This hotel is making savings on behalf of customers comfort and basic rights. Hidden administrative fees of 7€ per day per person, additional TVA calculated on these hidden fees. Quite cold in the rooms and staff is trained to refuse customer requests to heat; after calling the travel agency the temperature was temporarily increased for few hours, then back to lower. Agency could negotiate an extra cover but spent few hours to obtain. Wi-fi not working and staff did not provide the network name and password for 1 out of 3 days and no reimbursement or any compensation for lack of agreed service. Unprofessional staff 3 out of 4. Very thankful to the only one helpful and friendly person at the reception. Could hardly sleep the first night due to some generator noise outside. Hairdryer stopped working every 30 second for few minutes as part of the hotel policy to save energy (on behalf of the customers' comfort). Dust in the room and the bathroom, as well as some rubbish in the corridors. The bottles for water not cleaned between the different cusomers, with plenty of condensation and limescale, water fountain making strange noise. Some finish or fixing works needed in the kitchen and bathroom to fill in the holes and fix damages surfaces. The cheap hair&body washing luquid in the bathroom could cause allergy, better to use your own if you have sensitive skin. Very limited quantity of tea / coffee upon arrival, less than one per day, no additional tea or coffee provided and no milk available. Staff insisted I should take breakfast for an extra fee of 18€ per person per day, but opted out to compensate for the extra hidden fees.

The room was well laid out and I was provided with everything I needed. There was some noise from the corridor but that can't be helped. The location was also fantastic - only 10 minutes walk to the Montrouge metro (20 minutes into the centre) and otherwise the 68 bus which goes all the way from the Moulin Rouge through the centre to a bus stop 2 minutes walk away! Plus - the staff were super lovely and spoke my language which I was thankful for when my basic French failed me!
