Original allocated "balcony" room view looked into other apartments so requested a different room. The newly allocated room which was supposed to be a balcony room according to the receptionist which costs more turned out NOT to be. Air conditioning didnt work properly. 1 electrical socket was loose and had loose electrical wires. Day 2.. 1 of the lifts was out of order and remained so for the rest of my stay. 2 days there were water leaks in the Reception area being collected with buckets. Not a great stay all in all especially with the overcharge which was supposed to be remedied but has not been as yet.

Location is covered well by public transportation. Rooms are not outdated and on par with 4 star hotel expectations. Shower splash divider and shower tiles definitely need some rework. Splash guard was not able to prevent water from hitting the floor. And multiple tiles are broken or recess from its original location.

The online photos are completely misleading—our room was old, dark, small, and dirty. We booked an apartment for a family of 4, but only one bed was made upon arrival. When we asked about it, we were told housekeeping wasn't available and the manager insisted we make our own beds! Thankfully, the receptionist was kind enough to come up and help us herself. Breakfast was extremely basic with almost no options and undercooked eggs. Definitely not 4-star standard.

We liked the room, and the direct view to the Eiffel. Wife was extremely satisfied with the free, good taste coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In the room we as family of four miss one more cabinet with shelfs for clothes.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Daily housekeeping was not included, and this was not clearly stated at the time of booking. This is typically a standard inclusion, so clearer communication would have been helpful. We reported a persistent foul smell in the toilet, but unfortunately, no action was taken to resolve the issue during our stay. Cleanliness was also a concern, with spider webs in the kitchen and noticeable dust and litter on the balcony, including leftover yogurt pots. The bedroom was extremely cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The layout was impractical, as the toilet door could not be opened unless the bathroom door was fully closed. Additionally, the kitchen lacked basic amenities such as an oven. Given our daughter’s dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy, and egg-free), this was particularly challenging, and we had to request access to the breakfast area oven to prepare her birthday cake. We had specifically requested enhanced cleaning, along with thoroughly cleaned utensils, bedding, and linen due to our daughter’s allergies. While we were assured this would be accommodated, the actual condition did not meet those expectations. On a positive note, the location is convenient, with easy access to the city via Metro Line 4. However, beyond this, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Apartment was clean and well-appointed. Loved sitting in the balcony watching the world go by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Train station conveniently located (10-min walk). Appreciated the water spout to refill the provided carafe for the room, as well as our personal water bottles. Would stay there again!

The hotel is in a good location. However, the room was too warm to sleep comfortably.

The hotel had good security and maintained a high level of cleanliness. The staff were very nice and caring. The best part was that when I had to travel to a different client office, the hotel securely stored my luggage in the locker room for a few days at no extra charge, even after checkout. They had also changed my room as per my single request.
