This was our second time at Raffles and we were just as impressed as the first time. The Christmas decorations were breathtaking. Absolutely clean and family-friendly hotel! The room was top - mega friendly especially the housekeeping team, Satkiran took good care of us here - and we had a beautiful view of the skyline. Also the food / pool service was top! Food at the pool as well as in the restaurant awesome! Gladly again :)

Had a lovely stay here! Breakfast is amazing and top notch. Waiters are skilled and ensure everything is excellent during your meal. Particularly Mr. Sougata, he was friendly and patient with us and made our stay very welcoming. Would definitely come back again!

Had afternoon tea at Raffles, the food and unlimited drinks were great. Sitting on the terrace gave us a great view of the beach and christmas tree. The service was also excellent, especially from Shimray, she was very kind to us. Would highly recommend!

Raffles offers everything we need for a satisfying holiday. The staff have exemplary manners and are extremely polite, this is for all staff including the pool staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner waiters, cleaners, reception, everyone I came into contact with, nothing was too much trouble. It is a beautiful hotel and kept very clean. The Christmas night was amazing and so much fun, very well organised and really made our holiday. The Christmas decorations are so beautifully done, especially the Christmas tree by the pool. We had a very relaxing holiday with lovely food and a nice selection of drinks, a perfect location next to the sea with a fantastic pool that never seems to look crowded as so big. I felt very safe and happy at Raffles and would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay.
