My expectation were hight for hotel as a regular costumer of the Novotel brand. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The furniture, bed and towels all were in bad condition.. the restaurant is also is lacking in term of food quality and verity.

First of all, thank you to Ms Tika, she is really helpful and care to guest like me and have fast response to solving the problem. My first issue was, the telephone in my room was broken, unmaintained well property in the room, broken bed, the HK given me expired body lotion (exp 2021), my credit card debited but already reversed (im using points redemption in this stay), the breakfast is so so, and the restaurant aircon is not working properly. Also, i dont have status nights in this redemption night, is it the rules? Thanks
