On my 5-day stay at this hotel, most the hotel staff were unwelcoming (most of them didn’t even say hello or morning to me everyday I walked passed them to go in and out of hotel but just glanced at me indifferently), but the girl helping me to check in was nice and on the last day of my stay, Aynan provided superior customer services by helping me to reheat the takeaway food before I headed to airport, offered me a cup for the free coffee and guided me the way to the airport. Thank you Aynan! Overall I will still rate this hotel highly as the hotel room is large and clean with all facilities, utensils and cutlery for me to cook my breakfast and sometimes dinner conveniently. With about 12 min walk to Metro, I think on balance the stay at this hotel was value for money and gave me a very pleasant experience.

The reception staff was very nice and kind. The room was so clean like new and even coffee pot was shine as new! Very impressive! If I have to come paris again, I will definitely use this hotel again!
