The bathroom floor is slippery. Unfriendly security staff.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the policy on reheating food. It is quite unfortunate that this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where assistance to reheat food is not available, due to the rule that food purchased from outside the hotel cannot be consumed in the restaurant. In my case, I only wanted to reheat food for a small child, and it would have been eaten in the room, not in the restaurant area. I had tried to politely ask the staff for a one-time exception, but unfortunately, they were still unable to assist. Thank you very much.

Kindly allow us to reiterate that, in line with established food safety standards, including principles from Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), the hotel is unable to assist with reheating or handling food brought from outside, including items such as Sate Taichan. As we are unable to verify the preparation and storage conditions of externally sourced food, this policy must be applied consistently. Although I only stayed for one night but I had a comfortable stay. This was my first time staying at Movenpick using my All Accor Explorer membership. I thought the room was excellent, all the amenities were complete. I got my welcome fruits. Excellent! The staffs were also friendly. Ease procedure for check-in and check-out I wasn't too impressed with the selection of the breakfast buffet though. But probably more of my taste than most of the guests. I thought the option was just okay. I always prefer "local" food and I thought it was lacking though I appreciated the Japanese culinary section Oh, and I ordered food from La Floriane for lunch, and Tartufo Cacio E Pepe was WAY TOO SALTY and TOO OILY. It made my tounge a bit numb.

The first time i checked in the room was hot, the air conditioner didnt make the room feel cold at all, then i complained and they gave me another room, i can feel the room is definitely smaller because the moving space wasnt as big as the previous room, and the room is still not cold. I do think that if we complained about something, the service given after that should be better? But the room became smaller and the aircon is still the same. The food was good.
