located close to the Metro and Tram was really good. walk to the local supermarket not so good with people asking for money, broken glass and people hanging around on the street

Terrible Staff and No Service

The staff makes their own rules and not at all understanding. They force guests to follow the rules which are not written or mentioned anywhere. There are far better hotels in the same price around the location. The room cleaning people enter the room after knocking and waiting for 05 seconds and most of them do not understand even a little bit English. Things like ‘I am busy’ / ‘I am getting ready’ - They should Be able to understand these at least.

Perfect hotel for a weekend in Paris

We are very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, spacious, the bed are comfortable and despite being next to the tramway, thanks to its two double glazing windows, very quiet! Also we managed to keep the room until 1pm since we wanted to have a shower after the 20km Paris run race.
