Sehr geehrte/r M., Wir danken Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt und natürlich für Ihre Bewertung, die uns sehr wichtig ist. Wir danken Ihnen nochmals für die Erwähnung der großzügigen Zimmer, der Sauberkeit und des guten Frühstücks. Wir freuen uns sehr darüber. Was die Klimaanlage betrifft, so befindet sich die Hauptsteuerung an der Rezeption. Aus ökologischen Gründen müssen wir die von der Regierung vorgeschriebene Temperaturbegrenzung einhalten. Wir entschuldigen uns sehr für die fehlende Handseife und werden dies an unsere Kollegen weitergeben, damit sich dies in Zukunft nicht wiederholt.
