Total Dissatisfaction .. Very Bad Food Stalls for New year Eve 2025 at Novotel Mangga Dua Square Hotel .

Hello Ibis Mangaa Dua / Novotel Mangaa Dua Square Management Team, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way New Year 2025 Dinner and Party was arranged . I give only point # 1 - Extremely Dissatisfied . There were No Station Staff / Waiters / Chef at any of the food station ar 8.30pm to 9.30pm. Mostly all food has been finished with No sign of Refill . All the Hotek Staff had made group near to main Stage and also at All other corner of the halo busy in Dancing and enjoying the party while guests have to stay empty stomach and trying to fill plates with leftovers . Only after I made huge compliance did Hotel Staff made some movement and some of the food stalls were able to see refill , but not All. Most of the available food were COLD like Ice. I hope your team will take appropriate action to address this grave mistake and oversight from Hotel Staff/ Managers. I am attaching some pictures to show How empty were food stalls. Best Swap ***************

Nice facilities, friendly staff especially at front office, and worh it/ value for money. Great location nearby the mall with various foods/ restaurant with the cheap price. There's several minimarket too near the hotel. The hotel has a modern look.

The light not too bright, and pool access

The light inside room is not too bright. And please give more easy access to swimming pool. I knew it's novotel's, but there was no staff to help open swimming pool access door...
