"5/5 STARS! Raffles on the Palm Dubai is absolute luxury with stunning views, impeccable service, and rooms that scream opulence. The pool was big and the outside looked very festive with a large Christmas tree. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were available 24hrs. A special thank you goes to Natsu and Gurpreet Singh. Natsu made sure that she did all our bookings and had everything we needed. Gurpreet was always there to help.

We chose to celebrate our 7th anniversary at the Raffles Palm along with our infant daughter; and loved our stay from the start to end. We opted for club access palm view room which had rhe most amazing views of the dubai skyline inc the burj al arab, atlantis hotels, marina and the palm. The room was super spacious and royal. It beats any other room at the palm hands down (maybe barring the royal which is 2x+ price). Amenities are top notch from 2 pools, private beach, multiple restaurants and more. Service is beyond excellent from private butlers to super accommodating staff who make you feel welcome and respected always. Tip: go for the club upgrade to get better rooms, afternoon tea, aperitivo hour and the club lounge access! We felt that the hotel could improve vegetarian food options across dinner buffet and matagi restaurant. Spl mention to Jerry, Ezekiel and sherrif for their service throughout our stay!

We had such an enjoyable time at Raffles festive afternoon tea. Faith served us, she was so pleasant and kind to the kids. She was also so informed and attentive with service. The atmosphere was perfect for us, calm with classic festive music, no hustle and bustle and plenty of relaxing. The food was so tasty and fresh. We’ll definitely be back.
