Beste Guillaume, Hartelijk dank voor het delen van je feedback. Het spijt me oprecht te horen dat er geen handdoeken in je kamer aanwezig waren. Dit is uiteraard niet de service die wij onze gasten willen bieden. Er is 24/7 een receptionist aanwezig, dus aarzel niet om ons op elk moment tijdens je verblijf te contacteren. Je hebt dit inderdaad gemeld tijdens het uitchecken, waardoor we jammer genoeg geen directe oplossing meer konden bieden. Je opmerkingen zijn intern besproken zodat we in de toekomst sneller en klantvriendelijker kunnen handelen. Handdoeken zijn een basisvoorziening en het is absoluut niet acceptabel dat dit niet in orde was.
