Nicolas and his team are fantastic hosts and go to the last detail to make your stay enjoyable. I have traveled to this hotel numerous times for business and their friendliness makes it feel like a second home, which is possibly the most important thing in a business hotel. Book a room there and trust me toi won’t regret it!

A good chunk of an hotel experience is the staff. Being away from home for several days is something that can weight on you over time and being welcomed in a hotel with friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about your well-being and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable is definitely a highly valued Element in the choice of an hotel. Coming (back) to this mercure almost makes up for the difficulty of being away from home. :-)

Hotel is nicely decorated and comfortable. What makes the difference are the little things that the staff have put in place to make the stay extra special. It is such a great pleasure to be greeted at the arrival and departure with large smiles and friendly conversations. A restaurant chain in the US had the tag line “when you’re here, you’re family”, well, this hotel could surely use this exact tag line.

Always a pleasure to stay at Nicolas and his team’s hotel. Very welcoming and the quality of service is impeccable. Rooms are small but that’s enough for a relatively short term stay. Breakfast in the room is copiions and good.

Hotel is OK, no major problem about it, but it's very noisy from door to door and people tend to make a lot of noise at night in those room at least the weekend.

I arrived late in the evening and was put in a converted shed at the end of the garden. Flat roof with rain pounding down. Got wet going to it and to and form a very average breakfast. Location okay and I suppose by Paris standards not a total rip off.

I booked and paid more for a privilege room with balcony. The room did not have a balcony but when i explained i was told no more rooms - why book online with poor data then. Stayed put, but then shower had no door so flooded entire bathroom. Ordered room service and food was poor.

Votre réservation : DRZBBGGJ ======================== I am staying at Hôtel Mercure Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions du samedi 15/10/2016 au jeudi 20/10/2016 I have arrived today evening to the hotel and been schoked to see my room 68. I may tell you IBIS Hotels’ rooms are much better. First and foremost was disappointed to nitice my gold card expired on 6/2016 and was renewed whereas you keep regularly to meail me about your company and activities. I am very surprised to see entrance of the hotel, reception and how name Mercure was given to this hotel? This is not an offense, this is a friendly statement. Deeply disappointed with room 68. Tried to reach service 2424 but not reachable, reception says not available on week-end. What sort of customers service not working on week-end? I have asked the receptionist (only person at sight) to transfert me to any Mercure, Novotel,Sofitel in city center his answer was : …. I am working in replacement of someone and have not idea how this may be done and if may be done. You have to speak to collaborator arriving on 23:00 hrs …………. SUGGEST THAT YOU TRY THE WC : WHEN SITTING MY KNEES AND HEAD ARE ON THE WALL !!!!!..... SO NARROW THE TOILET COVER IS NOT WELL FIXED NO HOOK OR SIMILAR TO HANG TO TOWEL .... GOOD NEW IDEAS !!!!! No ammunities in the bathroom even spare soap !! FOURTH night and bed sheets NOT changed!! Again and again very very disappointed and unsatisfied. Not worth for the price of Euro 130 !!!.... For me no more Mercure !!!....
