Me and my friends stayed there for the weekend. The room was alright, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. One night, we had a big bug in our room. Thankfully, the woman from the reception was super friendly and tried to help us. The staff was very polite in general. However, they let us check in without showing my ID, which I thought was odd. The location is pretty good, close to restaurants and the metro.

It was great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of choices. The hotel staff is very helpful and gentle. They all certainly deserve a raise!!! The room was nice. It is high time you provided safe boxes in the rooms as it is common now in all three star hotels. Improvements should be done in repairing minor deficiencies in walls, carpets and common spaces. You should change immediately all the towels. They are old!! I would stay here again for sure!!

Good parking, and friendly staff. In one room it was very very hot, and the window could not be opend. The man at the desk was new and also had no solution.

The hotel was well located. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was as expected, except there was paint peeling off the walls.
