My stay at the hotel was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff welcomed me warmly and provided helpful information throughout my visit. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. From the moment we arrived at Raffles Palm Hotel, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth. Overlooking the stunning beach, our spacious 70-square-meter room felt more like a chic apartment than a hotel room, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Atlantis and Royal Atlantis Hotel, along with the majestic Burj Khalifa. A heartfelt thank you to Chayan for the impeccable butler service and to Husna at the club room reception, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality that set a wonderful tone for our stay. Business needs? No problem! I had to print and send a few documents via DHL to the UK, and the business services team made the process feel like a breeze. Ezekiel at the concierge was a gem, ensuring our departure was seamless, and the gentlemen at the front door were always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was when I accidentally left my favorite earphones on the beach. The security team went above and beyond to help me recover them the very next morning—such thoughtful service! And let’s talk about in-room dining, it was truly second to none. Our terrace was beautifully laid out with flowers, complimentary wine, and cake, creating an unforgettable dining experience. To top it all off, as we celebrated our anniversary, we were greeted with a bed adorned in rose petals, with a sweet message wishing us a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. On another occasion during our 11-night stay, the hotel surprised us with cake, wine, and balloons to celebrate our anniversary again, making us feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Chayan, Husna, Ezekiel, and all the wonderful team members who made this memorable experience possible. We can't wait to return! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
