This is my third time returning to wonderland Sta.Teresa and the M Gallery. Service is welcoming and reactive, yet I would not call the service to be particularly attentive but rather aloof to customers needs. Coffee taps were not refilled at turn down, ice was not refreshed, garden mattresses were in dire condition. The complementary refreshment in the lobby is a nice touch, yet no attention to detail (no ice spoon, and barely any ice). At checkin I was not recognized as a returning guest, nor was the receptionist able to see that I would be staying 5 consecutive nights instead of 3. At checkout, the staff was wonderfully accommodating with a check out at 1pm, allowing me to finish a video meeting in ideal conditions. However, I was sent off to the wrong airport, having arranged the pickup with the receptionist in the early morning. Clearly discussing the benefits and ideal proximity of the M Gallery to SDU airport. I am of rather discreet nature, yet do enjoy individual interactions and attention. Definitely not anything serious to be disappointed about, yet as you care about feedback… I love the place.

hello Unfortunately, the corridors and the floor of the room were dirty and we did not feel clean in the room The sink was not working properly and there was water in it And the most important thing is that the breakfast was very poor, the scrambled eggs were sometimes watery and the quality of the breakfast was very low The bread was not fresh and the toaster was not working All in all, we didn't have a good experience and we tried to be out more But the claim of the hotel was to enjoy more and think less And at the end of the coffee service in the corridor, the glasses were dirty and we came to try it and saw that the glasses were not clean One of my friends told me before the trip that wherever you go, tell me so that I can go safely with my family, and I certainly do not recommend you.

Fantastic service all around in a great location. The bedrooms are immaculate and the food brilliant. Aroldo in the restaurant is a gentleman, who really looked after us at breakfast! Would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone.

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Great views of the Centro of R. i. the very cahrming neighborhood of Santa Teresa. Breakfast was fantastic. But, because of its location on a very steep hill, it required taking taxi's and Uber's to get to many other locations around R..
