I’m not satisfied at all, it was a horrible stay .. I was stay with my family in premium 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights , there was an issue with the a/c since we enter the room .. I call them .. the engineer come to fix it but again after hours it become hot , we can’t sleep well and just wait the other day to hangout and forget what that night .. I inform the reception again about the issue on the next day .. they told me they will bring a portable A/C .. I agree .. then they told me there is no availability !! .. it was a really bad experience & vacation.. I respect Rixos hotels that’s why I don’t want the feedback to be on platforms and remain private.. thank U
