Excellent room, kettle and free hot drinks downstairs much appreciated. Breakfast good, staff very friendly and helpful. Tip - ask for room at back of hotel and street is noisy.

Very small room, bathroom needs attention, dated and not a good shower. Not in the main building as advertised in the photos. Restaurant closed have to use Novotel opposite. Breakfast good selection and nice. Overpriced coffee - cold and weak. Good location and not too noisy.

The ibis is comfortable. We had breakfast in Novo Me restaurant adjacent Novotel. Which was excellent with a wide choice of food. With helpful staff. The evening menu however was very limited. However there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
