I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta for 7 nights and 8 days, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would like to give special thanks to a few staff members who made my stay even more memorable. First, Ileana from HRD was incredibly helpful in assisting me with the booking process. She made everything smooth and stress-free from the beginning. During my stay, Alyssa, one of the Guest Service Agents, was very welcoming and efficient when helping me with the check-in process. Her professionalism and warm attitude really set a great first impression. Lastly, I’d like to appreciate Tamara, also a Guest Service Agent, who assisted me during check-out. She handled everything quickly and ensured that my departure was just as seamless as my arrival. I also had the opportunity to enjoy lunch at Song Xiang Lou, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, authentic, and well-presented, adding even more enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was excellent, and the staff truly made a difference. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I stayed just one night as Platinum but was extremely impressed. At the Front Desk: Ruth and Anita checked me in perfectly. Extremely efficient. Yolanda is extremely proactive and also extremely efficient. Reho and Imam were very friendly as I waited for breakfast. Tamara is also very friendly and kindly explained some important aspects of the hotel. On the F&B side: Josephine and Mutia run a tight ship and are extremely helpful and energetic. Chefs Fikri and Calista do a great job at breakfast and Chocolate Hour. Dian is always enthusiastic and kind, and Dede is really an expert at handling Evening Cocktails. He does a great job also. Breakfast and Evening Cocktails were excellent, as was my room and the hotel in general. Afternoon Tea was a little weak but it didn't matter. My only disappointment is that the Executive Lounge is still not open. I hope that this will open as soon as possible.
