Dear Management of Rixos Premium JBR, My name is Vadim R.. My family and I stayed at your hotel from 24.2 to 2.3 in room 2211. Due to the cancellation of our flight caused by military events, we were unable to leave the UAE as planned. These circumstances were beyond our control. On 2.3 at 17:00, after multiple discussions, the Duty Manager informed us that unless we paid immediately for further accommodation, we would be required to leave the hotel. We explained that public instructions had been issued stating that hotels should not evict guests affected by flight cancellations and emergency circumstances. However, this information was disregarded. As a result, my wife, our minor child, and I were forced to leave the hotel without assistance or temporary accommodation. I request: 1. A formal written explanation of the hotel’s actions. 2. Clarification of the authority under which the Duty Manager made this decision. 3. Confirmation whether this action aligns with Dubai tourism regulations. 4. Information regarding compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. I expect a prompt and serious response. Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are well. I was your guest and checked out of your hotel one day ago. Due to the bad and unexpected situation in Dubai, I was unfortunately unable to enjoy my trip. Although we stayed for two nights and paid in full, we had to sleep in the parking area all night and could not use the hotel facilities, including breakfast, the swimming pool, or other services. Because of the situation, our entire stay was affected, and we were unable to enjoy the experience we had planned. Currently, we are outside and unsure what to do next. As the Dubai government is not covering our accommodation, I would like to kindly ask if you could assist us. It would mean a lot if you could offer us complimentary accommodation for a few days until the situation becomes clearer. Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to your reply.
