We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room. The room layout was highly impractical; the toilet was separate and extremely cramped, which was a major issue for my 6’7” husband. Additionally, the sofa bed for our son was rock-hard and hadn't been made up when we checked in. To finish the stay, housekeeping knocked at 9:00 am, despite the 12:00 pm check-out time. Poor attention to detail and very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Colmar. Hotel was chill, very nice and comfortable room with the perfect location in the city. Walking distance major attractions. Highly recommended.

We could have been any happier with the stay in Novotel centrum Brugge. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially to our daughter who loved the crayons and puzzles she was given. The congratulations card, beer and chocolate were such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the food choices at breakfast were great - my only regret is not making a waffle! I liked the water stations on each floor too - this saved us having to buy new water each day while we were out exploring. The hotel location was perfect for us - not too far from the things we wanted to explore but far enough to be away from the hustle bustle.
