I was checking in they provide me room 1028 on day of Saturday around 3pm when we go to the room we found the Maintenance person working there was have a much smells of polish problems are here that's means no combination between HK and Reception for time of Release the for Guest. RECEPTIONIST MUST BE CHECK WITH HK FOE ROOMS FULLY READY AFTER THEN THEY CHECK IN THE GUESTS I HAVE ALSO A VIDEO OF THAT TIME WAS WORKING A MAINTENANCE PERSON WAS WORKING IN 1028 SATURDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2024 AT AROUND 3PM AFTER THAT RECEPTIONIST CHANGED MY ROOM BUT WE WAS CALLING THREE DAYS CONTINUE FOR ASKED THE TISSUE AND TEA BAGS BUT THEY NOT PROVIDING

it was an average stay overall. Definitely worth the money paid. But please note hotel suffers from poor quality workmanship and finishing all over. Bathroom shower area is too small and horrible. The waterproof wallpaper is going to fall out any time. Even the smallest leak on this wallpaper board will leave an unbearable stench. Dnt get me wrong staff were great and very helpful. But based on the build quality of hotel, i dnt think it will last more than a few years.
