Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely surprised by your comments as no issue was reported to our reception team during your stay. Our front desk is available 24/7 and we would have immediately taken action had we been informed. Regarding the items mentioned: Our housekeeping team follows strict cleaning protocols before every arrival. If anything had been overlooked we would have promptly arranged a new cleaning or room change upon notification Concerning the kettle a replacement would have been provided immediately if reported. About the additional night following your flight cancellation as explained at reception complimentary extensions cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability and hotel policy.
