Well placed to wander around the centre of Chalons. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant.

Really comfortable beds. The lady at breakfast went and bought us English breakfast tea, which was amazing (good) service. The reception man was very helpful at check in

Very well located, BUT this hotel is not like an Ibis Styles, more like a basic Ibis.

We were disappointed with the hotel - it's in a superb position but the hotel is run down and very basic. Absolutely not what we expect from an Ibis Styles!! The bedroom carpet was stained and we had a disabled bathroom. The pillows were poor and we only had one each. The dining room was basic too - overall it was a very disappointing experience.
