A two night stay for a funeral ( therefore stressful) was rendered pleasant by your very good hotel. In particular, the reception staff who could not do more to help us. A special mention of the night receptionist - she really went out of her way especially at 6.45 when we left and our Uber car had not arrived. It was very cold but she put her coat on and came out to us on the street to discuss alternatives and reassure us that he would arrive - which he did!
