I ever been staying in here for 2 times before and this is my 3rd times stay here due to I love watching music festival at Jiexpo, and with Ibis Brand by Accor my expectation should above average 3 star hotel around there. My first and second stay was great, but here’s my story : First, I was very disappointed you guys didn’t change the bed linen include the pillow case. I can see and smell it. 2nd, you guys didn’t give us a tooth brush. I don’t know should I asked ur receptions, but none of u guys explaining about the tooth brush, if you don’t put the tooth brush in the room and by request you should explain it! Lucky us we bring our own. 3rd, we arrive in hotel at 2.00 a.m after watching the festival, we want order the room service but your staff in FO want to confirm is it the f&B team still open for room service, meanwhile u guys put a e-banner on tv that show if ur room service its open 24 hour. After that we wait ur staff calling me back but he didn’t then we should called him again after 15 minutes later. Then no longer than that the service comes and asking us for the menu what we want order. We shock why he come to our room for order, instead by calling our room. And later on, we order the menu, we close the door and ur service staff knock our room and telling us the payment only by cash. We were mad and cancel our order due to, we are tired and hungry and didn’t want to order online coz like I told WE WERE TIRED even going down to take the food. Like how guys you still closing the bill on 3.00 a.m! But, overall thank you for letting me have early check in. Coz I was in a rush for my festival. Next time, hopefully you doing better.

Extremely tired hotel in need of clean and refurbishment.

Welcome greeting by Dianra was great. The shower was so mouldy ( berjamur ) had to ask for the shower to be cleaned. Ms Acti the reception manager was very proactive and professional and wanted to see the shower first hand. Ms Acti organised the shower to be cleaned properly which hasn’t been done for sometime. Ms Acti thank you. Another room was shown to me which was also mouldy ( berjamur ). The room fridge is always set on the lowest setting which doesn’t keep anything cold. Aditya from reception was amazing as he organised not only a consultation with his personal dentist but also transport there. Aditya kept in contact with me to make sure everything went well with the dentist. Aditya thank you. The restaurant staff are always smiling and welcoming.

Overall, my experience was great and met my expectations during my stay. I stayed to attend the Bruno Mars concert at JIS. The security in the lobby was very nice and helpful, providing clear information on the location of nearby ATMs, etc. However, there is room for improvement as my shower was leaking. The breakfast selection was standard, but the taste was good
