Overall experience was good. Number of guests had been stated when booking made, 2 adults and 1 child. However only 2 sets of towels & slippers were set in the room. We had to get the extra at the reception by ourselves. Room was clean in general, but there were stains on towels.

The room was fabulous, the hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Location was great with the metro station right beside the hotel which movement so easy
