Location great, so easy to get around Paris. Staff all fabulous, breakfast adequate. Free water available 24/7. My room 605 was extremely spacious, huge comfortable bed, very quiet with the most amazing views. Would love to give 10/10 but a few things were not so good. The room was in need of maintenance, scuffed paintwork but the main issue was some of the window pains were blown/had condensation, which seriously detracted from the view. Considering I paid extra for this I was disappointed. Towels could be larger and better quality, toilet paper very cheap.

The condensation you experienced was unfortunately caused by an exceptional temperature difference during this past week in Paris, with unusually low outdoor temperatures, which can temporarily impact window insulation despite regular maintenance. That being said, we fully understand how frustrating this must have been. We also take note of your comments regarding towels and toilet paper, which have been shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us identify areas where we must do better. Very friendly staff members. Especially like the water fountains. My room on the 1st floor was very comfortable and somewhat noisy,because of its location by the elevator. The room temperature was perfect.

The hotel location is convenient , close to the metro , a large department store and many Asian restaurants. The room was tidy, comfy and soundproof which is important because the hotel is just right by the main street. The front staffs and housekeeping are polite and helpful. I surely come back again.
