i think the elevator was broke sadly , waiting so long, the worker seem good energy and positive vibe but , they are working long hour, u should care about ur staff, pay the overtime worker , please. u cant even grow without u staff.

We had a really nice room with a great view of the city. Our room was also clean, and the housekeeping staff did a really good job. For the price we paid, we were really very satisfied. However, the hotel gives off a similar vibe to the entire neighborhood—as if it were on the verge of closing down. The lounge is closed, the bar is in a sorry state, and the breakfast room is dreary. The hotel has definitely seen better days.

The air conditioner in the daytime was not cold enough; only after sundown was it cooler, just send someone down to Holiday Inn a block away and see the difference in the lobby temperature. The water pressure in the shower was low. Housekeeping never replenished sugar & creamer when making up the room.
