It was really good, overall ok for bedroom, just really dissappointed with breakfast service. Really not professional service! We order food for breakfast next day in 8.00 am, but until 9.30 am breakfast not come yet, meanwhile we have meeting set in 9.00 am. 4-6 times we tried to ask the receptionist, but just not help. Only said "room service on progress" but the result is 0

Nice to had a bday stay here in jacuzzi suite room. For sure to re-book the room but i still hv an input for the room: The thin slipper was easily broken, i had a suite room experiences as well in another novotel: bandung, semarang, and they provide better thick towel slipper and more complete amenities. Unfortunately my second room was under my expectation, booked for junior suite premier floor but it was way much different as stated on the room description when i chosen on all web display. The only answer i got was the premier floor still closed??? Instead of booking junior suite room, i would prefer to book 2 executive deluxe rooms. 7118 was no different in actual size wise, yet the amenities was the same. So please, only use this room for compliment/free room upgrade, dont provide at room list as more people will be disappointed.

staying here was okay, but there is more to improve, such check-in process and checkout process, it takes more than 20 minutes for check-in, the room also need some improvement, we booked a room for 2 persons but we just found that the room prepared for one person only, from towels, slipper, etc...

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 (two) nights, booked executive suites room (number 7143) with accor-megatix promo voucher. Due to non-refundable voucher policy, I have consulted with reservation team to choose the right booking tarif and determine how much voucher I should purchase. Unfortunatelly I did not notice the name of the staff. One day before check-in, i called the hotel reservation staff again to reconfirm my reservation and to validate my voucher. Surprisingly, they rejected my bookings and forced me to re-book again with more expensive booking tarifs due to Voucher’s regulation. The reservation staffs was lacking many information regarding this voucher, and SADLY the guest should bare the risk resulted through their Under-Knowledge behaviour. I was forced to book again due to voucher’s non-refundable policy and fixed business schedule. Additionaly, many hospitality aspects was lacking despite of COVID-19 situation, such as: lack intuitive of concierge personel to bring in and take out luggage, no bath robes, no dialy mineral water, and water leakage in bathroom rooftop. 3 days after my departures, a duty manager called Mrs Lian called me and intended to reduce my traumatic experiences with this hotel. She offered me free upgrade to Suites room for my next booking with any kind of lowest booking price. I am gladly accepted the offer. Right now I am still waiting for her detailed written statement to avoid further misunderstanding. To other traveller which intended to book this hotel: please be meticulous and careful, especially by choosing the promotional tarifs. This hotel’s reservation staff is not well trained. You should demand written statement to avoid the trauma which I’ve experienced.

Uneducated reservation staffs and poor standard SUITE room

I have booked executive suites with accor megatix promo voucher. previously i have consulted the Reservation staffs. Unfortunatelly i forgot to notice the staff’s name which provide me wrong answer due to my trust with novotel reservation staff’s knowledge. One day before check-in, i had bad feeling. I confirmed again with the hotel staffs. My feeling was right. Surprisingly they rejected my payment because i must select another booking with more expensive nightly price. Because i have already bought the nonrefundable voucher, and already fixed appointment, i am forced to comply with their non-responsible decision. No sign of remorse with reservation staffs, no compensation, just a lousy „sorry“ verbal statement. They just tricked customers with under-knowledge promotion programs. Despite the COVID-19 situation, The SUITE rooms was equipped with poor amenities. No coffee/tea mug, no bath robes, daily mineral water was not applied automatically, water leakage in rooftop of bathroom area, non intuitive concierge (they just silently watch over guest with many luggage without offering help), and many more dissatisfying aspect. Because of fixed business schedule, with additional under-knowledge attitude of the hotel reservation staffs, i was forced to stay in this hotel. You will get low standard „Accor hospitalization“ with this hotel. For the reservation staffs: please study more about your hotel‘s product. Do not let guest teach you about your company’s promo. It is unintelligent and shameful !!!.

I cannot say that I was content with the stay. Though the room was very spacious but the AC in the room was not cool. The quality of some food needs to be improved. The in room dining service must be improved,our experience was,other room's order served to us though we didnt order it. The korean bbq ribs tasted like dendeng,have no idea if the taste was like that or it should taste not like that.

Basically end up to be not good stay. No good communication inside f&b and also with other deparment. At the time of check in, I was told that for the evening coctail there’s limitation of 4 glass of wines and 4 glass of beers (this is first time ever a hotel give limitation for drinks) because I was allow to drink alcoholic drinks only in my room. Then I think if I add 1 glas of wine it will become 1 bottle, so I ask the staff at f&b department, and she asked me to hand the welcome drink voucher. But when I reconfirmed about this, the fo said that according to f&b it’ll be served 1 by 1 (I think you didn’t have enough staff, how can you do it? Why no information from the beginning?). I asked to meet the manager on duty, but the answer the mod was in a break? ( I think mod should be ready 24/7). It took long time until somebody met me. And for the breakfast, I order fried noodle, why I got fried kwetiaw, if your menu means nothing so just infom you will serve anything hotel prepare, no need to give menu that you can’t serve. In mu previous stay I reported about the fried noodle that I got, it’s stale (sour), but the f&b staff asked me how many hours after they serve I ate that fried noodle, and I answered 3 hours, the staff said that I should eat it right at the time they serve it (are you sure? You gave me almost spoiled food, and that’s the answer of 4 star hotel f&b staff. Fyi my room was cold, good food would not spoiled within 3 hours)

Very decent place to stay for family vacation. Too bad the swimming pool & some others facilities was closed due to pandemic situation. The room was spacious & comfortable. The breakfast time was having some queue issues during this pandemic situation. Needed some extra preparation. Overall, we're having nice stay for our stay with accor's novotel mangga dua. I stayed with my family to celebrate our children's birthday. We got a room upgrade at Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square and our children got special treatment by being given a birthday cake. Saskia, one of the Reservation staff personalized our stay with the bathtub requested because I wanted to make my children Happy, even though due to Covid-19 we couldn't use the swimming pool. The atmosphere of the hotel make us comfortable and relax, especially at fish & turtle pool site. The most important thing is the breakfast was excellent.

Stayed here for a birthday staycation with hubby. Check in process easy and fast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, we got the pool view which is amazing (too bad it still close due to the pandemic), the only downside was i ordered room for 2 persons, but only got 1 bath amenity like towel, etc, but thats not a big deal, we could ask for the other one. When breakfast time the hotel made sure we feel safe and secure. We were able to choose whether the breakfast delivered to our room or had breakfast at the restaurant on 5th floor. Overall, its a wonderful stay for me n hubby. Will be back again on October for my birthday staycation.

Finally i got 2 days for stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Hotel with my family. And the hotel look fully book, so many people stay at that moment. Im so sad because the swimming pool are closed for public so my kids are so bored cannot enjoy the pool. And for breakfast the food is good but so many guest in restaurant so takes time to take the food. But overall i fun stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Hotel. Hope next time can stay again in here and the swimming pool area already open for public. Thank you
