The receptionist was good smiley. good behaviour, but after 9 p.m., no one receive the calls. Room service zero% no one receive calls make the line busy for all calls. HK works for cleaning, not well in the room, and I will attach the pictures. glass shelf up to the kettle dusty and kettle tray also was dusty. Dust all over the room. Engineering work so bad we want to switch off the exhaust fan same keys connected the power for bathroom lights also bathroom lights was gone off with Exhaust fan fantastic work of engineering. Window lock defective is not close, most dangerous for children. I try to close the lock of the window but can't. big table under the TV was one side was defective. overall HK and engineering work not good For receptionists 8 of 10 And HK & Engineering 3 of 10 Room Service zero of 10 shuttle bus zero of 10

Everything was perfect except the shower cabin.. it is very small and water easily leaked to the bathroom's floor and the curtain made of materials that are closer to textile so it absorbs water and then smells

The room is great and the location not far from Masjidilharam. Also they have shuttle bus 24 hours and of course it's free. But for the shower, it too small (maybe my size XXL).
