This stay was definitely the highlight of my trip to Jakarta. The whole team from the securities, doorman, reception, restaurant staff, all are extremely friendly and welcoming. The suite is awesome and what makes it extra memorable is the special, tailored decoration arrange by Ms Tamara and her whole team for my wife's birthday celebration. It is truly magical. We even got another cake during the awesome chocolate hour. I cant name everyone, but i definitely appreciate the friendliness, hospitality and welcoming vibe of all the team at Mövenpick Jakarta. Thank you again to Ms Tamara, Mr Rizky, Pak Sahab, Mr Supar, Mr Azzam and everyone else for making our stay extremely magic. We will definitely be returning back.

When we're in front if the hotel, the hotel smells nice. The teddy bears are cute, my kid loved it. Lots of breakfast variety and it was tasty. The service of FB service team is excellent, they're all attentive. Ruth from FO also friendly and helpful. The room is nice too. Thank you, we had a great stay.
