The room was spacious and comfort. We stayed in Executive Jacuzzi Suite and it was a great choice for family staycation. Service was great and we even got a warm welcome cake. Delicious breakfast, premier lounge, good swimming pool, kids area, easy access to shopping center, everything here makes a perfect staycation for my family. Will definitely come back again. When I arrived actually the room with bath tub is still not available but I think that it's ok without bath tub than must wait for a few times because I have not much time to wait. When I went inside to the room I already felt satisfied, like the cozy room, comfortable bed and nice sofa, clean bath room and very cool air conditioning. One that maybe need improve is the hot water is not really hot, so it will be much better if you could make it hot. The next morning I had the breakfast, the menus are complete and quick service from omlette maker :-). Nice breakfast indeef. So before check out I still don't want to go and ask for 1 day more extend and the Man on Duty (Mr. Ibrahim) helped me without spending more time. Hmm... wonderful weekend with Novotel stay vacation. Keep up the good service Novotel and team

the only drawback is there is no one at accor special check in line when we arrived at around 13.30 PM the breakfast is good, the pool is great, another suggestion, please provide more toys at the kids club

I was stayed here for 2 nights and that was an amazing experience, first of all thankyou for Rustam for helping me to taking care of my preferences for my room, and checkin proccess was really smooth by Okki. The room was neat, clean, the city view completely made my stay cause it was so beautiful, and completed with greetings card and cake from Farhan it was really made my day and cheer me up! And also the food was very delicious! Thankyou for natha for helping me to finding the hotel at singapore the all of staff is very helpful and really know how to treat their guest specially the above staff i mentioned it. I'll comeback really soon!!!

Nice big room, however saw a rat at breakfast in the restaurant on level 5 running from the scraps/garbage area along the wall. Notified the waiter ( told softly in limited Indonesian i saw a tikus so to not causing a scene ) . Didn’t eat in a relaxed way since. Also we noticed cockroaches under the tables ( they have big legs where insects can easily hide) and on the food bench ( bread area) I think that is clearly substandard for a brand like Novotel. I didn’t tell my wife about the rat because that would have meant another move of hotel and I’m not sure we would get anything better and still affordable. Disappointing.

Please clean up yr breakfast area from cockroaches. Spoke to a staff that did not care about that problem..................................... Stayed there for 11 nights as Platinum guest. Please also clean up the attitudes of your night security guard and your bellboys from asking/hoping for tips over things they should be their job anyway. Especially the male night security guard.

good for overnight stay

Fuss free stay. However, water in room are bottles with caps that can only be opened with bottle cap openers. The bottle cap open in room was made from inferior material that bent and could not be used to open the bottle caps. My colleague's room was worse, there was no bottle cap opener.

Very happy with the newly renovated Executive Deluxe Room. It big and comfortable. Only bad point is the breakfast, not much variety. We stayed for 5 days, breakfast variety is always the same. Need some improvement on this.

Great time to stay while almost the hotels in jkt were full booked due to sudden flood. We just landed from Japan- and knowing that was no access to reach kelapa gading. After searching hotels, we found novotel m2 square. We arrived at the hotel at 12am in morning. With our 4 big luggages, exhausted faces, and I tried to call room service for order food. We ordered 2 nasi goreng kampung. And I requested for chops of chilli for add on the fried rice. Too addict with ind food after japan holidays. And the nasi goreng were real out of our expectation. It was very very very delicious ever. As splashed away our hectic day. The room is also very cozy and comfort. Thank you Novotel
