Check-in: quick and easy Staff: welcoming and pleasant. Location: Area Centre. Plenty of options for food and drink. Easy to find. Parking: onsite (underground, chargeable) on street (some free some chargeable) Room: Clean, tidy, enough space, adequate lighting and plug sockets. Effective air conditioning. En-suite: spacious. Clean towels and toiletries. Very powerful shower; could be CLEANER (shower head, grout and lower tiles need proper cleaning and bleaching!, door rubber needs replacing) and drains slower than full water flow). Breakfast: typical continental options. Food was nice. HOWEVER, so, so, many dirty plates! Have to go half way down any of the multi stacks to find one without food residue or the feeling it's been used without proper washing. Actually solid pieces of food on the plates. Even started to question the cutlery. The kitchen has an industrial dishwasher, it was visible, so either it's not being used or it's not being used correctly. Fix the lack of basic industry hygiene standards and breakfast would be great. Overall: yes, I would return. Kind staff, decent bed and it is a great location and good value, but good value doesn't mean hygiene corners get cut, and there are other hotel options. I would also insist on seeing my ensuite shower before committing to the room.

Noisy air conditioning, so opened the window instead. Also my daughter’s floor in her room hadn’t been cleaned, lots of bits on the floor. The staff were extremely helpful.

Firstly the good. Location and friendly staff. However the stay was overall bad. We got hardly any sleep, mainly due to the temperature of the room. It was unbearable, with the A/C not cooling at all. This resulted in having to sleep with the window open, which resulted in noise from the nearby bars. Breakfast was a shambles, mainly due to a lack of staff. Those that were on tried their best, but just couldn’t keep up. There were no cups, no spoons, various food items ran out. So I would definitely would not recommend

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and other Ibis Syles elsewhere in France. We usually count on the same high standards but this stay was not up to that sadly. The staff when booking and checking in were very helpful and welcoming. Also the staff at breakfast were lovely. It was our room that was disappointing. The toilet bowl where the water enters the pan was filthy and thick with a black mould. The bathroom sink was dirty with a soapy scum on the tap. The tap was loose. The mirror had not been cleaned. The carpet in the room was not clean. It was a warm evening and the room was stuffy so we opened the window which was dirty. Finally we put on some air conditioning to help cool down and the noise was so loud there must have been a problem so we had to turn it off. I took photos / video and told the staff at checkout. After a really long day of travel we were so tired so it was a relief the beds were comfortable but overall we were disappointed.

The stay was fine. Hotel was fairly basic - not sure why it is branded 'Styles'. Room had no features such as kettle or waste bin. Just very basic. Couldn't get the TV to work to show traditional TV channels. Maybe previous visitor was using internet and didn't reset the TV? Instructions on screen didn't correspond to options on the remote. Breakfast was good. Overall just slightly above average.

Located in the centre of town it’s walking distance to everywhere, local restaurants and shops, park etc. the underground car park located at the rear of the hotel is tight for larger suvs but doable. Rooms a good size, staff friendly , varied breakfast buffet.

This was the second time we’d stayed here. The hotel is right in the town centre so good for exploring and also close to restaurants. Rooms are a good size (but we didn’t get the free mineral water as advertised on the website). Breakfast was good.
