good stay, spacious room, but no shampoo in the bathroom

I booked 2 connecting rooms for a staycation with my female friends. All went well, up until I took a bath before I checked out. My hair was already wet, but when I reached for the shampoo, apparently the bottle was empty!!!! So I had to wash my hair using soap instead. So dissapointing, especially Grand Mercure is a 5 star hotel. Other than that, I think the rooms are worth the price.
