Situé au cœur du centre historique de Bruges, notre établissement bénéficie effectivement d’un emplacement privilégié pour découvrir les charmes de la ville. Cependant, nous regrettons sincèrement que certains aspects de votre confort n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances. Vos remarques concernant la literie ont retenu toute notre attention et seront partagées avec nos équipes pour étude approfondie. A very well located hotel with parking. Easy walk into the centre of Bruge. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Free drinks at reception were a plus.

The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a public carpark underneath the hotel - be mindful if you are driving a SUV though. The only complaint I have is the the shower shade is too narrow that can’t keep the water out of the shower area. But all in all, it is a nice stay experience

I go to Brugge every year and this is my favorite hotel. If you’re by car, this is the right place to be. Despite there is no parking at the hotel site, there is one in the next door. And despite the hotel being located in the center, you don’t need to drive more than a hundred meters to arrive (driving in the center is Brugges is a nightmare).
