I stayed fir 3 days of mandatory quarantine after arriving from Australia. The hotel is cozy and clean. I cannot comment on the facilities as they were closed. The food wasn’t great though. It was like one of those purchased from street vendors and didn’t look like any 5* hotel food. The wifi/internet quality was pretty good. I measured 10mbps up/downstream with only 1 drop out. I could participate in teams meetings without any issue.

Room service was so disappointed. I ordered bebek bumbu bali for more than 2 hours. In hospitality bussines, the word " sorry" it does not work. I had 6 years in royal caribbean as an experience waiter. Then i knew how to deliver the WOW for customers, pass service is always priority.

The quarantine package was quite pricey considering the quality of food wasn't so great. I expected to get lunch on the check out day because as we were waiting for the PCR test results, we got out almost 4pm. We paid for a 3 day 2 night package whereby food was provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner but I arrived late at night on the first day so missed all three meals, and yet, no lunch on the third day where checking out was already late in the afternoon. Ended up having the room order which I had to wait for more than an hour because was told the kitchen was busy taking orders for other guests at the same time. I think the hotel should be generous enough to provide food for lunch on the last day. This is a package not considered as a normal package.

Worst Service EVER. EVER. Not kidding.

I would have given this hotel a minus rating, but the room is good and spacious so I am considered generous in giving a 2 star rating. WORST SERVICE EVER. IN MY LIFE. EVER. Was in quarantine process, and we paid for the package which should give us 3 meals per day. We cannot order food from outside. The lunch never came, until 2.30 PM. Called many times, until the supervisor said to the staff on the phone to tell me this in Indonesian: "Just tell him to wait" (I assumed he wouldnt know that I understand Indonesian language). I was in disbelief. This is supposedly a 5 star hotel. The manager finally came at 4 pm and gave me lunch. At 4 PM. When I was in quarantined. And cannot order food from outside. UNBELIEVABLE. Come On, Accor. Do Better.

The Quarantine organization was an absolute drama in this hotel. Service below 0. Calls to Reception Operator, Room Service, Concierge systematically remained unanswered. The food quality was at "pet food level". Unworthy the Accor group.

Excellent Quarantine Hotel

Booked for 8 Days Quarantine Stay. Room overall condition are within expectation, only problem I face is the Signal Cable connected to the TV set. Cable was damaged and cable TV signal was weak. Considering this is Quarantine stay, I decided not to call the hotel to rectify this problem but perhaps thorough check should be carried out before guest check in. On the 2nd day after check in, I requested extra drinking water, toiletry and other daily need for the entire stay. Thanks for the arrangement and everything was delivered satisfactory. The hotel provides 3 selection for daily meals, Asian, Western & Indonesian, which is good for guest who likes to have diversification. Foods quality overall are good and decent. I only have suggestion so that food can be delivered ON TIME as there are few late meals during the first few days of my stay. After communicate to hotel staffs Andinni, Bintang & duty manager Dono, things improved. Overall, all the hotel staffs I met are helpful, courteous. Pls continue your good work. I want to specially thanks Ms Andinni for helping me sort out most of the problem during my stay.

Another pleasant stay (4th time) at this hotel, which has the friendliest staff, in particular Pak Indra. Spent 8 days of my quarantine here and another 8 days after the quarantine. The upgraded room was superb. Will definitely come back. Thank you!
