there were mosquitoes in the room, and at one point a housefly flew into my room, Aircon was not cold enough, the pillows have a smell, the king bed is 2 single beds joined together, the lights in the room have to be switched on and off one by one without any main switches to control them, the fridge is not working, there were only big towels without smaller hand towels, the TV is not a smart TV so I can't watch netflix or YouTube through my phone (this should be a basic requirement for TV now for a 4 star hotel) the saving grace is that the customer service is very pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food prepared is delicious. it's just the room conditions that were bad and I would expect more from a 4 star and relatively prestigious hotel.
