Right from the start, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was very pleasant and clean. I loved having a room with an entrance hall. The breakfasts were very nice and set us up for the days activities.

The only problem was with the shower. The water temperature was never stable so one had to try to find a setting that avoided both freezing and scalding as the temperature oscillated.

The staff were very friendly and initially we were pleased with the room, however on the day of departure we discovered we both have numerous bites all over our bodies from bed bugs

A very warm, friendly and welcoming reception upon arrival. Room was satisfactory and clean. Being an Accor Club member I was disappointed to be refused a request for a complimentary bottle of water in the room on day 2.

THIS HOTEL IS LOOKING JADED AND NOT HAVING ANY RESTAURANT OR ROOM SERVICE IS UNUSUAL FOR A MODERN 3 STAR HOTEL

Dirty toilet in Novotel Brugge

Stayed one night only. Welcome from reception was good, on getting to the bedroom we found brown streak marks in the toilet bowl (ugh) and towels clearly not replaced from the previous occupants. We raised this with reception and the toilet had been cleaned when we returned that evening. The towels however had not been replaced but we found a full spare set. In the morning with the benefit of daylight, we found the carpet badly stained throughout. Overall, we were pleased we had only booked one night. Having used Accor for some years now, we think the overall quality has dropped.

Room was satisfactory but would have preferred the new showers. Breakfast has become a little redundant after my 3rd stay at the hotel no variety in the options offered.

Breakfast was poor. The hot food was barely warm, no covers on the hot food. Toast had to be put through 2-3 times. Replenishment of things which had run was slow. Service at the bar was very slow and sometimes non existent. Prices were exorbitant! Room service was the only plus.
