Initially booked for 2 nights and after encountering such bad experience i decided only for 1 night. There was no accor guest relation staff at any time during my stay , i was not addressed or noticed at any time for my diamond status, on the contrary even during check in i was not offered any room upgrade , only after i reminded them about my status previlage they gave me one room category higher. I was really surprised about this specially these days the hotel was very reduced guest numbers owing to the current situation in the middle east so instead of showing at least some appreciation that i am supporting the hotel revenue in such period instead i was ignored at all even to notice to provide my status previlage. Even the welcome amenity that i should get it in my room was not given. The roomi checked in had an area of wet carpet. Additionally i have added in my booking 2 dinner in Turquoise restaurant while on arrival i was also disappointed to be informed that turqoise restaurant is not openned for dinner anymore. Also the breakfast buffet was so limited as compared to regular buffet which i already tried before during previous stays. All this made me decided to comtinue my second night and it was enough to me to stay one night.

Not professional staff, level of service not even close to Marriott or Hilton JBR and Palm hotels, not talking about premium ones. Front desk not welcoming at all. Half board is based on the room service menu which is not even printed. Hey, guys, you are not a 3-star hotel.
