Please allow me to sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly as a valued ALL – Accor Live Limitless Platinum member. We are truly concerned to learn about the security issue related to your guest room door. This matter is taken extremely seriously, and your feedback has been escalated to our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for urgent inspection and corrective action to ensure guest safety at all times. Your comments regarding the bathroom floor, bathmats, cleanliness, bed linen condition, and overall hygiene standards are deeply regretted and fall below the level of comfort we aim to provide. We appreciate your constructive suggestion regarding alternative anti-slip solutions and assure you that this is being reviewed as part of our ongoing improvement plans. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by delayed laundry pickup, slow à la carte breakfast service, and experiences at the Front Desk counter. Your feedback has been shared with the respective department heads for immediate follow-up and retraining where necessary. Regarding the executive lounge, please note that a dedicated Club Lounge area is not available at this property; therefore, lounge benefits for eligible guests are provided at our designated restaurant.
