Every single interaction made us feel like royalty: Gerard (Chef from Syria): His culinary mastery and genuine passion shone through every dish. Having a chef take such pride and care in personalizing our dining experience made every meal feel bespoke and extraordinary. Regina (Nepal – Daily Floor Waitress): Our mornings were brightened each day by Regina’s radiant smile, proactive attentiveness, and graceful hospitality. She remembered our preferences seamlessly and ensured breakfast was always a highlight. Ragi (Dinner Waiter): Looking like a real-life Clark Kent / Superman, Ragi brought unmatched charm, poise, and sharp professionalism to our evenings. His impeccable table service and warmth made dinner a delight. Geselle (Restaurant Receptionist): The perfect first impression—warm, poised, and exceptionally organized. She always greeted us by name and made us feel genuinely valued from the second we walked in. Nome (Concierge): Incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Nome handled our requests with effortless sophistication and made navigating our time in Dubai completely seamless. Daniee (Front Door & Valet Team): The fantastic, always-happy Daniee greeted us with infectious energy every time we returned to the hotel. From arranging our drivers and cars without a hitch to offering a warm welcome at the doors, he set the tone for luxury service. Biunocofty (Security Team): Quietly vigilant, polite, and reassuring. Thanks to Biunocofty, we felt completely safe, comfortable, and well-looked-after throughout our entire stay. Between the palatial surroundings, the serene beachfront sunsets, and—above all—this stellar ensemble of hospitality professionals, Raffles The Palm delivered one of the most memorable weeks of our lives. This stay was very special for us since it was our son’s 1st birthday and my wife’s birthday the same week. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly, particularly the bell boys and restaurant staff. The staff around the pool a besch were also excellent. The staff at reception I would say were not as warm as the others. Check in was okay. There was a bit of confusion around our booking and the birthday, also it would be helpful to be given a piece of paper giving all of our benefits during our stay, we were told them very quickly and it would be helpful to be given something. We are platinum Accor members and used our suite night upgrades. When we checked in we were told we were upgraded again 2 more levels to room 242 which sounded great however once we were settled we realised the room was not great positioning wise. It was on a corner and when we sat on our terrace we experienced construction noise, our view was also compromised and I feel this upgrade sounded better than it actually was in reality. Another issue was our proximity from the lifts, we have a baby and being right at the end of the property was not the easiest. 3X our card stopped working and my wife had to wait at the door whilst I went all the way to reception and back to get it working again, this wasn’t ideal with the baby and was frustrating. There are no phones in the corridor to call down either. I also want to mention that on Friday night we were putting the baby to sleep and our room was on do not disturb and housekeeping rang the doorbell and the phone to see if we had any plates that needed collecting which we did not, so I think they rang the wrong room but should have checked that it was on do not disturb as it woke up our baby. Upon check out I had to call twice to get the luggage collected too, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come. As mentioned we did enjoy our stay however I feel it’s only right to mention these hiccups since you are a 5 star property and I hope it can help you improve for the future.

The hotel, it's setting and staff upheld the Raffles reputation of excellence. We could not note any fault in our stay other than it was too short.

My 9 year old daughter is celiac. The way the team went out of their way to cater to us was heart warming. Jijesh was on top of the game. He kept checking what my daughter wanted to eat. So did Manish. And Sabi. Thanks to them, we had a good time. It was also my elder daughter’s 14th bday.

The experience was wonderful, and everyone was very kind, friendly, and professional. I really appreciated the excellent service and the lovely way I was treated. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!

What a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived staff went over and above to ensure our stay was amazing. On particular staff member on the concierge desk Nuz went out of her way to find me a charger for my phone.. she rang the supermarket and had one delivered within 10 minutes, thank you Nuz you are a credit to the staff at Raffles. Our romm was beautiful, very well decorated and spotless. Couldn't fault it at all. The whole experience waa out of this world

Our stay was so pleasant I loved the LG rooms with direct access to the garden and pool This made it so convenient for me and my daughters as we could easily go back to the room and come back to the pool. The pool itself was very pleasant and clean Services was super fast and efficient However the only comment I have is that the dinner buffet was limited however the quality was good Breakfast was much better. Food by the pool was so good and arrived piping hot ! The reception team was very helpful especially Hosna … Will go again soon! The Raffles is now on top of our list !

