Although our stay was very enjoyable as far as grounds, location and staff I was little disappointed in the condition of some of the facilities. For example one of the pool bathrooms had a completely broken toilet seat which is dangerous and unacceptable. Also, I was disappointed to find out that the hot tub was cold because the heater was broken and never informed of that condition. Otherwise we enjoyed our room and spending time with family and the courteous staff.

The hotel is great. Guillermo was amazing. However, a few big Hicks. 2 weddings when we were there, so it’s was very very noisy at breakfast and at the pool / bar, very hard to relax. We would have liked to have been noticed.. The room service did a lot of mistakes, a lot of waiting time as well. Concerning the staf, it was really 50/50, some people super nice, some almost mean Finally, no way to call reception from the room. Asked the lobby to fix the phone in the room but it has not been done. That was very inconvenient. They say to text on WhatsApp, but we never got any answer.

The stay is beautiful. Everything about it was incredible, from the lush trees to the calm breakfast with a varied and delicious buffet + perfectly made dishes, to the pool, to the warm and welcoming staff. No notes.

The hotel has an incredible view of the Rio de Janeiro. The bar serves delicious food and cocktails. I have to say thank you very much to all staff for the hospitality and support, specially Tommy who made me the best Caipirinha in years!
