Unfortunately, the dining room was being rebuilt and so no breakfast available (unless you wanted a tray bringing to your room) this was a disappointment, but the work should be finished early next year.

At Ibis Budget, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Please be sur that the renovated works are for good reasons, the breakfast area will be more spacious than before and all the rooms will be more confortable with more plugs, an individual air conditionning system, a bigger TV and new matress. For the moment we do our maximum to propose a little breakfast service to our customer. Very friendly service, all functions work, all is clean. At the moment the rich breakfasr-buffet is not available because of renovation-works. But very soon it will be as good as we have had it in previous visits. Götz R. W.

each time key card wouldn't work we had to return to reception and repeatedly wait until staff had served other customers

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review of our hotel! We are sorry about the problem you had with the key card for the room. Unfortunately, the locks have 15 years old and we had more problems now than before. But, this year the hotel is renovated and all the locks system for the rooms will be changed and we hope that everything will be alright after that. Sincerely, Julie
