Its location is the hotel's biggest asset: walking distance to Bruges' center; public parking at a reasonable price next door. a renewed reception/breakfast area with a nice modernized interior; personally i would have preferred the more classic dining design with a single, large buffet area and a single, large eating area: now the constant movement of people fetching their food/drinks, disturbs the peace of the people once eating at the tables. For a 4* hotel, with swimming pool, it's a pity that there is no fitness area with some basic equipment. The rest of the accommodation is excellent: personnel, hygiene, food, etc...

A very pleasant and well appointed hotel. Walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Convenient for families and groups. Rooms are spacious and clean and have more mods than one can expect. Team at the hotel are very welcoming and professional. Extremely polite and friendly staff make the whole experience even more pleasurable. Food is great too!

Love the new look refurbishment of the hotel, have been visiting here for years and was looking forward to seeing what had been done. The rooms are amazing, great lighting, only downside is lack of storage, could do with some draws or open shelves to put clothes in/on. Breakfast was good with lots of different food and seating options, amazing juice machine. Nice to have the choice of dinner as well. Staff were friendly, will definitely be back!

Overall experience great, staff and breakfast was amazing, just wish someone took more time cleaning. Lot of random hair all over the place and expected more room for a family, but we were able to enjoy.
