A great location but poolside was very loud all day with music and evening music from neighbouring hotels were an unpleasant surprise. Evening complimentary meal was appreciated.

I had overall positive staying with some exceptions: 1. The room could benefit from some maintenance, especially the stains on the carpet. 2. The service at Godiva cafe was very slow and also impolite like chasing me after I paid and requesting to pay... 3. Check-in experience took more time than usual and also I purchased one extra day to have an early check-in, but it took lady some time to figure it out. Other than that, everything was great - room cleaning, comfort of the room and the breakfast were great.

During our 3-day stay, we were unable to have breakfast. Every day from 10 a.m. onwards, there was a queue at the door. It was the first time in my life that I encountered such a line, 1000 AED (292 us dollar)deposit was charged to my credit card, but it has not been refunded for 20 days. When will it be refunded
