We always stay here the hotel experience is always great, clean, nice quiet place, quite relaxing and free parking is really great. only one issue we faced this time and last time as well, although before the shuttle time table used to be provided but now there is now schedule for shuttle for haram, so we had to wait there at haram bus stop for 45 minutes this was only uncomfortable experience other than this outstanding service.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Makkah Aziziah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff are extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to Masjid Al-Haram. The complimentary shuttle service running every 30 minutes to and from the Haram is also very convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Once I arrived, yes, it was late, and I accept that. However, after checking in, the Reception staff did not inform me that the parking was full. As per his statement, he checked with Security, and Security confirmed that the parking was full. He then advised me to park in any available area. On 29 August, I asked Reception three times to provide me with water. Each time, I was told that it would be delivered, but unfortunately, nothing happened. This is not acceptable. If the water is chargeable, they should inform us clearly, and I would be happy to pay for it. However, I should not have to request the same thing three times without receiving any response.

Check-in: We stayed at Mercure Hotel Aziziah, Makkah 27th July - 02nd August 2026. We reached Mercure around 2am and quickly went through the check-in process. Shuttle Service: As We have to perform Umrah before the Fajar Prayer, we immediately came back and in were in the hotel shuttle service to move to Al-Haram. Shuttle is available 24/7 and every 30 minutes. Room: it was nice and comfortable and well decorated room. Staff: from reception, room service, bell boy etc. all very professional, gentle and polite.

I didn’t expect it like this I have stayed in so many Accor member their lowest was ibis, but this one need extra care. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. I ended up booked somewhere else for another room as my family couldn’t stay longer. The price and the pictures were main reason to go there!! Where you could go somewhere else cheaper and better. I was misleading by google reviews for 1st time ever. For management, DONT RELY ON YOUR HOUSEKEEPING TO FORCE GUEST TO WRITE REVIEWS BY SCANNING LITTLE GOOGLE QR!!! Work hard and make all the changes in terms insect, furniture. Showers no door only unhygienic curtains.

A pleasant stay at Mercure Aziziyah Makkah. The room was quiet, check-in was smooth and flexible, and room service was good. The shuttle service to Makkah through QAID Bus was excellent and very convenient. The air conditioning needs some maintenance, and the live cooking station at the restaurant was unavailable due to ongoing maintenance. Overall, a nice experience with good service, and I would definitely visit again.

One of the best hotel in Azaziyah. Every 30 minutes, shuttle will bring you to Masjidil Haram. Location is not too far, the important thing the room is very spacious, neat and comfortable. Will come again later
