I was trying a beachfront hotel at JBR, i knew hilton building older versus Rixos, i trusted Rixos brand so booked the hotel as its member of All Accor (which also Accor new to me as iam IHG long years member), i was surprised badly by poor welcoming and bath quality and room electrical charging limited options for a relatively new building). Receiptionist were very few 1 at best serving long queue, not recognize my gold membership, not sure this is Rixos standard of seevice.
