Every time smell ugly in the room, maybe someone smoke in the bathroom, no music channel on TV, no smart TV, western/American food very poor, better to use small plates instead to use big plates and half of them are empty,room was very noisy due to outside traffic...

I stayed 2 days at hotel, room was wide and comfortable. The meals were limited and honestly i did not like them . Last day i asked them to prepare my dinner earlier due to upcoming transportation time to airport. They could not provide me dinner at 5 pm . It is weird that restaurant was not ready.But if you asked for additional order like snacks or extra meal that is subject to extra charge/cost they are ready for 24 hrs.

I booked very late night, the receiptionist was not sl welcome. I asked for the single bed, but he said there is only twin bed room left. Then I entered the room and I was shocked because its smoking room! I'm not a smoker and I felt so dizzy because of this smoking room. Then I complaint to the receiptiojist and then he gave me the jon smoking room which is single bed! OMG HE LIED!!!!!!!! In the morning when the breakfast time, the food is ordinary. Not so much. But the "omlete man" was not nice at all. I asked him about the availability of the dimsum that placed beside him and he answered and rude way! Thats why I call this hotel is not so 5 stars hotel. Not worth the money at all.

Hallway stinks of smoke may b due to quarantine for smokers. Food is good but service need attention. Nice view from window. Overall ok lah.

I would like to specially thank the team of Pak Ferry & Pak Angga along with chef liong and chef gugun. I was in quarantine stay for 6 days and especially being a pure vegetarian I was worried about the food. But the food was the main surprise element (with Indian touch) and It made my stay memorable and worth remembering. Also the room service is very good.

Iam ship's crew member who have been going a mandatory 5 days quarantine in Grand Mercure Kemayoran. In this forum and site, i would like to express what i have been through and experience during my 5 days government mandatory quarantine. Starting from day 1 when we just arrived at the airport and i activated my mobile phone, 1st messages came through my phone is that somebody (Thank you mba Nita for such a fast and efficient service you gave us! You are amazing!) already waiting for us outside of the airport and told us that nothing to worried about and everything had been taking care of (Thank you so much Ben Line Agency for picking this Fantastic Premium hotel for our quarantine) and that they are ready waiting to pick us up and that they already prepared buses with AC on and drive us straight to the hotel (this time i would like to give big thanks to our awesome driver pak Rachmat for your above and beyond services). After a fast adjusting of a misunderstanding crew data sign off in such professionalism way by mba Nita and her team in the airport, we go to the hotel and there were waiting a team of very profesional and helpful Front Office lead by Mr. Dono to give us a very warm and professional reception and instructions (thank you mba Aisyah and mba Jasmine for all the clear explanation and your kind assistance. You both always gave me the best explanation whenever i called for information). Long story short, during my 5 days quarantine in Grand Mercure Kemayoran, not a once i felt disheartened and disappointed. Top hats for the Chef and Cooks that prepared our top of the notch meal with so much option and delicious flavour. Thank you so much also for mba Katarina and pak Aldi for assisting and arrange our PCR test in efficient way. I know that this pandemic makes almost everything "sour", but one thing for sure, living my quarantine day in Grand Mercure Kemayoran is not one of that! Grand Mercure Kemayoran its all about Warm, Kind, Fast, Flavour, and Professionalism at the best. Thank you so so much RCCL, Grand Mercure kemayoran, Ben Line agency! You are the best thing that happened to my pandemic experiences. Iam very lucky to have experienced it and will be more than willing to undergo it again!
