Thank you for the upgrade on my room. The Platinum amenities were not present in the room, but I didn't bother to ask for it anyway. This rarely happens. The water in the bathroom shower isn't strong and fast enough, so it was kind of inconvenient to take a shower, but I didn't get a chance to report this, because of my schedule. Other than that, great location and nice stay

Stayed for 2 nights , first night at superior / deluxe room cannot remember the type but the room was so so because there were leaks at the ceiling in the bathroom and the aircon not enough cold Second night we moved to Suite room the most expensive one i think , this time everything is satisfactory only the aircon also a bit not enough cold even was set at minimum cold already Services were satisfactory , foods very good

Breakfast have a lot of varities, and also for room was comfortable.. Hot water and aircon are working good.. The swimming pool not too big but nice

Very convenient location. Near Jakarta's international airport as well as a convenience store nearby. I especially like that they prepare water dispensers at each floor.
