A family of four fit comfortably (it was snug, but fine) into one room. The metro stop was right outside the front door, the buffet breakfast was great value, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a week in Paris. The front desk was nice when we arrived. After we entered the hotel room, there was broken glass on the carpet. And we smelled the sweat on our pillows the first night, and reached out to the service person, the front desk told us that they don’t have any pillows left in the hotels. A hotel does not have any pillows left?! Excuse me? And the other night the hair dryer was broken, we also called and they said to go downstairs ourselves bc there wasn’t any person left to send a working hair dryer. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

My family was stranded in London for the night with no planes trains or ferry’s till morning, they refused to refund room so we had to pay for that room and one in London. Talk about making a bad situation worse. They were very rude.

You then informed us that you had missed your flight, which is unfortunate but, you will agree, is not our responsibility. For our part, we had to refuse to take new reservations in order to honor yours, which is why we were unable to grant your request. We understand your frustration, but you accepted these conditions; we also have a rate that is more flexible and allows you to cancel free of charge up to the day before your arrival. Good location. 30seconds walk to the nearest metro and the 1minute walk to the tram. Lots of shops outside which helps.
