner. We met Ridho and Kiara again during ‘chocolate time’ and they assisted us on the desserts, we had japanese milk pudding, coffee jelly and matcha soft ice cream among others at their suggestion. We had dinner at wilde cut and was attended by Biqi who help us choose items in the menu according to our dietary needs, Malek help to serve in warm and friendly gestures. We had a good spa session at Le Jardine and attended by therapist Indah and Ummi, they were very skilled in handling us in the therapy room, ensure calmness, soothing and relaxing atmosphere, cautiously not making any sound that would effect our relaxation. We enjoyed the therapy and felt rejuvenated.
