The executive suite was spacious to accommodate our family of 4 with 3 big luggages. Métro line 13 is just outside the hotel. It took one or two changes of metro lines to get to the central Paris, but was still convenient. There were not too many restaurants choices around the hotel, nor too much surrounding to explore.

Location was indeed very close to the metro station which was a big plus. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. Breakfast was not great with limited options and mediocre quality at best. The worst part was the bathroom. The water in the shower would not drain properly creating a dirty pool around our feet every time we had to use it. The toilet was not correctly placed (way too high) creating all sorts of discomfort and small problems especially when children had to use it. Additionally, every time we would flush the toillet some of the water would be flushed out of the bowl, on our feet and clothes mixed with whaterver else would be in there. Finally, the cleaning process was way below par. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, supplies were occassionally not restored (toilet paper) and even garbage were left uncollected once.

There's no wash basin in the toilet and the wash basin is in the other corner of the room. Room was ready at 3pm when it should be ready at 2pm on our first check in on 30 Mar. No drinking cups were provided in the room on our second check in on 3 Apr and we were given paper cups at the reception. Reception staff on duty that evening wasn't very friendly when I went to ask for the cups. Hotel has very limited storage for luggages and no luggage racks were available in the rooms.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of four with older children. Everything felt very clean and new. The bathroom was a highlight, with both a shower and a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is good—while there’s not much immediately nearby, most major landmarks were just a 20–30 minute cab ride away and cost around €12–15. The room also had convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and a small sink. However, it was disappointing that lotion and conditioner were not provided. When we asked, we were told these are only available for executive suites. There were also no nearby stores to easily purchase them, which made it inconvenient—especially considering we paid close to €300 per night for a 3-night stay. Most hotels in this range typically include these basic amenities. Additionally, the breakfast had limited variety and was exactly the same each day, which became repetitive over time. Overall, a good stay in terms of space and cleanliness, but I’m giving 4/5 stars due to these issues.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The room is very comfortable for 4 people (family with 2 kids). We loved the big shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Hotel is very quiet, no noise from the other rooms. The staff was very friendly. There is a metro station next to the hotel. Breakfast also very good.
