Our remote control didn’t work and toiletries (cotton bud) not replaced. Water for washing on closet didn’t work. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Food so tasty and great. Thanks for great service and we will recommend this hotel to our friend

Ibis Styles Hotel Mangga Dua service overall tiptop, the staff very friendly and kind from the moment we went through entrance point. Room service match the price with good food. The staff at restaurant, Ms Mia is very friendly with us like old good friends. Cuma lampu bilik sedikit malap kerana tiada lampu putih. Selebihnya semua perfect.

I came to Novotel Mangga Dua during a Ministry visit. It's not that I don't understand, but there must be good arrangements and enforcement for other hotel guests. Maybe you can also differentiate between parking for visiting guests and guests who are actually staying. There is only one person standing by at the reception counter. Meanwhile, there were already more than 3 guests queuing. When his boss arrived, the boss called the staff inside. Maybe there should be a system to fix this. And the last thing that really annoyed me was regarding the lounge on the 8th floor. I had been calling since 1 week before check in. When i am in check in process, i also asked the same thing. "Can children enter?" I also asked the officer in the lounge on the 8th floor. The answer was the same. "Yes. Children can enter but can't drink alcohol" However, when I wanted to enter at 6 pm I was not allowed to enter because there were children (children were not allowed to enter). How could this information be so different? Please follow up on this matter. Even if the kids come in. I won't give them alcoholic ones. Because there are still us adults watching. I didn't get treatment like this at Novotel Tangerang. I tried going to Mangga Dua in the hope that there would be an option for a holiday in the city. However, with this incident I will think again and again about going to Mangga Dua. I'll just go to Tangerang. I provide this input for improvement. Please management improve the existing system.
