From the first time coming I already love the ambiance of the lobby, big and good interior. Check in process is fast, staff very helpfull. Room spacious and clean, with a city view. Strategic place in middle of Jakarta, easy access to airport. Breakfast have alot of choices and variant. Good Lounge. They also have spa for leisure after a long day meeting, like this place. Will return and visit this hotel again.

First time stay in Grand Mercure Kemayoran but I already love the atmosphere, big lobby and nice sofa for waiting. They even have a Lounge for drink and snack, good wifi connection also tasty food they served at Plumeria Lounge. Checkin process is fast, staff friendly and helpfull. Keep the good job guys.

During Lebaran period, i stay at grand mercure was awesome, the manager with the glasses was welcoming me at the lobby and impressed, i had brunch at restaurant and food was great and tasty, swimming pool staff also was nice accompanied my family and for sure will be back to the hotel in few month soon

Came here to do a 2 day quarantine, the food is terrible very small portions especially the western food, never seen such bad room service in a hotel before just completely incompetent people working in that department, I’m actually suprised these people get a salary that’s how bad they are.

My stay was good in general but unfortunately due to arriving during ramadhan, the AC was frequently switched off and hotel dining area was operating with very short hours. General environment of the hotel including room comfort was good for the price.

The Quarantine organization was an absolute drama in this hotel. Service below 0. Calls to Reception Operator, Room Service, Concierge systematically remained unanswered. The food quality was at "pet food level". Unworthy the Accor group.

Excellent Quarantine Hotel

Booked for 8 Days Quarantine Stay. Room overall condition are within expectation, only problem I face is the Signal Cable connected to the TV set. Cable was damaged and cable TV signal was weak. Considering this is Quarantine stay, I decided not to call the hotel to rectify this problem but perhaps thorough check should be carried out before guest check in. On the 2nd day after check in, I requested extra drinking water, toiletry and other daily need for the entire stay. Thanks for the arrangement and everything was delivered satisfactory. The hotel provides 3 selection for daily meals, Asian, Western & Indonesian, which is good for guest who likes to have diversification. Foods quality overall are good and decent. I only have suggestion so that food can be delivered ON TIME as there are few late meals during the first few days of my stay. After communicate to hotel staffs Andinni, Bintang & duty manager Dono, things improved. Overall, all the hotel staffs I met are helpful, courteous. Pls continue your good work. I want to specially thanks Ms Andinni for helping me sort out most of the problem during my stay.
