This trip is for my husband basketball tournament. We chose this hotel because the location is near to the court. Check in was smooth and I was upgraded because of my ALL Accor membership. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are very good and delicious. Ratih from the guest relations team was very helpful throughout my stay. She kept checking up to see whether I need anything. Thank you for that thoughtful gesture.

I had a very satisfying stay at the Novotel hotel. The swimming pool was amazing and very relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The staff were all kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to the cleaner, Bayu, who was especially helpful and friendly. I truly appreciated the great service and would happily stay here again!
