Ideally located in the centre of Chalon within walking distance of all local facilities. Room was comfortable and quiet at the rear of the property. Breakfast variety was good, although a lack of cutlery and crockery was difficult. Provision of replacement items was slow and left lots of customers waiting. If staff are going to wear a hair net, it really needs to hold their hair in rather than just be a decoration on their head.

I was very disappointed with breakfast no boiled eggs no fresh orange juice I’ll just stay in a standard ibis in future. The breakfast was what made style stand above a standard

- blood on the sheets - bathtub licked water - for 3rd time, the breakfast was not well take care of, missing eggs all the time - remaking hair in the bathroom
