Came for 6 nights with my family. Reception staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is very convenient.

One of the best hotels I've been, all over Asia. Central positioning, a very new hotel with all facilities. The staff is one of the best I've seen, always smiling and very helpful. The food in all restaurants is excellent, european menu at a very high standard. I strongly recommend Mövenpick Jakarta as a first option for this city. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Plus : - Modern Room and Good Ambience - Afternoon tea & Chocolate hour is the best - Good breakfast Minus : - Small reception area - Slow check in process, i need to wait about 15mins to check in even i am supposed to be got an early check in from my platinum status. Check in on 2pm and my room isn't ready yet - The welcome amenities not ready in my room during check in and finally come after 30mins - No executive lounge and no informations about this on their emails or ALL apps - The food in the restaurant mostly spicy and not suitable for kids
