I stay during 8th February to 12th February, 2026. I had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. from the moment I arrived , the staff ( especially Ms.Intan , I hope i wrote correct name of her ) were warm , smiling , welcoming and extremely attentive , making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless , spacious and very comfortable , with all the amenities , i needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable. The hotel facilities were well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Everything from common areas to the dining spaces was clean , organized and inviting. The breakfast was delicious but I am pure vegetarian so for me not much option there. Overall what truly stood out was the level of hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. i look forward to staying here again in the future when i will visit again to Jakarta and would gladly recommend it to friends, family and fellow travelers.
