The room is overall good, but the water is not hot enough. Two of the elevator got problem, one of them smashing the door too loud, the other is shaking so much. also the variety of food in breakfast is not inviting (maybe due to ramadhan seasons)

Please be assured that: - Our Engineering team has been alerted to thoroughly inspect the water heating system and both elevators to ensure safety and comfort. - Our Housekeeping and Pest Control teams are reinforcing preventive measures to address the mosquito issue immediately. - We are reviewing our breakfast presentation and variety, even during the Ramadan season, to ensure it remains appealing and satisfying for all guests. - Our IT team continues to monitor and improve WiFi speed and accessibility throughout the property. Stayed here because of its proximity to the Glodok area. Overall, it’s a good 4-star hotel and met our expectations. However, be mindful of the parking situation—access to the lobby is via a rather narrow staircase, which isn't the most convenient. Everything else was good

Clean tidy hotel and well maintained . Furthermore ,I notes improvement in quality of service and facilities .good view to downtown . The room clean wide and comfortable bed, the breakfast variety for options, the staff friendly and good service from Eileen front desk .
