I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Makkah Aziziyah. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and always willing to help. The shuttle service to Masjid Al-Haram was reliable and convenient, making our Umrah journey much easier. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj and would gladly stay here again.
