As regular customer being with your hotel,l was disappointed with your system,How come l using Agoda booking with your hotel l can get better rate then l show up personally in front of your reception and show myself,And make my booking in front of your staff? The rest Am fine,only this,l think you management should look into this issue.Thank you.

Poor communication but nice pool and room

QF1WORLD Families - TripAdvisor review

Stayed two nights over the weekend. Booked their deluxe suite premier floor with lounge access hoping to get upgraded one category up to their room with the jacuzzi under Gold member benefit. Unfortunately was declined for a reason being that they cannot upgrade member beyond junior suite. So I end up paying extra to try this room. The room is actually smaller than the original room i booked but it has an in-room semi- outdoor jacuzzi. The kids enjoy it very much. The bathroom is nice and good size too, but the original room I booked has better oversized bathroom. Breakfast at the restaurant is average but plenty of choice. The pool and the jacuzzi is what the kids enjoyed most. The premier lounge is quite good with nice atmosphere and not many people. Limited food offering but is a nice place to get comfortable with coffee and tea overlooking the pool area. At checkout I noticed that the guy in front of me who just checked in was briefed about the premier room benefits which incld laundry etc. I am disappointed that the check in lady did not disclose this benefit or any other benefit if any when i checked in. Overall its a pretty good stay for the family
