It was a google experience there except for the last part that my phone charger cord was stolen from my car.

- During check-in, we spent 2 hours waiting for our turn to check in, which was very inconvenient with a 6 months old baby. - same day, during dinner, I waited 15 min to make a payment of a bill - second day, no spot on the pool and when we asked the staff we were clearly told « it is not our business to help you find a spot » with this clear wording. - same day on the dinner, my wife got bitten by a cockroach under the view of the staff and manager of the restaurant, we were told « how can we help !!!!! » same feedback from the receptionist who said this is a restaurant problem. - last day, I have requested for a short late check-out to accommodate my 6 months old son lunch, I was told « NO, WE CAN NOT » considering all the above and specially our check-in adventure, it was fair to accommodate a 5 stars guest with this small request, with the note that I have been visiting all 5+ stars hotels in the region for the last 7 years and I was never rejected in this small request (from zaabeel satay to taj exotica passing by Sofitel, royal Atlantis and W) never ever. I would never go again to That hotel unless a drastic change happens. Overall my experience was one of the worse if not the worst experience I’ve had
