Kindly allow us to reiterate that, in line with established food safety standards, including principles from Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), the hotel is unable to assist with reheating or handling food brought from outside, including items such as Sate Taichan. As we are unable to verify the preparation and storage conditions of externally sourced food, this policy must be applied consistently. This measure is implemented to ensure the health and safety of all our guests at all times.
