Thank you for the services provided by Novotel mangga dua hotel , which made me enjoyable and comfortable during my stay. I wish to continued progress The location near the mall, reception staff of the Accor members always smile and helpful. There was an event celebrating the 30th anniversary of Accor and I was invited to it. All staff were excellent, The star of the party was Ratio, with her welcoming of the guests, her everlasting smile and excellent at managing the event

Bad Experience Before Check Out

At Sunday morning, the day I planned to check-out, there was an unpleasant experience. At 10 AM, when I had my morning shower, the cleaning service got in to my room without my permission. And the worse is he looked my naked body when he opened room's door. This was unacceptable.

Our event very hectic, but we helped by pak ali, mbak noni, mbak icha, pak rekno and banquet's team. So.. we can through this event very smooth. Sales mbak mutiara, can help us to served very excellent. She can provide all of our requested. For IT, pak fahmi and pak idim can provide the network very well

the service was immaculate, but the food.. not so great, even worse in the premiere lounge, everything was so cold, my breakfast order took so long, every chicken that they served was dry. the room is modern and clean, it such a shame truly. i would like to stay in here again but the food will make me reconsider my decision
