Booked 2 rooms, 1 family room (double bed) and a 50% discount 2nd room for my children. Was disappointed that I was issued with 2 twin rooms. The receptionist was able to change the incorrect room when I went back to reception to request the correction, although still only issued a double room rather than the paid for family room. Other than above, rooms were clean. The bed was on the soft side. Breakfast was good, but disappointingly have removed the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! (sad).

Getting into the very secure car park was a bit of a challenge but once we had done that accessing the hotel was very easy. An initial problem with the room was quickly rectified. The next room that we were allocated was everything that you expect of an ibis Styles room, clean, warm and well apointed. Their take on bedside tables always amuses us. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh and if you left feeling hungry it was your own fault. The local, breads and cheeses are always excellent

Efficient check in. Nice room. Cold though. Couldn’t find a way to turn the heating on. Good breakfast although replenishment of bacon and bread hadn’t tajen place but good selection of everything else. Eggs were good. Nice staff.
