First, I would like to express my many thanks to Nawaf, his incredible kindness and help throughout my stay, I had a little issue with card, and he helped beyond, I’m so grateful for his help, my stay in Mercure was so good, good location, clean and spacious room, very clean, breakfast is also so good, with a great selection of dishes, they have shuttle bus too, other staff was also so very friendly and helpful, millions of ⭐️

This is my third time stay at Mercure Azizia Makkah and I love this hotel. The reception staff was very welcoming, cheerful and easily adjusted my requirements. However, few things need attention at the hotel like drain of bathroom was blocked and required calling maintenance staff at odd time. The 'Sahoor' at the hotel was just ok and lacked many basic things like bread toast, honey, toaster etc. I am only mentioning these so that we can improve and remove irritants for travelers. Otherwise great stay at the hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The Saudi local staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Especially the porter, a young boy from U. P. India helped me to check the weight of my luggage at the checkout. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, very cozy, and exceptionally comfortable. I especially appreciated the large room size and the relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and comfortable, generously sized rooms made my experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality hospitality and a relaxing stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
