I specifically booked a Double Room, expecting the room to be suitable and appropriate for the guests. However, upon arrival, my wife and my mother-in-law were given a room with four separate beds, which was completely different from the room type I had booked. This situation was extremely embarrassing for me, especially because the reservation was made specifically for my wife and mother-in-law. I had chosen and paid for a Double Room, and I expected the hotel to provide the room type confirmed in my reservation. Furthermore, the condition of the room was poor and unacceptable, which made the overall experience even worse. I also attempted to resolve the matter directly by contacting the hotel/customer service. I spoke with someone initially, but the call was suddenly disconnected. I called again afterward several times, but no one answered my calls.

There was no air conditioning in the room. When I asked to switch to a room facing the street, he said okay, but when I opened the window, I realised the room was actually at the back.
