Beautiful room, stunning views. House keeping staff especially Arpana were amazing, very attentive and kind to our son. Japanese and Italian restaurants are outstanding. Staff are fantastic. Impressive facilities and the spa is one of the beat. Would recommend and will be back.

Great location, lovely rooms, mostly staff are great especially Paul in the club lounge, he is a star and showed what great customer service should look like. Front reception staff - dreaded asking anything. They can’t make decisions and have to refer to Manager who ultimately says No to any request. This ranged from charging us for lounge and half board even though we arrived too late to use it and the service had finished. Stern faces await you when you approach the front desk team, maybe because we didn’t book direct and booked through trip advisor/booking.com. Dreaded asking anything. Hidden costs - HB isn’t half board, it’s a small amount of money towards your meals, which we had to book as the buffet was bedlam, noisy and a wait to get seated: restaurants are over priced. We had dinner at Nobu on the beach one evening at Atlantis Royal which was cheaper and much more special. Wouldn’t book again sadly, although we loved the hotel the front reception team completely spoiled the whole experience: Manager needs to be more flexible and allow her team members to have some level of authority. Bar was closed for refurbishment and restaurant options were two. Small print to watch for - service charge an extra 10% when you check out you find out: We’d already tipped all through our visit.

Good food, good service, nice room. Staff in general were good. A few made a point of addressing you by name and making polite conversation. Room and beach staff were good. Only criticism was for restaurant waiters. Head waiter was more interested in clearing tables than taking orders and waiters nearly always forgot to bring milk with coffee.
