Amazing stay at Raffles the Palm, where the whole team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The service offered throughout is first class and a special mention to Husna in the Raffles Club for being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Isuru, our butler, also offered exceptional service and responded to our every need; he was always really responsive to requests and also made time to chat to us over breakfast each morning. The hotel is finished to a high standard and the room/suite was spacious and immaculate. The pool, beach and restaurants were also great and can’t wait to go back.

Me & my family had an amazing stay at Raffles the palm. This my third visit to Dubai & first time we experienced Raffles’s luxury. Thanks to entire team but Special mention to Chayan the butler who made our stay comfortable & memorable. Enjoyed dinner at Piatti by the beach, food was delicious. Looking forward to visit again soon.

The Raffles hotel is quality from the start of our holiday to the end all the staff are excellent from Daniel Muthui in the lobby who always makes you feel at home, in the house keeping there was Saikiran who looked after our room making sure everything was perfect on the beach all the staff where excellent including Kerman who would come round every day to clean our sunglasses. The dining experience was amazing the variety of dishes was wonderful We are looking to book next year as this has been the best hotel we have been in in the last 10 years on going to Dubia.

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles, enjoying excellent surroundings, food and service throughout. Our butler Isuru was amazing with nothing too much trouble. He was always on hand and willing to help with utmost professionalism. Staff throughout the hotel are helpful and greet you with a smile and courtesy. Staff in the club lounge were also exceptional. Paul was particularly attentive and always had a smile. We have only been back home a few days and already planning our return visit.

It’s been an amazing weekend for us all and we enjoyed every second of every day!!
