Firstly all the staff were excellent. The bedroom however was not up to standard. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I could feel the mattress springs on my back. The pillows were synthetic and uncomfortable. There was no drinking water in the room and no refillable water bottle. No glasses either, just small paper cups,
