On arrival the staff were very helpful as the check in machine was not functioning correctly

The room we chose was very small, but exactly as described so not a surprise! It had everything we needed for a great stay in Bruges, with all the sights within an easy walk. The hotel is newly refurbished and everything in the room was immaculate. We liked having the great quality complimentary coffee machine in the lobby- far nicer than the instant granules provided in the room. We had been concerned about getting a space in the car park, but there was loads available.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Brugge and is only a short easy walk from the train station.The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable if on the small side and a little dark. The darkness of the room was down to the dark green walls and not enough lighting. No safe in the room which would have been nice. No on site restaurant however food is available at the adjacent Novotel.
