The hotel is convenient if driving with an underground car park immediately below and around a 15 minute walk to the main square and around the same to the rail station. Staff are helpful although the hotel is rather impersonal but for a short stay that isn’t a major problem. On the downside our room was small with very little room to store clothing. When we stayed the temperature was around zero and the room was cold as it was not possible to control the air conditioning unit that was fixed at 21c but the room was significantly cooler than that and the unit was almost never running so not comfortable. Another annoying issue was there was only one bed side table, a portable metal unit.

A very well located hotel with parking. Easy walk into the centre of Bruge. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Free drinks at reception were a plus.

The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a public carpark underneath the hotel - be mindful if you are driving a SUV though. The only complaint I have is the the shower shade is too narrow that can’t keep the water out of the shower area. But all in all, it is a nice stay experience
