Hot water that was not hot for a shower in the evening. A cold room with a thermostat that could not be turned up. The receptionist looked at the heating problem and thought it was a room fault and we moved rooms and had the same problem. The seal on the shower was split in both bathrooms. Accor, you really need to improve the quality of your rooms in this hotel. VERY POOR

Ideally located in the centre of Chalon within walking distance of all local facilities. Room was comfortable and quiet at the rear of the property. Breakfast variety was good, although a lack of cutlery and crockery was difficult. Provision of replacement items was slow and left lots of customers waiting. If staff are going to wear a hair net, it really needs to hold their hair in rather than just be a decoration on their head.
