This is my 3rd time staying at the hotel. The occupancy was full house so it's understandable if the hotel service was stretched to its maximum limit. The pool area was used for NYE pool party so access was limited. But on the following day (1 Jan) the locker room was opened at 6AM but the locker keys are not available because the keys are stored at the Spa which open later. At 6AM the Sauna & Steam also still non operable. IMHO to ensure a satisfying guest experience, they need to synchronize the operation period of the gym, locker room, swimming pool and spa, not just opening the swimming pool. They don't write down the operation time in the rules/regulation. My other concern is underage kid (toddler) was allowed to enter the gym. From a medical point of view, gym is not a playground for children because it has a risk hazard for kid

Stayed here on New Year’s Eve and it was extremely disappointing. The lift situation was a disaster—only three small lifts for the entire hotel, constantly full especially going down with 10–15 minutes of waiting every time. I need to take emergency stair for going down. This is completely unacceptable during peak periods. On top of that, water-running noise could be heard from the room, making it hard to relax. Although the room itself is decent, the hotel is clearly not designed to handle peak capacity.

Good service from FO team, especially Mr. Valdy who helps me during my checkin process. There are a rooms for Ginger Flower teams to improve to prove especially the service and the food quality. Overall great but could be better. Shout out to Ridho at GingerFlower who being kind and suggesting me to trying some of the signature Movenpick dish
