We are pleased to know you appreciated our central location and the convenience of sharing amenities with our sister Novotel property. However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the challenges you experienced during check-in. While our records confirm that your reservation was for one Standard Double Room and one Standard Twin Room, we understand there may have been some confusion regarding the room categories displayed during the booking process. We appreciate your feedback and will review this with the relevant parties to help prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.s. Regarding cleanliness standards, we have reinforced our protocols with housekeeping staff to ensure thorough preparation of all spaces. Nonetheless, we hope our strategic location near Bruges’ historic sites and the comfort of our Sweet beds by ibis contributed positively to parts of your family trip.
