ibis Styles Paris Place d'Italie Butte aux Cailles Hotel 3 stars

Well located, charming place of the city, 5 stars staff , nice price, perfect !

Our five night stay at the Ibis Styles Place d’Italie Butte-aux-Cailles was amazing! The hotel itself was so nicely located on a quiet street close to Métro station Corvisart and just minutes from rue Butte-aux-Cailles with its numerous cafés and restaurants. The daily breakfast was plentiful (loved the fresh orange juice machine) and well scheduled with a set time to prevent over crowding. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of daily service, unlike most hotels in the US. The front desk staff, including Nordine, who checked us in, and Claire, who was impressed when my husband asked to borrow a corkscrew by its French name, were very friendly and helpful. We mentioned that we were so happy to be able to finally come back to France to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary, which resulted in the most incredible kindness-a congratulatory note left on our bed plus the gift of a beautiful cake from the corner bakery and a bottle of Badoit! We were very grateful and will definitely return to this wonderful hotel the next time we need lodging in Paris.

The service provided y the staff were exceptionally good. Especially by the front desk staff Ms.Claire. She had allocated us a nice room and on knowing it was my wife's birthday, she had given us a beautiful gift too. The rooms were big and spacious with a good view too. The bed was really comfortable and the food was good too. Not a big spread but the fresh orange juice is definitly worth the money. We were able to turn off the AC and leave the windows open for fresh air and especially helpful during the Covid pandemic. The AC would just circulate the same air but in this case the windows were really helpful. Very clean and 5 mins walking distance from the metro station. There are so many nice bars around and a good bakery down the road. Thank you to the rest of the team: Zahir, Nordine, Macire, Adelina, Youssef, Jonathan. Bottom Line: Ibis standards (budget) , good location, clean, exceptionally good staff!

1. The hotel itself is fine, just the French doesn't like to talk to Asian, quite impolite. >0< 2. The room itself is spacious, but very weird that the bed is just next to the door, should move to the window. >0< 3. Location.....from the website and map, didn't show it is up on a little slope, if no car transfer, need to lift the luggage a bit. 4. Asked the staff whether there is a short cut to get to airport, the answer was "to get a taxi, if traffic is fine, the fare will be around Euro 60." Guess they should have given me a better solution as everyone knows taxi is the last resort.

Overall a very nice experience. All employees are in the service of the visitors, it seems like it is the culture of Ibis. This is true from the manager, the reception desk, the cleaning team...all smile

Nice and clean hotel in a very nice area. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Spacious clean rooms. Many restaurants very close-by, lots of different cuisines. Pretty easy to park in the area. Breakfast buffet offers enough variety. Will be back!

Nice staff with service minded attitude. The rooms are a little basic but very clean and has a comfy bed. Hot water is readily available in reception. Ac is not strong. The other side of Place d'Italie is better.

I like very much this hotel, that is in a quiet location of Paris. The hall is very nice with a soccer table and games for kids. Breakfast is good with very delicious croissants and fresh orange juice (but no bacon and eggs). Rooms are clean, but a little hot for my liking (I don't want to swith on the air conditioning in April.

A 1 night business stay in Paris. Staff and service, quality from the off, cannot be faulted. I checked into my room however, to be greeted with a room that hadn't yet been turned around from the previous guest. In fact, they were still checked in! Food in the morning, mediocre. Location for my meeting was good, but otherwise not in a fantastic area (currently under local regeneration by the look of it). Sleep was awful as room was far too hot, uncomfortable and noisy! Probably won't stay again when back in Paris.

Together with my wife we have stayed for 3 days in the hotel. Very helpful and supportive personal on the reception. It's excellent that close to reception small cakes and coffee tea opportunity for free. Hotel has a partners for parking which is 3 min walk from the hotel. Rooms are nice and like the style of it. Close to the hotel the metro station (4 min walk) and goes directly to the to Eiffel tower (direct line, 20 min). Around the hotel 3 shops where you can buy food (also 5 min walk to each). So we really recommend this hotel and really deserves the rate 5. It goes for sure to the favorite hotels in Paris and will return there for sure.

The hotel is easily accessible by the metro station Corvisarts line 6 and walkable distance from the place d’italie, the staff are wonderful and helpful, the breakfast is great for this type of hotel, I noticed a couple arrived early morning and the receptionist had received them proposed to them to keep their luggage as the room of course was not yet ready and she offer them a free breakfast which was highly appreciated, the room was very clean, I had a problem of heating which had been solved immediately immediately once I raised to the receptionist Generally it was a great experience

Close to Corvisart metro station. We had a wonderful 5 day stay. The room was comfortable and breakfasts full of choice. There was plenty to visit close to the hotel with the staff being helpful in directing us to the best way of getting there. We hope to book the hotel next time we visit Paris.
