I booked 2 x twin rooms and was given 2 x double rooms. We are a family travelling with 2 teenage boys, double beds do not work - hence I booked twin rooms. We still only got 1 twin room. The hotel and rooms had a smell of stale smoke all over. The room felt dirty and smelly. The receptionist did her best and was very helpful.

It was ok. You knew the heating didn’t work so had provided an air heater, but this clicked on and off during the night. You should have provided a lower rate when you know the rooms will be sub standard. Also surprised that for a double room there was only one chair and one bedside table for two people.
