I was quarantined at this hotel, paid upfront, I have my credit card slip as proof, food sucks, I ask for 1 bowl and it took forever to arrive, room is good but the view feels like in a jail. Upon check out, everything smooth and yet still have not received my invoice. I send message to the previous person who handled my on day 1, still not received anything.

We are very satisfied with the excellent services provided by hotel operations manager mr. Erwin and the kitchen chef and staff. The hotel room is very clean and spacious with a new view to the indoor fish pond. I would definitely recommend my friends to book with Novotel MD Jakarta. Thank you.

Staying in a hotel room for 8 days is a great mental challenge. I had a positive swab test from the test I did at the airport which I didn’t believe so I requested the hotel to arrange a new test from a good credible Lab which they did and were very helpful and happy when the test came out negative. The room service and Kitchen staff were so helpful as I am on diet and they tried their best to get my meals based on my requirements. The duty manager was great as he arranged dumbells so I can train in my room.

It was like coming home. The staff were all very warm and friendly. They responded to my requests well and promptly, seemingly able to understand that the self-quarantined guests require a measure of sympathy and help.

The experience was very nice, but I felt a little uncomfortable when I checked out because of the waiting time. The staff was taking too long to serve the guest before me that was checking in. It's nice to do your best to serve the customer, but I think you should remember that you have more than one guest at a time. The other thing, the last time I came here before the pandemic, I got bathrobe in my room but last week I didn't got one. I don't know if the staff just forgot to put it or Novotel just not providing it anymore. Thank you.

It was probably one of the best hotels where to spend the 8 day compulsory quarantine in Jakarta. The suite was quite spacious and clean. Food served was really average. The balcony would have been better with plants. There was a sewage issue in the bathroom. And internet was only working in the entrance. But we had to stay somewhere so I guess there were worse options.

Stayed in this hotel during our 8 days quarantine and overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff (Indah?) was very helpful when helping with my reservation and very accommodating when it comes to several requests that I had. The check in was smooth (they have a separate check in counter for the quarantined quests on the 8th floor) and everything was according to the health protocol. The food was great on some days but on other days, it could have been better. The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I think it was a pleasant stay and overall satisfactory service from the hotel staffs.

Good evening, I would like to share my experience 2 nights stay with Novotel Mangga Dua Square Jakarta. As a Platinum member, I would recommended this four stars hotel for businesses, travellers and staycation holiday. They provide with 5 stars excellent services, especially thanks to Ms. Eva (receptionist), Mr. Lutfi, (restaurant) and Mr. Danny (room service) and others. They were really helpful and satisfaction serviced during my stays. The room also big, get free upgrade to the suite room, the hot top bath also similar like Jacuzzi, working perfectly normal. Definitely will come back again. Thanks once again, good job everyone, appreciated with Smile 😀

Overalls ok fromcheckin until checkout and room Service also fast response and very helpful. Only the bathroom, when I want to go take a bath in the next day. The water very dirty I don't why but the staff just said open all the tab until all the water clear back by it self. It's waste our time for this things more than 1 hours. 😞

firstly i already checked in online but have to queuing , register and payment for almost 30 mins ( i already paid online but they said its not charged yet ) they didnt inform us before that the hotel was used for isolation for covid 19 ( divided in all floors , why dont just used some floors , its concerned me because of the AC central ) they told us right when we checked in so we didnt have a choice nor anyplace to go. requested for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room ( told me that its been empty for 2 days but the corridors and everytime i opened the door smells so bad ) . Drunk peoples in the next room very noisy in 2-7am and banging the doors so loud that disturbed everyone in the floors but so slow handled . overall im so disappointed

I've been in love with this hotel for a long time now, as they always keep their quality maintained and the staffs are just wonderfully kind. To spend time with family or to do some business stuffs with colleagues, I will be back again and again to this hotel. Even one of my coworker thought that the hotel is a 5-star hotel (they are now still listed as a 4-star). Well, all I can tell is that the quality is already 5-star, but with much cheaper price than any other 4-star hotels. This is a "must-try-hotel" in Jakarta, both for business or leisure.

Overall the hotel is good, but they should improve their service. There are rest staff who are ignorant when we called several times (we didn't know he is on call, but he shouldn't ignore). Requesting a plate from a restaurant took more than 15 minutes. When i asked to check the room for missed items, it took more than 30 minutes. I think they should work faster in serving. 4 star hotel but service like 2 star
