I would especially like to recognize Mr. Khaled from the Reception Team for his outstanding professionalism, excellent guest handling, and prompt support. During my stay, an electrical issue occurred inside my room and unfortunately the maintenance team was unable to resolve it at that time. When I approached the reception desk, Mr. Khaled handled the situation with great professionalism and efficiency. He immediately understood the issue and arranged to move me to another room smoothly and without any complications. His calm attitude, quick decision-making, and exceptional guest service turned an inconvenient situation into a positive experience.
