We quarantined at Novotel. With a suite and a deluxe connecting room, there was enough room for the four of us to spread out so the parents ccould get work done and the kids could play. There were five food options for each meal and we could always find something that looked appealing. The only thing I would change is adding microwaves to the suite's dining area.

Did my quarantine here and really enjoyed it. The food is just fantastic and so much than expectation of quarantine food. This is the best option as a quarantine hotel in Jakarta in my opinion and such good value for what you pay for.

The team you have at Novotel Manga Dua over come any of the normal challenges faced as a guest. You can expect things to go wrong however the team make the ordinary day to day experience a pleasure. They also act when they see things are not going to plan. As a longer term guest I am still surprised that so many of the staff know who i am, the room i am in and how long I am staying. There is clearly a high level of positive informal communication in the team. Other hotels could learn from the management of this hotel how they keep the team so highly engaged with guests and motivated.

We were using hotel voucher for deluxe room and we decided to upgrade our room to executive deluxe room. Our children were extremely enthusiast and excited we got bigger room. My husband also had a space for him to work in our room. Moreover, my children loved the swimming pool. All the hotel staffs were nice and friendly. The location also great.

Hotel & rooms facilities are good, various delicious foods at restaurant. Appreciation giving to Ms. Yayu, Ms. Eva, Mr. Yudi & Ibu Lian Irene. I suggest to staff hotel from lobby entrance, housekeeping & restaurant especially Ms. Nila should be more educate to be friendly, polite & appreciate guests hotel. Thanks & keep the best.

Good evening, I would like to share my experience 2 nights stay with Novotel Mangga Dua Square Jakarta. As a Platinum member, I would recommended this four stars hotel for businesses, travellers and staycation holiday. They provide with 5 stars excellent services, especially thanks to Ms. Eva (receptionist), Mr. Lutfi, (restaurant) and Mr. Danny (room service) and others. They were really helpful and satisfaction serviced during my stays. The room also big, get free upgrade to the suite room, the hot top bath also similar like Jacuzzi, working perfectly normal. Definitely will come back again. Thanks once again, good job everyone, appreciated with Smile 😀

Overalls ok fromcheckin until checkout and room Service also fast response and very helpful. Only the bathroom, when I want to go take a bath in the next day. The water very dirty I don't why but the staff just said open all the tab until all the water clear back by it self. It's waste our time for this things more than 1 hours. 😞

the most uncomfortable staycation i’ve ever had

firstly i already checked in online but have to queuing , register and payment for almost 30 mins ( i already paid online but they said its not charged yet ) they didnt inform us before that the hotel was used for isolation for covid 19 ( divided in all floors , why dont just used some floors , its concerned me because of the AC central ) they told us right when we checked in so we didnt have a choice nor anyplace to go. requested for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room ( told me that its been empty for 2 days but the corridors and everytime i opened the door smells so bad ) . Drunk peoples in the next room very noisy in 2-7am and banging the doors so loud that disturbed everyone in the floors but so slow handled . overall im so disappointed

I've been in love with this hotel for a long time now, as they always keep their quality maintained and the staffs are just wonderfully kind. To spend time with family or to do some business stuffs with colleagues, I will be back again and again to this hotel. Even one of my coworker thought that the hotel is a 5-star hotel (they are now still listed as a 4-star). Well, all I can tell is that the quality is already 5-star, but with much cheaper price than any other 4-star hotels. This is a "must-try-hotel" in Jakarta, both for business or leisure.

Overall the hotel is good, but they should improve their service. There are rest staff who are ignorant when we called several times (we didn't know he is on call, but he shouldn't ignore). Requesting a plate from a restaurant took more than 15 minutes. When i asked to check the room for missed items, it took more than 30 minutes. I think they should work faster in serving. 4 star hotel but service like 2 star
