The property is a very nice one, room was very well appointed for my needs. My only concern is every meal was cold, I didn’t order from in room dining menu just what was provided to me but everytime just wrapped in glad wrap and cold!!! Cold fish is not very nice.

OK for quarantine

I stayed there as I was required to quarantine upon arrival from international travel. The room was sufficient for my stay. Biggest issue was that persons were smoking in adjacent rooms and this filling my room with cigarette smoke daily through the air vents. Nothing was done about this. I did not like that most of the elevators were inoperable, this is a safety issue. Food was less than average, even when I ordered room service. It took over an hour and several calls for me to get my chopped chilies that I ordered with my pizza.

Room & amenities are very good, staff polite but rather inefficient: the operator’s communication with the kitchen mostly is erratic, orders are lost, it takes ages to get it and sometimes wrong. But everything else was excellent.

Pleasant and confortable room. I was on quarantine so I could not enjoy the location of the hotel, or the facilities (gym, swimming pool...) The food served in the room was really NOT GOOD. It was meant to be served hot and was constantly served completely cold so really not pleasant to eat.
