ibis Styles Brugge Centrum is a delightful 3-star hotel in Bruges with excellent access to the historic city centre. Discover 140 characterful rooms in a restored medieval building, where colourful tones and flowing design elements subtly echo the reflections of Bruges canals. Check in with ease via self-service kiosks or stroll just a few steps across the inner courtyard to the combined check-in desk at Novotel, where you will also find our shared dining, breakfast and bar services.

With convenient, competitively priced public parking underneath our hotel in Bruges, you can settle in before enjoying a peaceful stroll to the market square with its iconic Belfry Tower. It's then only a short walk to the Basilica of the Holy Blood. The Beguinage, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its tranquil garden with spring daffodils, is five minutes on foot from our hotel. The Lake of Love, where legend has it that couples crossing the bridge will experience eternal love, is also close by.

This hotel is located perfectly, right next to a big car park priced at €17 for 24 hours, and opposite a handy little supermarket. It is only a short walk to the centre of Bruges, honestly, the location can't be beaten. However, the hotel itself is definitely…quirky. I’m trying to remember that the cost for our rooms was great value compared to other hotels! The lobby is small but provides free hot drinks, very welcome after a day sightseeing. The rooms - small and unusual. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that has Fuzzy Felt as carpeting, I honestly couldnt have walked on it with bare feet, it was horrible. The bathroom was functional but my son, who is 6’4”, couldnt actually sit on the toilet as there is a wall directly in front of it. Even I had to sit sideways, or scrape my knees on the textured wall, which was a novelty! The bed was really comfy though but the whole place just looked like it needed a good scrub. The hallways are also tired, with an unusual smell, and not particularly clean. The breakfast is at an adjacent hotel (Novotel) which was incredible. Possibly the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had and, as soon as we walked over there, immediately wished we’d spent the extra money and stayed there! All in all, the hotel was functional and a great price. I dont know if I’d stay there again…
