The hotel was great and the service was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and relaxing. The food was clean and delicious and the people serving the food were great. The room service work quickly and there are no delays for my request. I will stay here when I visit jakarta some time later

Stayed here for meetings and was a pleasant experience. Staff was courteous, and quick to respond to any request. Food at Harmoni Square has good variety and taste. Gym needed improvement as a treadmill was under maintenance but managed a workout there nevertheless

3 days 2 nights stay was 🪄Amazing for 3 of us but every time cleaning the housekeeper forgot to put a towel and we called and requested , nice soft bed . But I prefer king bed instead of 2 double beds . This is my second stay at this Hotel . Really recommend . Thank you for having us . Till we meet again .
