Twice I was staying here and Kenjo always helpful to me and made comfortable and I could rest earlier before meeting and doing my project, so its really helpful being fresh in the meeting

Stayed 3 nights at the Novotel Gajah Mada. Unfortunately, I was given a room on a smoking floor. The room, although aging was well kept and had all the necessary. Staff were friendly and check in/out was smooth and fast.

All facilities seems very old and dirty, I tried the sauna and the pool but it looks like abandon places. I also feel like I didnt get any benefit of my accor plus member, normally in another hotel I got welome letter with the benefit of my member on that hotel and also welcome fruit/cookies, etc but none at this hotel.

The parking space is very small, hard to park, and little help from attendance There is no welcome plate/cake in the room when we first check-in, the refrigerator is empty (for Gold member) The welcome drink, we prefer fresh juice, but only avail soft drink for take out There is no hot water for shower (this is really bad) The only good thing is good deal for price. But for Novotel 4 star hotel, this is not like other Novotel
