An absolutely positive experience. The hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff is kind and always helpful. Excellent luggage storage service, which we used both upon arrival and after check-out. Outstanding breakfast, with a wide and high-quality selection.

The rooms and hotel were well presented. The staff very friendly and willing to assist wherever they can. On checkin the young lady was very helpful with some very lively restaurant suggestions which we very much appreciated. The young man at the bar each night was also wonderful. Engaging and prompt and also put the EPL on the big screen which was great. Could have been a little more flexible and generous with the Gold Accor membership benefits as I booked two rooms but only received the welcome pack for one which meant our travelling guests did not receive one. Overall though very good experience.

The hotel was good and staff very helpful however we both found the room far too hot and the aircon didn’t go low enough so we opened the window which we prefer but it only opened a fraction and as the room was above the entrance the smell of cigarettes quickly filled the room.
