Dear Guests, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. We are pleased that you appreciated our hotel's location in the heart of Bruges. Our central position allows easy access to many attractions, shopping streets, and local restaurants. However, we regret that you found our facilities not up to standard. Our hotel is located in an ancient medieval building, combining modern design with historical architecture. We continuously work on maintaining and improving our property. Concerning the check-in experience, we apologize for any impression of unfriendliness. Although the reception services have moved to the Novotel hotel opposite us, we strive to maintain our commitment to warm and professional service. Your feedback about value for money is taken seriously, and we will use it to evaluate our offerings and pricing.
