The duplex layout is a real favourite, giving children their own cosy space upstairs while you enjoy the open living area below. Our team loves knowing the little touches made a difference too, from the coffee machine and Rituals toiletries to the charging pads and plentiful sockets. Even so, we are sorry the pool felt colder than you had hoped. Our outdoor pool is heated to 23 degrees, but on warm days the contrast can still feel noticeable and we regret it was not as comfortable as it should have been. Nonetheless, it is wonderful that our breakfast gave your family a great start to the day. Our waffle station is always a hit with children and we are glad yours loved making their own.
