Overalls ok fromcheckin until checkout and room Service also fast response and very helpful. Only the bathroom, when I want to go take a bath in the next day. The water very dirty I don't why but the staff just said open all the tab until all the water clear back by it self. It's waste our time for this things more than 1 hours. 😞

Late check-in process, 1 hour waiting, the reason is the room is still in the process of renovating, 3.15 pm - 4.30 pm. Then water turns brown due to precipitation

i was stayed for 2 nights at Novotel with my family. The hotel was good but i have a bad experience since the first time arrived. I was check in at 2 pm and no queue only 1 guest before me. But i was told that my room was not available yet and i have to wait for 30-60 mins. I was given a welcome drink voucher to be redeemed. So we went to 5 floor to get the drink and turn out it was only 2 small glasses of tea for my family (2 adults and 2 kids). I thought it was such a ridicuolus things to give. After 1 hour, we still waiting, my 1 year old daughter was already getting cranky because she was sleepy and tired, but the room was not available yet. My husband went to the lobby and asked for the room, but the reception only gave another drink voucher. We were so amazed to be given te voucher again and not redeemed it, two very small glasses of tea wont make us happy anyway. 15 minutes later, tired of waiting i went to reception with my cranky daughter, hoping the staff will get things faster after seeing my kids, but what i got only the staff was told me to wait again. After 15 minutes i was strolling my kids and meet the staff near the pool, he said the room was ready. Finally we can get to the room and rest after 1.5 hours Fortunately, the room was good and spacious,the food is tasty too when we werebhaving breakfast, the Koi ponds were amazing my kids loved it. Overall, the hotel was good, I' d love to stay here again if the check in problem wont happen anymore.

Room absolutely infested with cockroaches of all sizes. One was even in my bed. Room service was a joke. Ordered a simple Indonesian dish of nasi goreng and it arrived as plain, white rice with some vegetables and spicy sauce on the side ! Other food was constantly cold, fruit was off. If you needed anything simple like clean towels or water you would have to request it from reception at least 5 times before getting it. Complaints were met with indifference.

Choose this hotel for a short staycation, one of hotel that still have a nice large bathroom with bathtube. Also it has a big swimming pool and we can find some snack and food easily from the shopping mall.

1. The staffs are friendly and helpful 2. Please provide chair for guests at the accor reception desk 3. I stayed in deluxe room and it was spacious, modern design, and comfortable. It has big screen TV and all channel. 4. Welcome snack for Accorplus Member was astonishing. Thanks for giving me a cake and a jar of chocolate cookies 5. Breakfast was excellent, many variety, and delicious taste. I think, it'll be better if the hotel provides more menu from middle east, western country. 6. Wifi was fast 7. The semi olympic size swimming pool was marvellous.

firstly , they didnt inform me before that this hotel is used as isolation for covid 19 . they informed me just when i checked in . i had to agree with the condition because i have nowhere to go . and the isolation in every floor why not just open a few floors just for covid . its concerned me because you used ac central . secondly , i already checked in online and got the information that my key is ready and i just can go to priority check in . i went to priority check in but i have to fill the paper , payment ( i already paid with CC in Accor App but they said i have to pay at the hotel because i haven’t charged yet ) . thirdly , i request for non smoking room but they gave me smoking room ( but they said that room has been empty for 2 days so dont smell ) and yes the room didnt smell but all the coridors did ! everytime i went out or open the door its so smelly . fourthly , i didnt get any soap or shampoo in my room ( i already complained for it and the house keeping gave it to me , thanks for that ) . and the least , peoples in the next room so noisy! its all started at 2am until morning and me and my family cant get enough sleep at all . already called the security but they didnt stop and in the morning the “ husband “ banging the door like crazy for almost an hour , it woke me and my family up ! already called the reception for handled it but they didnt give the solution i think because he still banging the door. and thats my review , i loved staycation and already stayed in few hotels but this is the most uncomfortable stay ive ever had .

firstly i already checked in online but have to queuing , register and payment for almost 30 mins ( i already paid online but they said its not charged yet ) they didnt inform us before that the hotel was used for isolation for covid 19 ( divided in all floors , why dont just used some floors , its concerned me because of the AC central ) they told us right when we checked in so we didnt have a choice nor anyplace to go. requested for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room ( told me that its been empty for 2 days but the corridors and everytime i opened the door smells so bad ) . Drunk peoples in the next room very noisy in 2-7am and banging the doors so loud that disturbed everyone in the floors but so slow handled . overall im so disappointed

Parking space is too far, and have to go level 5B every time.

First day, we have an excellent room, but the 2nd day, they moved us to different floor because the room was reserved for Some Group/organization. We moved to different floor. Which is NON smoking floor, but we can smell someone is smoking in that floor definitely. We had to complain several times. And also, in this new room, the Hot water is not coming as quick as that first Room. The jug to make hot water is also broken, and there are no soap/shampoo dispenser in the bathroom (it is totally different room than the First Room we had)

The air conditioner at my room did not to cold even i already set to 10 celsius, and the refrigerator not cold at all. Some staff (security) lack of knowledge of their procedure and not helping at all when we bring the heavy bag, or at least offered us to use the trolly to get to our room which is far from parking lot, even though that trolly is available at the entrance of the car park area. When i ask that security guard if i can use the trolly to bring our belonging to our room, he said that i must to go to the lobby first which is on the 1st floor and while the parking lot is on 5th floor just to get information that I can use the trolly that was exactly available or not. Finally I went back and forth bringing our things to the room, little bit exercise. Lol. But overall its a good place, the room and the bath room was clean, the food was good, and have a nice spot to chill, grab a coffee with fish pond in that area

When we arrived the 1st person that we met was Pak Rahman from the concierge. He was very helpful, kind and he helped my husband to move our luggage to the trolley and the most important he realized that we were bringing our 2 children (1 toddler and 6 months old baby). He made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. The young lady ( I forgot the name) in the reception who checked me in was not very friendly, even after the checked-in process was done she didn't even say the magic words such as "have a nice stay" ,etc. I work in a 5 star hotel so I know how to treat the guest professionally and make the guest feel welcome. Room was spacious, we also especially liked the super-comfy bed linens which were very high quality, BUT we actually found 2 cockroaches in our room (1 in the bedroom, 2nd cockroach was in the living room). It was crazy and disgusting to see cockroaches walking on the carpet. As I was make my baby sleep so I didn't want to scream ,because I don't want to make my baby wake up. Sorry I didn't tell directly to the reception team during my stay but I hope this won't happen again to other guest who will stay in the same room. The facilities that I love the most is the fish pond. It's a very good facility especially for children. To Danny I would like to say thank you for your friendliness helping me to make my reservation. Overall it was a good stay. Thank you Pak Rahman and Danny keep up the great work.
