when i checked in i already ask front desk ( a gentleman) to register my car for free parking. before i checked out, i also made sure to front desk again ( a lady) that my car has been registered for free parking because i am staying overnight as a guess. attached is my parking ticket, i ended up paying 73,000 rupiah, i also attach my e-money transaction list that i use to pay the parking fare. please check with the parking office, to make sure that this ticket got out from parking space at the exact time that i made my payment and the fare is exactly 73,000. Then please return my money to compensate for the free parking. The hotel note my phone number and email, please check with them whether this email is the email that they note. So you will be confident that my complaint is correct.

The location is superb. Smooth and easy check-in/check-out experience. The room is clean. Breakfast is decent. Hot water running smoothly. Aircon is functioning well. Since this hotel is environmentally conscious, some basic amenities like a toothbrush set & comb must be requested. But since the staff is responsive, it's not a problem. The minor thing is the lack of natural light since the hotel is located inside a building & window is semi-outdoor facing with a yellow window filter, so we couldn't differentiate night & day if the curtain is closed. Also, TV channels are not in high resolution, but it's not a big deal. Overall, good value for money.

Bad service and far from Accor standard

I was a regular in this hotel and surprised with current standard. As a gold member of Accor, i supposed to receive a welcome drink which was not provided. My friend is also a gold member and did not receive it. The receptionist guy named REZA needs to get more trainings to follow Accor standard. Another issue is the dry cleaning laundry which was very disappointing with stain and late delivery.

For me it's a good place to work and relax, first time back since December 2019, the air conditioning of the hotel was refurbished, very cold and great, but I can feel the covid influence on the business, hope all is well in the future, just the closure of Carrefour is inconvenient for me to buy things. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and other cleaning products, so you can get them from the counter or bring them yourself.
