Good location but not well maintained

Good location, good staff BUT hotel itself is in old building. Not so well maintained. Many things not functioned well; hairdryer not working, water pot lid broken, bad smell from pipe sometimes

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great location, near the metro and shopping. But the hotel room itself had a persistent bad smell.
