We loved our stay at the hotel and felt that the current offer provided excellent value for money. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras, including a cinema experience with popcorn, ice tea, gummies, and marshmallows. The food was also excellent, especially the offer included afternoon tea, snacks and aperitivo so you will never go hungry. We almost had the expansive pool to ourselves at the beginning of our stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. We also enjoyed a massage, and both the spa facilities and service were outstanding. The only area for improvement was the check-in process, which felt a little slow. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend & come back to this the hotel.

Room - absolutely loved it. Just perfect. Welcome - it was alright. I had informed beforehand it was my birthday but all there was a slice of cake, even a happy birthday note would be appreciated but there wasn't anything - a note, some deco, nothing. I felt very underwhelmed, expected a lot better from raffles. Food - le jardin dinner buffet options were wide, but the food was just okay. food at the bluthner hall was awful. taste like cheap microwave food. service at bluthner was terrible too. felt like i was at a streetside restaurant just hoping to get served. front desk didnt even know the name of the italian poolside restaurant which was closed and i only found out after walking there. tv remote was hard to press. overall experience still pleasant because the hotel is stunning, rooms are absolute perfection, amenities are captivating. but the warmth and hospitality were not there. if it wasn't for the ambience and aesthetic of this place, it would have been a 2- or 3-star experience. hospitality and quality of food still make a big part of what would be a 5-star experience. hope there can be improvement.

Service at Le Jardine was horrible, Manish was very arrogant when I explained my frustration. There was no turn down service and every request took longer than expected. Indoor pool was also closed and there was no clear notice at time of booking.
