Very bad experience! When force majeure occurs - you guys turn away from clients problems!!! Stay was ugly - not heating water in the pool (you stopped doing it thus saving money), closing the restaurants, not giving proper indoor service. Very very very bad!!! War is not the reason to turn your back to the client! Shame on you!!!
