The hotel can’t be better located. There’s even a supermarket open 7/7 on the other side of the road. Check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room was clean, with tea and coffee provided. We didn’t like the design of the bathroom: super small sink and poorly isolated shower, making it very easy to flood the bathroom. I think it’s deliberate to make us use the least water possible. We couldn’t find a way to go up and down by the stairs. It’s not convenient when it’s rush hour for the two small lifts.

The hotel was recently renovated, and it certainly shows. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many of Bruges’ most important monuments and museums. Anouk at reception was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and things to do. She truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
