Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel — from its interior to the room design. The room is small but well-designed and functional, though it would be even better if a work desk and chair could be added. The food tastes very good. Going forward, what needs improvement is the proactiveness and speed of the banquet staff on the Mezzanine floor in clearing used glasses, as well as the staff in the restaurant. It would also be better if the hotel were located in a more strategic area, as the current location is in a heavily congested area.
