Novotel was only one hotel which wasn’t ready to have their guests at the airport. Except Novotel Mangga all other hotels welcomed their guests at the airport directly. I and other guests were waiting for who lead us. We have waited for the man almost 2 hours ourselves. Even we asked to find the guy at the service center too many times. Really disappointed of Novotel’s performance.

I stayed at the Novotel Mangga Dua for 3 days, 2 nights for my quarantine. The hotel staff were very helpful. Everything went fine with the airport taxi, the check-in, the service during my stay and at the check-out.

Good food, nice room but did not sleep well due to one night issue with water leak at 1:30am and second night to stay awake till 2:30am for PCR test. Otherwise friendly accommodating staff. I asked for extra milk and they provided it with no problem.

I had a full board stay during my quarantine stay after my arrival from abroad in this hotel but unfortunately I had a stomach pain and diarrhea from the second day of stay in this hotel. I didn't consumed any other foods or meals except from the hotel only. The receptionist nor the duty manager weren't accommodative to provide the document/ letter that I need from the hotel. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Thank you Novotel team for looking after me so well. Huge amount of food and drink delivered hot (where appropriate) to my door. I personally could have done with half the amount. Very comfortable suite with adjustable air con and outside room/balcony overlooking the pool/pool-side gardens. Everywhere well kept and clean except for the full length net curtains in both rooms which looked grubby. Maybe they were just discoloured, in which case they could probably do with replacing. The staff were unfailingly helpful and delightful, including the security guard who regularly checked I hadn’t ventured out. I would definitely choose Novotel again.

Stayed for 2 nights there for work from hotel purposes. All the alacarte food are tasty. Breakfast buffet are also massive! Massive shoutout to Mr. Randy dan Ms. Santi/Sinta (sorry lupa) from the gourmet bar for the top notch hospitality. Definitely will come back!

Good evening, I would like to share my experience 2 nights stay with Novotel Mangga Dua Square Jakarta. As a Platinum member, I would recommended this four stars hotel for businesses, travellers and staycation holiday. They provide with 5 stars excellent services, especially thanks to Ms. Eva (receptionist), Mr. Lutfi, (restaurant) and Mr. Danny (room service) and others. They were really helpful and satisfaction serviced during my stays. The room also big, get free upgrade to the suite room, the hot top bath also similar like Jacuzzi, working perfectly normal. Definitely will come back again. Thanks once again, good job everyone, appreciated with Smile 😀

Overalls ok fromcheckin until checkout and room Service also fast response and very helpful. Only the bathroom, when I want to go take a bath in the next day. The water very dirty I don't why but the staff just said open all the tab until all the water clear back by it self. It's waste our time for this things more than 1 hours. 😞

firstly i already checked in online but have to queuing , register and payment for almost 30 mins ( i already paid online but they said its not charged yet ) they didnt inform us before that the hotel was used for isolation for covid 19 ( divided in all floors , why dont just used some floors , its concerned me because of the AC central ) they told us right when we checked in so we didnt have a choice nor anyplace to go. requested for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room ( told me that its been empty for 2 days but the corridors and everytime i opened the door smells so bad ) . Drunk peoples in the next room very noisy in 2-7am and banging the doors so loud that disturbed everyone in the floors but so slow handled . overall im so disappointed

I've been in love with this hotel for a long time now, as they always keep their quality maintained and the staffs are just wonderfully kind. To spend time with family or to do some business stuffs with colleagues, I will be back again and again to this hotel. Even one of my coworker thought that the hotel is a 5-star hotel (they are now still listed as a 4-star). Well, all I can tell is that the quality is already 5-star, but with much cheaper price than any other 4-star hotels. This is a "must-try-hotel" in Jakarta, both for business or leisure.