Whilst we had a lovely short stay it wasn’t quite the Raffles experience we were expecting(SIN). The online booking was easy, but the open plan reception and check-in was a little less satisfactory. Not enough staff on duty(we had a long wait), no privacy and we had two other sets of people openly push in front of us in full view of check-in staff who said absolutely nothing and proceeded to serve them anyway. The room was large, comfortable, eateries extremely limited and the Italian incredibly expensive for what it was(basic and non-atmospheric). The buffet was mediocre. Essentially other than the pool in the daytime there is nothing much to do in the evening and we were advised by the staff to avoid the “Russian” on site bar due to the clientele(hookers and alike !). The pool area was nice, fantastic staff however both the pool bar and swim-up bar are a disgrace looking rather shabby, no real theme or decor with nil atmosphere. We felt embarrassed for the staff at these outlets. The hotel decor is interesting and we did rather like it. Would we come back or recommend it ? Honestly not I’m afraid. As a comparison The One and Only is a far better experience at this high end quality of hotel.

A Beautiful Stay with Exceptional Service The room was absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had a stunning view. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations, and the overall room experience was amazing. However, the check-in experience was a little disappointing, as the staff member took some time over the name verification. I have booked through Booking.com many times before and have never experienced this issue. I also found it disappointing that there were no discounts offered on the hotel’s dining options. On a much more positive note, the service was excellent overall. A special thank you to Aizat at the reception during check-out, who was exceptionally kind, understanding, and helpful. She generously offered us a late check-out, and her warm attitude, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly made a difference to our stay. The room, the breathtaking view, and the outstanding service made the experience memorable. Aizat deserves special recognition for her wonderful hospitality!

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I really appreciated their excellent service and willingness to assist with my requests. We booked our multi location holiday through Kuoni and this hotel was chosen as the last stop of 4 nights due to the beautiful pictures and facilities described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although first impressions weren’t great. The concierge/bell boys welcome was fantastic, however after being sent to reception for booking in we were disappointed as the guy we were seated with was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge us for several minutes. There was no warm welcome or even a drink offered and the process was very matter of fact. I asked if we had a nice room (40th wedding anniversary holiday) and was told ‘madam all our rooms are nice rooms’ It was late around midnight and we were very tired. After being shown to our first floor room we found it to be at the front of the hotel above the hotel main entrance and main road so we asked to change. My husband was told we should check at 5pm next day (not ideal as it was a short stay as a follow on from Mauritius before flying home ) so after my husband’s insistence we were offered another room that night. This room was overlooking the pool and the luggage guy was great moving our cases, but obviously this added an extra hour before we could go to bed. The only other point for feedback is evening dinner on Saturday night we were surprised to see multiple other guests dressed in football shirts, shorts and flip flops and sports sliders. Surprised there is no dress code for such an elegant hotel! We did have a lovely stay, the hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, staff very friendly with great service and food fabulous (lunch time main restaurant outstanding). Easy to get a sun lounger by the pool or beach even on a weekend when it’s seems doubly busy. Not much to do at the hotel in the evening.

What an absolutely incredible experience at Raffles The Palm Dubai! We stayed on Saturday night to celebrate my partner’s birthday and spent Sunday enjoying the hotel too. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff were simply incredible. From the warm welcome and assistance with our luggage to the seamless check-in, we immediately felt like we were somewhere special. We were then surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake waiting in our room for my partner. Such thoughtful touches that really made the occasion feel extra special. That evening, we dined at Piatti, which was absolutely fantastic. The food, atmosphere and service were outstanding. The staff even put on a wonderful birthday celebration for my partner, which was such a lovely surprise. The following day, we were kindly offered a late checkout as we had afternoon tea booked at BLÜTHNER Hall. What an experience that was! Everything was beautifully presented and the service was impeccable. Once again, the staff went above and beyond with another birthday celebration, made even more special when the pianist played Happy Birthday for my partner. A moment we will never forget. In just 24 hours, Raffles managed to create memories that will genuinely last us a lifetime. The hotel itself is breathtaking, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. The hotel, the food, the atmosphere and above all, the level of service exceeded every expectation we had. We only wish we could afford to stay more often! Haha. A huge thank you to everyone at Raffles The Palm for making such an important occasion so unforgettable. You really are a credit to the hospitality industry. Without question, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to return!

Everything was perfect. Our room, the service, the beautiful pool and beach, the breakfast.

Some findings which you may want to look into : 1. Broken furniture at the reception for guests. I showed it to staff and it was still there when I checked out. 2. Breakfast spread was good but lacked quality. Fruits cut were not sweet, a bad omelette served, cold croissants etc 3. Butler service could not get the valet car on time despite giving 15 minutes notice prior coming down. Happened 2 times. 4. USB ports at the writing desk dont work. 5. Overall staff are courteous but property looks tired
