The room was nice. Very spacious which enlightened our stay. The location was a surprise. You can’t go anywhere on foot.practically “In the middle of nowhere”. You must take a taxi to leave the hotel area. Very interesting. If you choose a non smoking room, you must sign a paper. Strange… The breakfast was not completely satisfactory. The table cover was dirty. Easily you see stains. On the seats there were crumbs visible. The food variety as a five star hotel… not sure! We were very thankful for the free drinks as all hotels member. Thank you very much. We were surprised that no hotel staff helped us with our luggage at our arrival with a taxi. The doorman and the gentleman with the cart didn’t care. Surprise! We told this to the reception. The hotel staff within the hotel and the hotel receptionists all were very kind. However at the end it was a question mark why this hotel is classified as five star.

1.) The gym and sauna operating hours is not ideal for business goers. Most of the hotels offers 24 hours access. 2.) The longue is always stuffy and not cool. Mosquitos are around and becomes a health concern. I have stopped eating in the longue for this reasons. 3.) I have now moved to Silver status but i dont see any benefits to it. Might consider moving to another hotel in my next visit next month.
