Room was clean and comfortable, toilet has good upkeep, cleanliness maintained. Only bad thing was the fridge which was not cold at all. Staff were extra friendly and also helpful.

Check in process was smooth, too bad my family and I were assigned rooms that used to be in smoking floor. When I got into my room, it still reeked of smoke so bad. I asked for another room, and it took quite some time to get another one, which luckily didn’t smell as bad as the first one. Everything was okay after that. Second problem was breakfast. I know it’s one of the busiest night of the day, but it really would helped a lot if the staff assigned some schedule for the breakfast since you checked in. No distancing, super long queue, long refill of food. I even need to argue with the staffs twice because my number get skipped. I couldn’t really care if the food was good or not because I only want to eat and get it over as soon as possible. One of the thing I really expect when I stay in a hotel is the breakfast, so it’s quite disappointing for me.

All is well. The location, nice room, friendly staff, nice lobby. However, there is only one receptionist at that time so i have to wait for check in. The taste and the variation for breakfast is so so.

Great experience. The Duty Managers are very kind and helpful. But the hotel operators are not helpful. Every time I called and pressed the "Need Help" button, likely things were not get done. Subsequently, I whatapps the Duty Managers. They are very efficient and helpful.
