Excellent relaxing stay - we loved the barbecue on the lawn on the weekend - what an excellent idea. We also loved the band playing on the Friday night and brilliant service from the poolside bar .

it was a lovely stay, I would have put 10 but after a big rain fall our windows were leaking, which created 2 big puddles in our room and got our clothes wet.

I stayed at Santa Teresa in June and left completely enchanted. The whole place feels like a slice of nature-fantasy inside Rio — every corner has a special atmosphere. The Bar dos Descasados is perfect for a drink, always lively, always with something happening. The spa… I had an amazing massage there. From the pool bar, the view is unbelievable: you can see the whole city, from Maracanã to Central do Brasil, even the ferris wheel — and it’s the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. The room I stayed in was exactly my style: spacious, elegant, with that charming old-Rio sophistication. The breakfast is pure joy, delicious and generous. And dinner at Terése restaurant … waw!!! one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. A place that truly stays with you.”
